 German children desecrate Jewish cemetery
    FRANKFURT, March 27 (Reuter) - Two 13-year-old Germans
 vandalised a Jewish cemetery, uprooting grave stones and drawing
 swastikas on the cemetery walls, police said on Monday.
    The police in the southwestern town of Bebra said the school
 children were caught on Sunday evening.
    They admitted drawing the swastikas, which is a criminal
 offence in Germany.
