Are his employers aware of the theft of company assets by Welldumb,

The media for the past few months have been reporting so many
incidents of crooked cops in Edmonton, one must wonder whether there
are any HONEST cops in that place.

Even the former police chief had to be fired for just cause.

darkest Africa.

So far, Boyd is as useless as tits on a brass bull, when it comes to

In Canada one goes to jail for 16 months for speaking one's mind.

On the other hand if a driver kills 2 pedestrians, in Alberta one gets

Home Depot in Edmonton are trying to swindle customers wanting to use credit
cards.

On a quotation form is printed:

An additional 4% will be added if paid by credit card.

According to VISA, this is illegal in Canada, since merchants must charge the
same whether for cash or credit card.

I suggest that customers AVOID HOME DEPOT, and deal with a reputable Canadian
firm, such as Totem, RONA/REVY, Aikenhead, Home Hardware or similar.

In Canada, members of Chambers of Commerce would pay a MAXIMUM of 1.8%.
Huge customers such as Home Depot would pay a fraction of this, if at all!!

A quotation form is when you ask for a written quotation from a contractor, to
do some work.

The demand for the extra 4% is printed on the quotation form given by the Home
Depot contractor.
This is NOT an instore purchase of materials.

Check with your local Chamber of Commerce for special deal for members.
Also check with your local Credit Union, who sometimes have good deals.

Interac is not credit card, so same rules do not apply.

In Canada, stores NOT PERMITTED to charge for credit card usage to customers!!

Did you miss the point - HOME DEPOT is not allowed to charge the extra 4%, as
per their agreement with the credit card companies, in Canada!!

Edmonton Canada did welcome them, and the new local chapter starts next month.
