Tom Moran writes:

"Evidentally you must be referring to Mr.Edeiken's proposal that I turn my self in for anti-Semitism, neo-Nazism and hate crimery, and he will act as prosecutor. Is that it?"

That was not the proposal and you know it. You challenged me to prove that you were an anti-Semite. I agreed to do so in any impartial forum. Since the matter (dispite your contentions otherwise) is not a matter or either civil or criminal law I suggested the American Arbitration Association, the largest and best known group holding such alternate dispute resolution. Such resolution requires an agreement between the parties to do setting forth the terms of the arbitration (such provisions are standard in many automobile insurance policies and in financial market agreements). What I proposed was as follows:

1. I would prove, using the standard dictionary definition of the term, that you were an anti-Semite.

2. The Federal Rules of Evidence would be used.

3. The Federal Rules of Civil Procedure would be used for discovery and Rules 52 would be applied.

4. The loser would pay all costs of arbitration and all stenographic fees.

You have yet to give an answer to this acceptance of your challenge and you are deliberately lying about it now. In other words, L'il Tommy, you are too gutless even to give a direct answer. You are very good at making empty demands that the people who object to your lies "prove" them. It is obvious, however, that they are empty words devoid of any meaning other than a rather transparent method for avoiding confronting the truth.

You are a liar and an anti-Semite.
