[Speaking of Mark Weber, of the Institute for Historical Review]

Here's an example of the level of research Weber uses.  He cited author
Gitta Sereny in his article for the Journal of Historical review: 

   "In spite of all the apparently impressive evidence, the charge that 
   the Germans manufactured soap from human beings is a falsehood, as 
   Holocaust historians are now belatedly acknowledging.

He later said that:

   "Gitta Sereny another Jewish historian, noted in her book Into That 
   Darkness: "The universally accepted story that the corpses were used 
   to make soap and fertilizer is finally refuted by the generally very 
   reliable Ludwigsburg Central Authority for Investigation into Nazi 
   Crimes."

A quick look at Dr. Sereny's book reveals that Mr. Weber is not telling
the entire story.  For one reason or another he neglected to provide the
FULL quote.  Following Mr. Weber's sentence we find this:
                                  
   "The Authority has found after considerable research that only one
   experiment was made, with `a few corpses from a concentration camp. 
   When it proved impractical the idea was apparently abandoned.'

Yipes!  Changes the meaning considerably, doesn't it?   

In case you don't get the full meaning of the entire quote,  I
respectfully reproduce it here:                            
                                                             
     "The universally accepted story that  corpses were      
used to make soap and fertilizer is finally refuted by the   
Ludwigsburg Central Authority for Investigation of Nazi      
Crimes.  The Authority has found after considerable          
research that only one experiment was made, with `a few      
corpses from a concentration camp.  When it proved           
impractical the idea was apparently abandoned.'              
                                                             
     In other words, there WAS an experimental effort to     
produce soap from human remains according to Gitta Sereny    
and (more importantly) the Ludwigsburg Central Authority     
for Investigation of Nazi Crimes--AND MARK WEBER KNEW ABOUT IT ALL THE
TIME, BUT LIED ABOUT IT.                                 

The IHR can't plead innocence on their continued rehashing of this
either because Pat Larson, an IHR associate, was posting on Prodigy
under the name John Weir (nickname CHIGGER) and this information was
posted directly to him.

The question remains:  Why is the IHR pushing this false claptrap on
you?  Who does they think they're fooling?
