Here in western Canada – now into the New Year – we are still waiting for
parcels sent 20 November and 6 December, which the lazy dogs at
Canada Post have still NOT DELIVERED!!
These were all sent in time for supposed pre-Christmas delivery.
One packet from the US cleared Canada Customs in Winnipeg 24 December,
but has still NOT BEEN DELIVERED!!
Could it be that Canada Post managers are again STEALING MAIL?

UPS now are admitting that Xmas parcels have been sitting in their trucks in
Edmonton for at least the past 14 days!!
They have REFUSED TO DELIVER, and have even refused to allow
recipients to pick up their Christmas packages!!
This not made up, but actually TRUE, as the TROUBLESHOOTER on TV exposed!!

Media are reporting that the local Gestapo [RCMP} have ordered people to

I suggest that people around the world should know who these punk kids are, so

Bleeding heart liberals in the media feel that publishing the names and
addresses of the 4 punks who microwaved a pet cat to death is wrong.
What is wrong is the concern for such lefties for the criminals, and not for
the victims!
I say, publish the names and addresses of these criminals, and let society
perform the necessary justice.
These sub-humans will never become useful members of society, and their
so-called parents presumably are no better.
Stop giving execuses, just eliminate such garbage – permanently.
If you publicise their names and address, give a tip to the ng as well.

Just publish the names and addresses of the four punks.
Then let natural justice by the populace finally get rid of the garbage,
perhaps to be found in some landfill?

Media are reporting that the local Gestapo [RCMP} have ordered people to
remove the names of these criminals from postings on the internet.
I suggest that people around the world should know who these punk kids are, so
that when they get sentenced, perhaps someone will then teach them right from
wrong.
People in Camrose, let us know the names and addresses of these disgusting
criminals.
It seems that in Canada the criminals have more rights than the public who
need to be protected from these criminals!
Time to take back justice from the corrupt politicians, and have “natural
justice” administered by local populace.

Glad to see that the worldwide boycott of Bumbardier is continuing!!
So far there are no deaths reported from the defective Bombardier Canada

Will the flight YOU take be the one where YOU and others get killed?
AVOID FLYING ON BOMBARDIER aircraft, and tell your friends likewise.

Now, detailed in a half-page banner headline story in the SUN, 5 city
councillors are demanding detailed information about the massive scam
of $12 MILLION by EDE!!
It seems that there are many financial irregularities by the few pigs on the
payroll at EDE.
The SUN had exposed that former executives spent more than a
QUARTER MILLION DOLLARS for overseas and US trips that had
no benefit for the city.
Staff also doubled up expense claims, and submitted some without any receipts.
As councillor Sload stated at this week’s council meeting,” It was very hard
to distinguish, or follow the money.”
EDE still refuse to show, WHAT, if anything taxpayers actually get for all the
many millions.
EDE can not show even one business, with any jobs, in exchange for all the
money.
This in contrast to the Chamber of Commerce, who get no city money, but do
bring new businesses, and jobs to Edmonton.
TIME TO STOP PAYING FOR EDE – NOT ONE CENT MORE!!
In a rare admission of candor, Mare Mandel admitted to media that the
city and EDE have been completely incompetent in attracting new
business to Deadmonton.
Mind you, Grosvenor and Sharx have been stating this for years!!
Why should taxpayers be giving the friends of the mare, $8 MILLION
a year, just to wine and dine each other, without any provable results?
To add insult to injury, the Chamber of Commerce gets NO CITY FUNDS,
but does attract new businesses.
NOW IS THE TIME TO DISSOLVE EDE, AND SAVE THE TAXPAYERS MONEY!!
We do not need to continue to be JEWED!!
Calgary seems to be doing a great job of attracting new businesses, without
jewing the taxpayers.
Same as they did about their photo radar!! Now the revenues go to Calgary,
not some crooks in the states, who bribed local cops in Edmonton!
Perhaps Mare Mandel should hire Ipsos-Reid, who themselves left Edmonton
for Calgary, to find out why Edmonton is so undesirable to businesses?

The Edmonton Journal quoted the Ipsos executive, who stated the firm
had been in Edmonton 17 years, much longer even than the executive had
been with Ipsos.
Now Ipsos can join all the other businesses leaving Deadmonton, for
better cities.

-crooked city tax assessors giving special deals to friends
-mare and council subsidizing businesses, at cost of all taxpayers
-incompetent or crooked scholl boards, losing millions with no one charged
-the fact that the city can not adequately remove snowfalls

With all the crashes of the Bumbardier aircraft, supposedly due to defective
landing gear, in Europe, Japan and who knows where else, the aircraft from
Bombardier are most definitely UNSAFE!!
I do not give a damn about jobs lost because of cancelled sales, but I do care
about unnecessary loss of life just because some business cuts corners to make
extra profits.
So far there are no deaths reported from the defective Bombardier Canada
airplane crashes.
Will the flight YOU take be the one where YOU and others get killed?

Emirates orders 82 Airbus planes
The latest Emirates deal is worth more than $20bn for Airbus
Emirates has ordered 82 Airbus jets, in a deal worth more than $20bn
(Ł9.6bn) for the European plane-maker.
The Dubai-based airline is buying 70 of Airbus’ mid-sized A350 model,
and 11 Airbus A380 twin-deck super jumbos.
Announced at the start of the Dubai air show, Emirates said the new
planes would play “an important role” in the growth of both the
airline and Dubai.
Emirates added that it also had the option to purchase a further 50
A350 aircraft at a future date.
Rolls-Royce deal
If this additional order goes ahead, the final deal will be worth
about $32bn for Airbus.
Emirates airlines is placing great faith in our A350 XWB and A380
programmes as well as our company and we are rightfully proud
Airbus boss Tom Enders
The latest contract win for Airbus was also good news for British
engine-maker Rolls-Royce, as Emirates has chosen its units to power
the new planes.
It will be worth up to $8.4bn for Rolls-Royce if Emirates does go on
to buy the additional 50 A350 planes.
“Emirates airlines is placing great faith in our A350 XWB and A380
programmes as well as our company and we are rightfully proud,” said
Airbus president and chief executive Tom Enders.
The order is welcome good news for Airbus parent group EADS.
Last week EADS warned it may have to deepen planned restructuring and
job cuts after its losses for the July to September period worsened to
775m euros ($1.14bn; Ł541m), compared with 189m euros last year.
It already plans to cut 10,000 jobs at Airbus over the next four
years.
Airbus designs and makes its wings in the UK.

A few possible reasons would include:
-Edmonton being the crime capital of Canada
-too many crooked cops, with worldwide video of police brutality
-crooked city tax assessors giving special deals to friends
-mare and council subsidizing businesses, at cost of all taxpayers
-incompetent or crooked scholl boards, losing millions with no one charged
-the fact that the city can not adequately remove snowfalls
Readers, and even business owners, are invited to add their reasons below,
as to why business owners are avaoiding Deadmonton

Commission Cries Uncle, Reveals Staff Spying in the Internet & Court Awards
Costs to Lemire
TORONTO. January 15, 2007. Despite an Eastern Ontario snowfall that delayed
the appearance of his counsel, Barbara Kulaszka, for an hour and a half. Marc
Lemire walked out of Federal Court in Toronto today a happy man. By sheer
persistence, he had wrung out of the Canadian Human Rights Commissions some
amazing admissions. At least one investigator for the Canadian Human Rights
Commission has adopted a false Internet persona and trolled the Internet
engaging in conversations with prospective victims. In other words, the CHRC
is spying on Canadians, not observing and investigating, but participating and
instigating.
After claiming Sec. 37, under the Canada Evidence Act to rule out a number of
key questions to Canadian Human Rights Commission employees, the CHRC had
effectively shut down some important lines of inquiry. When this claim to not
divulge certain information is asserted by the government, the only recourse
is to seek judicial review in Federal Court. The information is placed before
a judge and he determines whether revealing the information would endanger
national security or the life or safety of a person. It might be used to keep
confidential the location of someone in the witness protection programme. It
is seldom used in civil court.
Marc Lemire contended all along that the Commission was hiding behind Sec. 37
to cover up their spying on Canadians. Following his oft repeated motto No
Surrender, Mr. Lemire had persevered despite numerous Commission submissions
and manoevres made it clear he would go to Court, In a last minute effort to
avoid Court, the Commissions outside lawyer Margot Blight gave in on all
points. Suddenly, what had once been information so sensitive it could not be
revealed without imperiling the public interest was disclosed.
Among the information sought, protected but now revealed:
CHRC senior investigator Dean Steacy admitted: I created the Jadewarr email
address on yahoo.ca and the Jadewarr account on Stormfront, a prominent White
Nationalist website.
Steacy claimed to be using the Jadewarr account in investigating Sec. 13
complaints. Interestingly, he engaged Mr. Lemire, whom he was not
investigating, in private message exchanges..
Apparently, he was operating without instructions: As an investigator I
decided how to investigate.
As the Commission had withdrawn its Sec. 37 claim, there was little for Madam
Justice Carolyn Layden-Stevenson to decide. Mr. Lemire had asked her to direct
the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal to re-open its hearing to permit the
re-calling of the Commission investigators, especially Mr. Steacy.
Miss Kulaszka argued: It is crucial to the Applicant that he have the right
to hear the answers directly from the witnesses and to be able to ask further
relevant questions. For example, given the disclosure that has been given, it
is now known that the anonymous poster, Jadewarr who twice attempted to
elicit information about or from Marc Lemire on the Stormfront message board,
was in fact Dean Steacy. Yet, he gave evidence before the Tribunal that
viewing of Stormfront would only occur pursuant to a complaint. The attempts
to elicit information from Mr. Lemire occurred in 2006, after the complaint
had already been sent to the Tribunsal in August of 2005.
The judge said she did not have the power to so direct the Tribunal.
Barbara Kulaszka forcefully argued that the Commission had delayed providing
this information and had used Sec. 37 as a stalling tactic to run up Mr.
Lemires costs. Mr. Lemire is a young father of two with very limited
resources.
The judge seemed to sympathize and awarded $1,500 in costs to Mr. Lemire.
In written submissions Douglas H. Christie, counsel for the Canadian Free
Speech League, which intervened on Mr. Lemires behalf, argued: The
Commission, the Attorney General, and parties like ourselves are at a great
imbalance of financial resources. For this reason, it is appropriate that
adequate compensation be given to the Applicant for the costs of obtaining the
admission at the last minute. It appears the admission was only generated out
of the desire to avoid an adverse ruling.
Mr. Lemire indicated that his defence team would be making an early
application to Tribunal Member Athanasios Hadjis to re-open hearings so that
the witnesses, including Dean Steacy can be recalled.
The Federal Court at 180 Queen St., West was packed. More chairs had to be
brought in twice and all extra chairs from the counsel table added to those
for the audience who streamed in from London, Kingston, Uxbridge, Port Credit,
St. Thomas. Ottawa and Penticton.
The hearing was delayed until 11:00 from its original 9:30 start. When it
commenced, it was quite short. The audience complained about the poor sound. A
wary commissionaire waved several people rising to object to silence. This is
supposed to be a public hearing, said Wolfgang Mueller and auditor and
spokesman for the Canadian Association for Free Expression. How can it be
public when the public cant hear and the authorities dont seem to care. This
is not the first time weve been treated like this.
At previous Richard Warman cases, since August, 2006 there has been heavy
security, including up to give government paid bodyguards for Warman and the
Commission lawyers.
I see it must only be an orange alert today, Paul Fromm representing the
Canadian Association for Free Expression which was intervening on Mr. Lemires
behalf said to Commission lawyer Margot Blight before the hearing. I see
there are only the private security wanding all people entering, no Metro
Police, no bodyguards.
Blight answered: You dont expect me to comment, do you?
Ironically, this was the biggest crowd of supporters ever to attend one of the
Lemire hearings and it included several victims of Richard Warman. The
atmosphere was enthusiastic but peaceful.
The bogus threat of security and the drama queen scene of Mr. Warman and
Commission lawyers even being accompanied to the washroom by bodyguards has
been a costly and deliberate tactic to vilify the victims, to make us appear
to be a threat. Im glad that this time, both sides were allowed to approach
the bench on a level playing field, Paul Fromm commented.
