David Irving warns Ms. Alpert not to violate his copyright by publishing
the audiotape of his National Alliance-sponsored speech or a transcript
of that audiotape.
- September 25, 1996:
Ann Daltyn, of the
National Alliance,
writes to Annie Alpert, demanding the return of the audiotape of
Irving's presentation and all copies of that tape.
- October 2, 1996:
Alpert responds to Irving, pointing out other sites which
advertise his speeches in audio, video, and transcript form.
- October 9, 1996:
Alpert responds to Daltyn's demand by clarifying some points.
- January, 1997: Irving comments on Alpert in his newsletter, "Action Report
#11."
- January 8, 1997:
Alpert responds to Irving's allegations in that newsletter.
