_Interview with Mr. Walter Slezak_ - Hollywood,
California June 23, 1943

Mr. Slezak was unable to give any information of value.
He admitted that his sister, who was a prominent opera
singer in Germany, was frequently a guest at the
Chancellery as well as in Hitler's house in Munich. He
has not been in Germany since 1935 and although there
a good deal of talk in the family about his sister's
popularity with Hitler, it was assumed that this was
due entirely to her singing. Mr. Slezak claimed that he
has never been on intimate terms with his sister and
that she has never confided anything further than this
either verbally or in writing. When he heard her describe
what happened at the parties it dealt entirely with the
people who were there and the program of entertainment.
He consequently has no knowledge of any intimate
relationship which might exist between his sister and Hitler.
