Good Morning from the Zundelsite:

In the beginning, our mail ran five to one against us, I would guess.  Now
it is just the opposite.  It is the rare abusive letter that gets shipped
to our website - which usually contains a bucketful of slime and very
little else.

The letters in our favor have substance.  Periodically, I'd like to share
some of these letters - and please keep in mind the disclaimer that the
thoughts expressed are always the author's, which is how it should be.  We
may agree, or we may not - but it's good to hear others express their
thoughts as their own contributions to this struggle.

Here is one such letter, somewhat shortened:

"I've been receiving your Z-Grams for a few weeks now. I just wanted to
make contact and express my appreciation in bringing the truth to a
deceived and dissolute world. "Words that should haunt us now" was
especially good. Most of us, I dare say, simply want to be left alone in
the company of our own kind---in whose company we are at peace and without
whom we are miserable and alone.

If one carefully analyzes the hold our antagonists have on us, the two core
truths they will not permit to be discussed are the non-egalitarian nature
of biological relatedness ("race" if you will) and their own sordid
identity and character. Those truths must not be permitted to become widely
known because they equip those who possess them with the armor and the will
needed to resist their own destruction - a destruction that our antagonists
pursue with relentless fury.

You have also correctly identified the ultimate danger to us:
miscegenation.  Though the truth has been suppressed by the same
antagonist, I suspect you are already aware of the collapse of vibrant
ancient white civilizations in India, Egypt, Greece, Rome and other places
>from  this devastating and irreversible act of familial suicide. For a

The fact that you-know-who pushes race mixing on us so relentlessly means
that in reality they are urging us to commit self-genocide. After the
Bolshevik Revolution, the genocide of the white Russian middle class was
more violent and explicit, to be sure. Here they've not gotten quite the
upper hand they did in Russia---at least not yet.

Perhaps the best way to understand what is happening to us is that class
egalitarianism did not produce the desired "revolution of the proletariat"
here in the West due to traditionally weak class distinctions. So they have
substituted a revolution of race and gender egalitarianism in place of
class warfare.  The objective, of course, is always the same: the genocide
of the middle class, the source of potential opposition.

In case you haven't perused "The Communist Manifesto" lately, here is a
quote worth remembering. Of the middle class Marx said, "The (middle
class), wherever it has got the upper hand, has put an end to all feudal,
patriarchal, idyllic relations. It has pitilessly torn asunder the motley
feudal ties that bound man to his 'natural superiors'. . ."

Note the approving reference to "natural superiors." This should disabuse
anyone of the notion that Marxism is a boon for the downtrodden. Marx
envisioned a return to feudalism, where there would be no middle class . .
. and most people would exist in a state of serfdom, ruled over by "natural
superiors'.

And who are these "natural superiors?" They are none other than the elites
of which Marx was organically a part: '[A] small section of the ruling
class cuts itself adrift, and joins the revolutionary class [the
proletariat], the class that holds the future in its hands.'

The only surprise here is that Marx was so open about the game plan. This,
of course, is typical of the arrogance they possess, evidently feeling -
rightly, it would too often appear - that mere cattle are likely to be
oblivious to the yawning maw of the slaughterhouse.

We are engaged in a race against time: will the emerging truth spark
regenerative action? That is the ultimate question for us."

Hitler is supposed to have said, as quoted from "Memoirs of a Confidant",
page 172:

"I cannot believe that the civilized nations of the world are so blind that
they will lacerate each other to smooth the way for Bolshevism.  The
contrary is essential:  coalition, by groups, into confederacies of states,

Makes you think, doesn't it - as you watch how nation after nation in
Europe now sprouts a nationalism the likes we haven't seen since Weimar?

Good Morning from the Zundelsite:

In the weeks and months to come, you will hear a lot about "hate crimes"
and "hate laws" from me because that is the virus that is now getting
spread.

The Europeans and Canadians are quite familiar with this insidious plague,
but they don't have what we in the US still have:  The American
Constitution and the Bill of Rights, two documents which have acted, so
far, as barriers of protection for the people of this country.

When those two protective barriers are destroyed by the virus of "hate
laws", it's over.

Quite a while ago I heard of a police officers' organization - as I recall
it, originating in Phoenix, Arizona - that was formed to resist thought
control within police departments in the United States.  I believe it had
2,000 members.  I did not keep this reference, and now I wish I had.  I
wonder how strong that movement is now.

Take just a peek at Canada where the following was published in the
November issue of the Free Speech Monitor.  The information was compiled by
Paul Fromm, its editor, which I am bringing here in somewhat shortened
form:

"Police Chiefs Publish Blueprint for Political Thought Police in Canada

In August, the Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police published 'Hate
Crimes in Canada: In Your Back Yard'.

'A Resource Guide', they called it.

It is, in fact, a blueprint for a political thought police.  The word
'hate' appears on nearly every page as a catch-all term of abuse.

The publication of this Orwellian and only semi-literate report received
perfunctory notice in the national press. 'Hate Crimes Eroding Society,
Chief Says,' was the headline of the Toronto Star (August 28, 1996) report.
'The hate movement has permeated Canadian society. (It) can be found in all
communities, in neighbourhoods and in your own back yard.'

'Hate crime is an insidious cancer that can erode a society,' Halifax
Police Chief Vince MacDonald, who chaired the committee that wrote the
report, told about 175 other officers.  Periods of economic recession, much
like the current situation in Canada, trigger hate group activity,
especially white supremacy. Leaders of the racist right heighten levels of
xenophobia (the abject fear of strangers and foreigners) because it is
their belief that the 'white race' is discriminated against the most in
Canada.

(I)t is the hate groups' contention that their organizations personify the
subconscious beliefs and feelings of the majority of Canadian people. (p.6)
. . . 'Before hate propagandists Ernst Zundel and James Keegstra
(anti-Semites) were charged, the law [Section 318/9] was misunderstood.'
(p.17)

(Note here:  Ernst Zundel was NEVER charged.  They are libeling him!)

Secret computer hate networks are available to anyone who owns a computer,
a modem and a phone line: the electronic hate network is open and
uncontrolled. (p.30)

Writes Fromm:  "We mustn't insist on precise meanings for words, but, if
these networks are 'secret', how then, can they be 'available to anyone'"?

The Report goes on to say:

"Hate groups are presently operating in a public relations mode. They claim
they do not hate anyone. The leaders of these groups are educated,
articulate and possess excellent public speaking qualities.  The propaganda
is very offensive but in a lot of cases it would not contravene the hate
propaganda criminal code [sic] section." (p.7)

"It is not always necessary for the responding officer to know if it is a
hate crime; suspicion based on one or more of the following considerations
is enough to submit a report of a hate crime:  . . . the victim perceived
the action of the offender to have been motivated by bias; ... there was no
apparent provocation or motivation for the incident . . . " (p.16)

Comments Fromm:

"That we have a political police in the making, let there be no doubt.
Police departments are exhorted to: 'Ensure that the appropriate police
resources are allocated in order for an efficient police response to
hate/bias motivated crimes and hate propaganda charges.' (p.10)

The report admits there can be 'non-criminal' act(s) of hate/bias, (like)
distribution of material deemed offensive by a recipient, yet not within
the preview [they probably mean purview ] of Section 319.'

Interestingly, there isn't the slightest recognition that the rights of
people to dissent and criticize should also be protected. What do Canada's
KGB-wannabes really want? . . . Ungrammatical and confused as it is, (this
report) appears to hunger for the power to arrest and charge any member of
a group if even ONE  member of the group practises ANY "racist activity" ,
which, incidentally, is undefined and not necessarily against the law.

(This) Orwellian document states: 'An arresting officer is supported more
by legislation that strikes out against racist activity rather than a
specifically named 'hate group' . . . With such a legal definition, when
ANYONE or ANY group of racists commences 'practising ANY racist activity, a
prosecution could be levelled at ALL members of the group.'"

That is the scary part.  Any member of a group can do you in.  Big time!
"Suspicion" is enough.  The "victim" need only "perceive".

Not surprisingly, the report's major source is one of Canada's most
dedicated minority censorship groups, to wit:

"Questions surrounding the validity of Canada's anti-hate laws, according
to B'nai Brith Canada, have provided a 'perceived window of opportunity for
racist groups to recruit and indoctrinate youth openly," the report
faithfully parrots.

What did Lenin write?  "We can and must write in a language which sows
among the masses hate, revulsion, scorn and the like, toward those who
disagree with us."

Remember that Lenin was followed by Stalin.

Good Morning from the Zundelsite:

Up-front:  I'm back!

I was gone for a week on personal business and in the Thanksgiving spirit,
and a comrade sent my prepared ZGrams for me.  Quite a few of you got
upset, thinking I had vanished.  No such luck for our enemies.

Unfortunately, in the times in which we live, I am no longer at liberty to
tell you when I'm gone or busy with a separate project because of safety
considerations. I wish I could - because special problems arise when
someone wishes to be taken off the ZGram list and it seems that the request
gets ignored.  Not so.  I try to keep a very clean and updated list at all
times, but sometimes I do get backlogged.

As, for instance, now.  I came back to literally thousands of letters.
Those of you who need a personal answer, please just bear with me.  I'll
get there.

And I would like to take this opportunity to thank a special sponsor of the

seems, is sending in a small contribution in a plain envelope without a
return address.  All of our supporters' contributions go to the Zundel-Haus

one of the ZGrams I wrote before I left:

I just got off the phone talking to one of the Zundel Defense Team
attorneys on how to ward off the latest so-called "Human Rights Commission"
attack on shutting down the Zundelsite.

This attorney predicts that what will happen, above all, will be a gag
order on Ernst Zundel personally - something she calls "Cease-and-Desist".


Try telling Ernst Zundel to Cease and Desist!  You might as well tell the
sun, the moon and the stars.  It isn't gonna work!

Once he was asked already to do just that, and at that time, in 1985,  he
wrote:

"Nothing can be more devastating than to silence a man from speaking his
mind even to his friends.  In my trial, they seek to do this to me.  They
seek to take away my right to tell people the truth as I know it.

They are conducting a trial in secret in advance of my trial.  For a whole
week, arguments were made and then the judge made a decision which was
devastating to me.

What those agreements were and what the judge's decision has been I am
forbidden to say.  The judge has ordered a ban on publication of all
proceedings which precede the jury trial itself.

So a whole week of testimony and argument and decisions is not possible to
talk about.  I feel doubly gagged.  I feel cheated that I cannot even talk
about it to you, my friends, so far away who have been so faithful and true
to me.

I am writing this to you as a private and confidential communication
knowing that my enemies will seize even this from the mails and turn it
over to the prosecutor.  If I write anything to you personally which they
can use against me, they will bring it to the attention of the Judge.

Such is freedom and democracy. "

Well, that was prior to the Leuchter Report - the name of which I tried on
the Internet search engine "Excite" which brought up 774 documents, only a
handful of which are Zundelsite documents.  The rest are scattered far and
wide across the Internet, including across websites of our opposition,
which suits us fine and dandy.

And now another legal struggle looms.

Please just remember that the legal path is our thoroughfare right now
where we can get the word out to the media and through the media to the
people everywhere about what's going on.  The life of a Revisionist
activist and battler for ethnic self-determination and dignity is seldom
dull and certainly never boring!

Ernst writes in his last "Power" Letter:

"More often than not, we work till the wee hours of the morning - sometimes
even around the clock when pressing problems need to be resolved or a
campaign is in full swing.  We have people who start at 9 A.M. and go home
at 6 P.M.;  others come in at 3 o'clock in the afternoon and work till well
past midnight.  Still others work from 2 A.M. until they nearly drop with
fatigue!  We are literally in touch with the world - around the clock!

And even while we sleep, the Zundelsite is accessed by people from all over
the globe, and documents are studied and downloaded in several languages -
with more in the translation stages.  One university professor  wrote:  'I
can translate your 20-page long Holocaust file into Polish, Russian,
Bosnian, Arabic, Urdu, Farsi, Turkish and Albanian!'

Many of these people offering their help are university-trained, and not a
few are university-employed.  And they, in turn. tell others!  Daily we
receive Internet mail that tell us that I have become not only a spokesman
for the beleaguered Germans but also for truth seekers everywhere - from
Russia to Israel, from Namibia to Iceland and from Tierra del Fuego to the
North Pole.

One wrote:

'We, the Muslim Revivalists are with you, we are your allies in the just
war against the Age of Lies.'

Another wrote:

'I have decided to go all out for it by claiming hurt whenever anyone
mentions the gassing story.  It deeply offends me to hear that my father
gassed Jews without my being allowed to look at the murder weapon - it
offends the principle of natural justice that I am not given the
opportunity to reply to such allegations.'

A third, who used to live in Australia for 12 years but has now returned to
Slovakia, wrote:

'I have witnessed the destruction of basic values by a group you are
talking about. I am very pleased to see that men like you have the courage
to touch this untouchable subject.  If there is anything I can do here for
you, let me know.'

Millions of people are exposed to our radio and TV programs, on the
Internet, via satellite - from Mexico all the way to the North Pole and all
over the US in at least 100 cities and towns on Public Access TV - from
Texas to Alaska, from Hawaii to Florida.

That's what unnerves our enemies and detractors all over the place!  They
don't know how we do it, and they cannot figure it out!

It is really very simple, as one of my French comrades recently put it:

'There is one thing I noticed (our enemies) CANNOT, really cannot even
conceive: it is 'desinteressement' (my dictionary says 'unselfishness' or
'selflessness', but I am not sure it is what I mean); they cannot imagine
people give a lot of their time, or a lot of their money, just for nothing,
just for an idea, just for helping revisionism, without having anything in
return except the happiness of seeing its progress. . . '

Gone are the days when the Canadian media thought they had finished me by
systematically demonizing and character-assassinating me!  The image
problems I have had to battle in Canada I do not have world-wide!  The
Internet has made the difference because now people can see and judge for
themselves - something they never could before because the Canadian lapdog
media was the bottle neck and self-appointed 'interpreter' of what Ernst
Z=FCndel was about!

Well, day by day, they're finding out!

Our enemies have long marveled, and no doubt gnashed their teeth, at our
sustained effort in spite of the costly nuisance law suits, so-called
'Human Rights' Tribunal hearings, the bombs and the arson, and on and on
and on.  You, my friends, have made this miracle possible.  You and your
donations and your sacrifices alone!  Without you, I would be a lone, small
voice!

It is an extraordinary task - and a great privilege.  You and I - we are
the Voice of Freedom and Truth in History!

Good Morning from the Zundelsite:

As I described in several ZGrams before, in my early youth I lived in
Argentina during the last years of power of the fascist dictators Juan and
Evita Peron.  Life in those years in Argentina was peaceful, orderly and
safe.  In fact, to my small family, consisting of my grandmother, mother,
younger sister and myself, having scrambled out of the chaos of a war-torn
Europe and several years of brutal pioneering in the jungles in a religious
German colony in Paraguay, it was near paradise.

Argentina was as European in culture, government and social interaction as
any South American country in those years - the only possible exception
being Uruguay.  Racial tension was totally absent and Jews, with very few
exceptions I remember - one being the disorderly but harmless Senor Bart I
have described before who claimed to have been Lenin's friend  - were
equally not part of the landscape of the early and mid-1950s.

I think back on those years with nostalgia.  I always thought that life
must have resembled life in the South of the United States described so
poignantly in "Gone with the Wind" just prior to the Civil War - a life of
huge plantations and gracious hospitality and barbecues with congenial
friends and neighbors under a very fat moon and a star-studded sky.

I remember one such barbecue where a group of young people were kept from
going home by a torrential rain that made the roads impassable, and I
worried that I could not notify my mother - nobody had a telephone - that
natives not of our race and class had taken us in like wet cats.  There
were about fifteen of us - most of us girls, and all in our middle and late
teens.  I thought that my mother might worry because we were gone for
almost a week.

It never even crossed her mind that we might be in danger or might be
harmed by anyone - including our "dates", some of whom were adult males who
would, in our society, be seen as inappropriate escorts because they were
older than we.  My mother did not lose a minute's worth of sleep because
she knew that men, without exception, were chivalrous, protective company
and girls knew proper conduct - and that was that.  No fuss.

Then Marxist Revolution came to Argentina.  I don't think it was ever
officially called that, but that was the effect.  Evita was dead;  Peron
was deposed; and the peasants knelt in the dirt, holding up their candles
to the Virgin, praying for deliverance.  Soon afterwards I married and
moved to another country, and only knew of Argentina's sad demise from
safety into chaos from missives from my mother.

She kept on mentioning the Communists in letter after letter.  I don't
remember that she ever wrote one word about the Jews, but what she said,
repeatedly, was that the country was now sliding into systematic anarchy
she thought that she had left behind in Russia.  She often wrote that she
was glad she would not live to see the end.  She had her wish;  she died
four years before the official Marxist take-over, replete with imported
terror described in the somewhat shortened letter below.

It was sent by an Argentine nationalist who may be contacted through an

legislation in Canada, France, Germany, and other Western countries where
the freedom of expression of the citizens have been seriously curtailed in
(exchange) for exceptional rights for alien minorities.

As expected, the passing of that law was a big triumph for the Jewish
lobby, cheered jubilantly by every known Hebrew special interest group.
Some nationalists claim that the passing of Law 23592 was single-handedly
an operation conceived and promoted by Argentine Jewry with support from
American Jewry and the World Jewish Congress.

The last well-known casualty of the one-sidedness of Law 23592 is General
(retired) Suarez Mason, who was deported in 1989 from his residence in
(the) United States (in the San Francisco area) to Argentina, to face one
of the most politically-charged trials to have taken place in that country.
The charges against Suarez Mason arose from his activities combating armed
leftist insurgence during the period of 1976-1979. The Jewish Lobby, along
with the extreme Left, refers to the entire period of 1976-1983 as the
Dirty War, in a manner similar to which the same parties refer as Holocaust
to the entire period of the III German Reich, 1933-1945.

It is worthy of notice that the internal war in Argentina became dirty, at
least in the eyes of the above mentioned parties, only when the armed
forces engaged in full in the fight against terrorism. The period previous
to 1976, in which leftist terrorism was responsible for 590 kidnappings,
676 homicides and more than 10,000 other violent acts, has yet to receive
an equally stigmatizing name.

The DAIA (Delegation of Israeli-Argentine Associations, the local B'nai
B'rith) has filed a demand for criminal charges against Suarez Mason for
"inciting racial and religious hate and persecution", in violation of the
above mentioned law. As evidence, the Jewish organization has presented an
interview that Suarez Mason had kindly granted to Noticias magazine. The
petition that requests that citizen Suarez Mason receive the maximum
possible penalty, is signed by Ruben Beraja, a rich banker, president of
DAIA, president of the Jewish Latin American Congress and vice-president of
the World Jewish Congress, (an) organization in which he is second only to
flamboyant millionaire Edgar Bronfman (information on Mr. Beraja's career
appears on the November 1996 issue of the Bulletin OJI 641-Part 1 of the
Jewish Latin American Congress). Jose Kestelman, DAIA secretary, co-signed
the petition.

When questioned about instances where torture was administered, allegedly
under his command, to political prisoners, Suarez Mason answered that
'maybe we should have legalized it to cover some excesses, as the Jews do
(...) Of course, the Jewish power is worldwide, that's why no one
criticizes them'.

The state of Israel has indeed maintained torture, as a method to obtain
confessions from Palestinians and others, under the protection of the law,
through decisions of the Israeli Supreme Court. The number of those who
have suffered painful physical and psychological punishments while under
Zionist captivity is in the thousands. A few dozens deaths during the
exercise of torture have been reported. . . "

This Israeli action, of course, completely flies in the face of the UN

A journalist for Hotwired, and the monitor of the Internet fight-censorship
list, wrote the following a few days ago, commenting on the announced
pull-out of CompuServe out of Germany in protest to that country's brutal
censorship attempts:

"At the risk of drawing more flack, I offer this as an example of how
economic freedom and social freedom are inextricably intertwined."

He then cites the following article:

"MUNICH, Germany (Nov 18, 1996 10:30 a.m. EST) - CompuServe GmbH  said
Monday it may transfer its administrative operations out of Germany because
of government moves to force Internet companies to control pornography on
their networks.

The German unit of the world's second-largest on-line service would
continue to offer services in Germany, but shift its headquarters to a
country that does not hold on-line companies responsible for obscene
material on the Internet, spokeswoman Doris Kretzen told Reuters.

A law under consideration in Germany's lower house of parliament  would
require on-line companies to block access to child pornography, neo-Nazi
materials or other extreme pictures or writing on the Internet.

'I don't know that we would move just because of the law, but we can be a
provider from another country,' Kretzen said.

CompuServe, which is also Germany's second-largest on-line system,  has
balked at such measures, saying they would require the company to 'censor'
vast reaches of the Internet.

One proposal in Germany's Bundestag would require on-line services  to act
only when barring access is 'technically possible and reasonable.'

Felix Somm, CompuServe's general manager in Germany, told German
television: 'It cannot be that a provider has to make massive investments
to control an international network, if you can offer services with
significantly less cost next door in Luxembourg.'

Kretzen noted that CompuServe, which ranks second only to America  On-line,
serves several European countries from its London and Paris offices. . .

CompuServe, a subsidiary of H&R Block, provides on-line  information,
electronic mail and Internet access to more than four million subscribers
in 140 countries. It has 500,000 customers in Europe, including 335,000 in
Germany and employs 250 workers in Germany."

Please note that here, again, the pretense is that Germany is merely
concerned about pornography and only as an afterthought about Revisionism

Since this article was posted, CompuServe has apparently backed off from

will 'cooperate to work for a solution.'

Meanwhile, we are told, a diskette has been "arrested", and Corel, a
software company, is now in trouble because its clip art features
swastikas.

I mention this corporate scare in response to German censorship because I
want to illustrate just how costly it is, or can be, to the economy as well
as to a lot of individuals if special interests try to sabotage what people
like us have to offer.

We are talking broad-brush economic consequences attached to the
maintenance of tribal dogma of benefit to just a few.  My point pertains
not just to Germany but also to what's happening in Switzerland with the
latest - the supposed millions that have 'disappeared' from accounts
claimed by some 'Holocaust" survivors'.

I am giving you a rough translation from one of the 'Germania Rundbriefs'
where Ernst makes the following point - that it is costly not to listen.
Very costly.

Writes Ernst:

  "Anybody who has investigated the shenanigans of the Holocaust profiteers
knows that we have long ceased talking about retribution  for so-called
genocidal crimes. . . I cannot help but say  'I told you so' when I read
about the greedy profiteers of Europe's Trail of Tears - namely the Swiss
bankers - now in the clutches of the parasites and in the crosshairs of the
rifles.  Here is the evidence that even highly intelligent people with
university training can be checkmated by ghetto-gangsters and their
emotional arguments. . . this is the newest game of economic terrorism.

All the Swiss bankers would have had to do from the beginning would have
been this:  an investment in Revisionism of approximately $1,000 for the
classic works of Dr. Faurisson, Dr. Staeglich, the Leuchter Report, the
Rudolf-Gutachten and die Zundel-Trial transcripts.  Thus equipped, they
could have confronted the extortionists with the following argument, to
wit:

1)  We have received your wildly exaggerated and vastly inflated request

2)  With typical Swiss thoroughness and love for detail we will now
investigate what REALLY happened in the Third Reich

3)  An expert gremium empaneled by Swiss banks, composed of Swiss experts
on crime, crematoria experts, chemists and historians as well as archivists
in charge of classified documents will now go to work

4)  We will pay you to the penny what you deserve and can rightfully claim
- no more, and no less! - according to Swiss banking tradition.

That would have put a speedy end to the parade!  REVISIONISM COULD HAVE
SAVED SWITZERLAND BILLIONS!"

Good Morning from the Zundelsite:

More often than I care to remember, I have heard people say:  "I can't
afford to read!  I don't have time to read!"  To me, that is like saying:
"I can't afford to breathe!"  How can a brain survive?

And what I have been reading this past week the moment I had time to sit
down for a cup of coffee is "The New American Man" by JB Campbell,
published in 1983.

I am amazed the man is still alive!

If there is just one book you can "afford" to read, that is the one you
must!  It pulls no punches whatsoever - and whether you agree or not with
what the author has to say, you will never forget how he says things!

It tells you just how green I am to all of this because I had been
corresponding with this author for some time but had no inkling whatsoever
who he was.  I used to call him "Jeff" until he told me that he is known
among his friends as "Bruce".  This morning, as I was trying to wake up and
get myself in gear while swallowing a few more JB Campbell pages, I told
myself, awash with admiration for his prose:  "Wish that Bruce  did today's
ZGram for me!"

And what do you know - the moment my hard disk started humming . . . !

It is an excerpt from a newsgroup thread discussing why it is so important
to understand what happened in  the European wars of our dying century -
and why.  Here it is, courtesy of JB Campbell:

"I guess I don't understand the problem of "judging men for their
actions...using subsequent knowledge gained 40+ years after the fact." What
choice do we have when knowledge (truth) is suppressed for decades? When
the truth finally comes out, we judge people based on it. What else is
there to do? If you live your life based on certain assumptions, and then
years later the assumptions turn out to have been wrong, what do you do?
Stick to them, or adapt to the new reality?

Revisionism is hated and feared by those who have controlled history for
political power. If it turns out that our participation in WWII was based
on lies, shouldn't we try to correct them? If it turns out that the
atrocities and war crimes and post-war crimes our wonderful boys committed
in league with our Soviet and British allies were far worse than ever
imagined, shouldn't we take responsibility for them once we have
investigated and found them to have happened? Shouldn't we constantly
search for the truth so as to prevent them from recurring? Isn't this the
way of a responsible, patriotic adult?

We shouldn't be fascinated merely with the details of the war, the battles,
the weapons, the personalities. As Americans we should be more interested
in US policy which got us into that war, and especially the US policy which
was enunciated and put into concrete at Yalta, with our Soviet and British
allies. This US-UK-USSR policy condemned hundreds of millions of people,
>from  Germany to China, to slavery, torture and death, starting immediately
with the US Army's OPERATION KEELHAUL and the British Army's OPERATION
EASTWIND, in which millions of Russians, Cossacks, Ukrainians, Germans and
other Europeans were rounded up, put in boxcars and sent into the gulags to
die. I have interviewed former US soldiers who were involved in this
sickening, outrageous crime against humanity. It can't be helped if you
haven't heard about this--it's not my fault. Now that you have heard about
it, it is your responsiblity to investigate and spread the word.

You usually can't detect the reason for a war until you read the peace
treaty. There was no peace treaty with Germany because we cut her up with
our Soviet ally. This was accomplished with The Yalta Agreement, which
liquidated the majority of opponents to the New World Order, both in Europe
and Asia. The Yalta Agreement was the entire purpose of our participation
in WWII. In other words, our wonderful boys fought for the safety and
future of Communism, in Europe, Russia and Asia, and lucrative
"anti-communist," no-win wars for decades to come.

You "wonder if Ike would have wished to have done things differently had he
had the luxury of hindsight at the time?" What do you mean? He gave the
orders for the slaughter of German POWs and for the slaughter of the
above-named millions in Ops KEELHAUL and EASTWIND. Why do you wonder if he
would have done things differently? What difference would it make if he
did? Do you just want to believe that he was a good man, that he became
unhinged by Buchenwald? He was guided by US policy (the Morgenthau Plan)
and by his own hatred. He wrote to his wife from London, long before he
ventured into Buchenwald, "The German is a beast. I hate him." This was
only natural--he was paid to hate and kill Germans.

If anyone is guilty of imposing his own later thinking upon past events, it
is those of us who cannot or will not put ourselves back in those times,
through study, and try to understand the dark forces behind our sadistic
pre-war, wartime and post-war policies.

Anyone who says, "Well, if this is true, why aren't the Germans
complaining?" How naive! To whom, exactly, could Germans complain, if they
were the complaining types? The Americans? The Soviets? The British? There
is only one subject having to do with WWII which can be discussed in
Germany, and that is German guilt . . .

(I)t took until 1990 for the Soviets to admit that it was they, and not the
Germans, who killed 21,000 Polish officers and intellectuals in the Katyn
Forest near Smolensk during the war. For almost fifty years, we were
assured by our government that it was the Germans. Our foreign policy is
based on WWII lies such as this, and many others of greater significance in
terms of numbers.

Why don't we stop playing around with the war's details and talk about the
war's purpose, and who was really responsible? Let the treason trials
begin!

Good Morning from the Zundelsite:

These past few days and weeks, there have been ominous censorship rumblings
- not only out of Canada.  Ever since December 3, I couldn't get my ZGrams
out smoothly, and I have had a flood of letters from people who wondered
what happened to me.

I am still here - and I want you to know that you WILL get a ZGram EVERY
DAY (sometimes a bit late, as happened today . . .) as long as this is
possible.  I haven't missed one yet!  Always check them also on our website
where they are regularly archived.

If you don't get my daily ZGram, it could mean 1) there is a technical
problem, 2) there is a censorship problem, 3) it's both - one being a
function of the other.  Should that happen, go to the other prime
Revisionist websites to find out.  Get your links from the Zundelsite and
other major websites while you can.

So what is going on?  Some foreshadowing can be glimpsed from the
following, an excerpt from the HAMILTON Spectator, Nov 23, 1996:

"Although the human rights body has succeeded in the past in shutting down
hate messages recorded on telephone answering machines, it is the first
time it has gone after similar messages on the Internet.

The decision is certain to spark a debate over freedom of expression in
cyberspace and the right of any government agency to control messages on
the Internet . . .

"Should people be able to say offensive and racist things?  Yes, that's
what free speech is all about," said Mr. Jones, a professor at McMaster
University in Hamilton.

"The purpose of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms is specifically to
protect offensive speech, speech that people are trying to silence.

"Most controversial and offensive content on the Internet that people
describe as hate propaganda doesn't fall within that legal definition."

And therein lies the rub.  What courts were unwilling to say about Ernst
Zundel's information outreach - that his campaign for historical truth
should be re-christened and, thus, criminalized as "hate mongering" - a
KGB-like organization, run by some Hidden Hand it seems, will now attempt
to force.  Mislabeled the "Canadian Human Rights Commission", this outfit
will now try to ram their own agenda  right down free people's throats,
possibly even before Christmas, despite previously unsuccessful, shameless
special interest lobbying and massive amounts of taxpayers' money wasted by
assorted legal and judicial outfits already.

The outcome?  We shall see.  Maxwell Yalden, chief human rights
commissioner, has already declared Ernst Zundel guilty, as quoted in the
article cited above:

". . . I don't think Zundel is engaged in free and open debate.  I think
he's engaged in inciting people against Jews, and it's on that basis that
we're proceeding."

So.  There it is.  The Forces of Freedom are once again bracing themselves
for a MAJOR assault by the Forces of Censorship and Repression.  A
three-member panel has already been appointed, headed by one Mrs. McTavish,
and a "pre-Tribunal meeting" has been announced - whatever that may mean.

As far as I know, we still have old but active Zundel-Mirrors from the
January cyber-war involving the first "website cloning"  ever in the
history of the Net.  Other freedom fighters are in the process of storing
and mirroring all or at least part of our material.  There are 26 megabytes
of information on the Zundelsite.   The eight articles attacked by Germany
are listed in our German News section.  (Some of these articles are in
English)  The ones that Canada considers "dangerous" for grown-up, thinking
human beings, which are the subject of the CHRC complaints, will be
highlighted shortly so there is no mistake.  If you have something to say
about us in the various newsgroups, please do not spam.  That only makes it
worse for us.  Be courteous.  Show class.  We need allies, not people who
are annoyed at us.

>From Austria comes very serious news as well.  An Austrian engineer named
Wolfgang Frohlich has been arrested for the Thoughtcrime of Revisionism he
posted via articles and editorials on his web page, and is facing up to 10
years in prison if convicted.  Just this morning I skimmed over the
information  (part of the Burgerforum Web page) and it looks perfectly
legitimate and responsible to me.

I have only a passing knowledge of the name;  I don't know who Wolfgang
Frohlich is and what his role in Europe is.  But further information on
this case, including names and addresses, along with a sample Letter of
Protest, can be found in English on Michael Hoffman's web page at

Please take this seriously.  Don't just be a passive consumer of news -
hiding behind a pseudonym.  Get involved.  Believe me this is merely the
beginning of massive censorship and even raids on private property.  It has
happened in Europe - by the thousands!

Finally I want to say that many of you have enthusiastically linked
directly to my ZGrams, posted them in various news groups and copied them
for friends.  A few have asked to have them reproduced in their own
publications and private letters.  Still others have sent them to radio
stations and other media in a mini-Revisionist information outreach
campaign.  Even though the ZGrams carry a copyright in my name, I do not
mind at all.  They are to be used and not to be hidden away.  I do mind,
however, if this is being done without my knowledge and permission or for
financial gain because there are some publications that give the
unwarranted appearance of association and collusion with me.  I also want
to make it clear that I am not responsible for other content in
publications that happen to carry my ZGrams.  I am responsible only for
what appears with my byline.  The "Divide and Conquer" practice is being
applied wherever possible in our ranks as well, and I am trying to avoid
being put in the middle of conflicts (even legal conflicts) of which I have
no part and do not wish to have a part.

Finally, there is one heck of an article entitled "Real Torah Judaism" by
Ze'ef Chafets in the Jerusalem Report, January 25, 1996.  READ IT!  It is a
real eye-opener.  I assume that publication is on-line.

Christmas is coming close, and through my mind runs that story of the
little girl who shopped until she dropped - who, late at night, said part
of the Lord's Prayer as follows:  ". . . and forgive us our Christmases, as
we forgive those who Christmas against us . . . "

An Open Letter from the "Zundelsite" to all principled Freedom-of-Speech
activists globally:  We Are In Need Of Intervenors!


As many of you know from hundreds of articles and newscasts this past year,
the Zundelsite is arguably the best-known - and most controversial -
Website on the Internet.  We are at the cusp of the Revisionist Movement.
We are loved by many, and we are hated by some - but no one is indifferent
to us.

We are engaged in a struggle to revise history - so as to bring history in
accord with the FACTS, not propaganda.  We have no membership.  We are not
affiliated with any political groups.  We are merely asking for scientific,
forensic EVIDENCE justifying widely-held political and financial claims
adversely affecting German people world-wide that the "Holocaust" is indeed
what it is marketed to be.

We were attacked by the German state via Deutsche Telekom in January of
this year which caused the first-ever Internet shutdown of 1500 sites
located at Web Communications in California to prevent people from reaching
our Internet website and participate in, or at least observe, an announced
Holocaust Debate.

We were attacked again and, in effect, politically X-rated in a
precedent-setting censorship move this past summer when the German Ministry
for the Family and the Aged decided that eight of our documents were
"socially disorienting" to minors - because they questioned the
"officially" decreed Holocaust history used to indoctrinate youngsters in
schools in Germany.

We now face a MAJOR censorship assault and possible shutdown of the
Zundelsite by a Canadian organization called the "Canadian Human Rights
Commission" which has decided that the global Internet is a "telephone"
and, hence, falls under the jurisdiction of the CHRC.  This outfit has the
"right" to shut down telephone messages deemed "hateful" by them.  (This
would be similar to telephone info- or hotlines using tape-recorded
messages.)  The Internet is seen by those running the HCRC as embodying a
similar technological rationale.

Ernst Zundel is a German living in Canada.  The Zundelsite is physically
located in the United States.  The person heading CHRC, Maxwell Yalden, has
recently been appointed to a UN advisory position - which means that the
controversy involving the Zundelsite will move straight to the United
Nations level.  The irony of the situation is that Max Yalden, the CHRC's
chief commissioner, ought to be expected to protect human rights, including
the universal right to Free Speech - not stifle or deny that right.

Yet just the opposite is true.  Yalden and his cohorts are abusing the
process by arbitrarily applying their laws to stifle only people of
Zundel's opinion.

Ernst Zundel has stated many times that the Zundelsite has as its mission
the rehabilitation of the honor and reputation of the German nation and
people.  Specifically, the Zundelsite challenges the traditional version of
the "Holocaust" - an Allied propaganda tool concocted during World War II -
that is NOT based on historical fact but is a cleverly used ploy to keep
the German wartime generation and their descendants in perpetual political,
moral, emotional, spiritual and financial bondage.

The Zundelsite challenges three specific, commonly accepted, monstrous lies
pertaining to the "Holocaust":

        * that there ever was a Fuehrer order for the genocidal killings
          of Jews, Gypsies and others

        * that the chief murder weapon or instrument for the alleged
          mass killing, called a "gas chamber," was designed for the
          express purpose of targeting groups of human beings like Jews

        * that the numbers of victims claimed to have been killed are
          anywhere near the number of people who actually died in
          concentration camps of whatever cause - including lack of
          food, lack of shelter and medicines, epidemics, old age and the
vagaries of total war.

To claim that World War II was fought by the Germans, as the Holocaust
Promotion Lobby incessantly claims, just to kill off the Jews as a group,
is a deliberately planned, systematic deception amounting to financial,
political, emotional and spiritual extortion. The "Holocaust," first
propagandized as a tragedy, has over time deteriorated into a racket
cloaked in the tenets of a new temporal religion - replete with martyrs to
the Faith, holy shrines, high priests like Wiesel and Goldhagen, and
theologians of the Faith such as Raul Hilberg, Deborah Lipstadt et al.

The "Holocaust" is NOT a Faith.  It is alleged history.  It is high time to
subject the "Holocaust" to public scrutiny - just as any other historical
issue has been subjected to public scrutiny since time immemorial.

That is precisely what we want.  We want no more - no less.

We want unfettered public examination and discussion of the EVIDENCE as we
have found it and continue to find it.  Our ultimate political goal is a
neutral international symposium with full access to still classified World
War II documents held by all nations willing to look at and evaluate our
evidence in an unbiased manner - and the Holocaust promoters' claims as
well.

We will stand tall if we are right.  We will self-destruct if we are wrong.
That's it.

Until this happens, the Zundelsite intends to function as an information
outreach source. The Zundelsite documents will prove in many different ways
- statistically, forensically, and logically - that it is historically
inaccurate, emotionally misleading and cruelly unfair to Germans everywhere
to claim the "Holocaust" took place in the form portrayed by the
conventional media, most institutions of learning and mainstream media, and
especially by writers like Wiesel, Hilberg and Goldhagen.

The Zundelsite is dedicated to the sacred belief held by all independent
people everywhere that a truly democratic society does not need to fear,
suppress and persecute an alternate view of history, culture, race,
religion or politics.  In truly democratic societies, a citizen is
duty-bound to inform himself and others of a threat to the public welfare
and to act in defense of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

That is what we are doing - by our research, and by publishing our
findings. We believe in truth, freedom, fairness and justice for all - not
just for the privileged, politically correct and well-connected wealthy
few.  The German people have a rightful claim to fairness.  After over
fifty years of suppression, persecution and massive disinformation, we ask
that the World community grant the Germans, as individuals and as a group,
the right to free themselves - peacefully and legally! - from the mental
shackles of defeat imposed on them since 1945.   We ask that they be given,
too, the right to full free speech and to unfettered inquiry into their own
history!

We believe in Article 19 of the United Nations Charter on Human Rights
which encourages us to inform ourselves and others across state lines and
frontiers by all means possible - especially when abuses, wrongdoing and
criminal acts occur - even by people in high positions endowed with
enormous authority, hiding their abuses behind a veneer of supposed
"legality", as is the case at hand with the Canadian Human Rights
Commission now trying to shut down the Zundelsite!

The United Nations Declaration of Human Rights reads as follows:

     "Everyone has the right of freedom of opinion and expression; this
right includes freedom to hold opinion without interference and to seek,
receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless
of frontiers."

This is a call and plea to all fair-minded people everywhere regardless of
race or religion - inside and outside of governments, Human Rights
Organizations, and disciplines in various fields TO HELP US AS ACTIVE
INTERVENORS in the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal Hearings, which are to
start this month.  There is NO TIME TO LOSE!

Specifically, we are looking for the following:

*       experts in mass communications, especially in electronic
communications, who can explain to a lay panel what tools and methods have
evolved and have been and are now being used pertaining to the Internet

themselves from subjugation and bondage by non-violent means
*       experts on the United States RICO statutes pertaining to extortion

impact of words on the mind

Good Morning from the Zundelsite:

Today is International Human Rights Day.  We have decided to add a special
"Human Rights/Human Wrongs" section to our website to make a distinct
contribution in a practical way to the global struggle for universal human
rights as claimed by many institutions endowed with making sure ALL people
will enjoy those rights - not just the politically privileged few.

We will do more than merely mouth some empty platitudes as, unfortunately,
most politicians and media spew forth.  This ZGram will be part of our
initial contributions to show the world that the Revisionist movement, as
we are building and expanding it,  is eminently relevant to what is
happening and needs to be supported - not merely for our sakes,  but for
all people's welfare in the farthest corners of the world.

Our guiding stance will be that lofty organizations such as the United
Nations and other Human Rights organizations may have been guided in the
beginning by worthwhile intentions and the best of ideals, but have been
corrupted by the same shady, unprincipled players who have their hands in
world-wide terrorism, including ever-more escalating Holocaust terrorism.

By our insisting as serious, committed Revisionists with stamina and
principles that the UN give us OUR right to OUR still classified and
censored history, we are, in fact, assisting other people's rights to THEIR
own human rights.

I went to bed last night, my last thoughts vested in a flyer that Ernst had
faxed me 19 minutes before midnight (symbolic?) revealing that Bob Rae,
former Premier of Ontario, will be the guest speaker in Toronto at the
"Louis Lenkinski Memorial Lecture on Human Rights" in honor of world human
rights.  And guess who sponsors it?  None other than the Canadian Jewish
Congress, Ontario Region.  Free admission.  Everyone welcome.

This is the same Bob Rae who, while still a member of the opposition in
Parliament, had his secretary call Ernst and, in hysterical language, asked
that he, Rae, be removed immediately from Ernst's mailing list to public
officials!  He must have feared catching a politically incorrect thought.

Throughout his political career, Bob Rae was a Leftist, moving to a
"centrist" position as he matured.  He nearly bankrupted Ontario by his
irresponsible heavy borrowing and his "Red" agenda.  He was turfed
unceremoniously out of office by a majority of Ontario's voters who
decimated his socialist, "new, democratic" party at the polls.

Rae flatly refused to pay compensation for Ernst's unnecessary legal ordeal
caused by the Jewess, Sabina Citron, after Ernst Zundel won in the Supreme
Court of Canada.  This court ruled that the law, under which his opposition
had hounded, prosecuted, gagged and imprisoned him and under which he was
briefly deported, was unconstitutional.

Bob Rae is fond of quoting Hillel.  He frequently travels to Israel.

What does this have to do with the UN, you ask?  Read on.

The General Assembly of the UN has recognized ". . . the fundamental right
(of Palestinians) to struggle '. . . by any means at their disposal.'"
Wish that the United Nations General Assembly granted the Germans such
right - or that at least one German in Toronto had that right!

For Germany, Ernst Zundel's native country, has been like Palestine, albeit
not so to the naked eye - an occupied country since 1945, "allowed" to
"recover" so its defeated citizens  could become slaves to Israel.  Even
though the Allied vassals were installed as the "legitimate government"
over the defeated Germans, that is not how the cookie crumbles, obviously -
of which more will be said in weeks and months to come.

Now with Max Yalden, current chief "Canadian Human Rights Commission"
Kommissar, who is retiring on December 30 and who will shortly be in a
position to adjudicate the UN members on "human rights abuses" at New York
UN headquarters, we at the Zundelsite have our doubts that there will be
much said in our favor.

We, too, are struggling for our rights to have our say.  In the real world.
As Germans.  We will fight hard for our right to our history, unfettered
and un-terrorized - so as to let the world community know what we already
know.

So let's examine the "Human Rights" record, as documented by the UN, of one
state and people who are the very ones who lie about Germans to Germans the
most.  They also lie to Americans.  They lie to the World, according to
author Paul Findley.

In "Deliberate Deceptions:  Facing the Facts About US-Israeli Relationship"
(Lawrence Hill Books, 1995) this author makes the point that Israel, with
the collusion of the power elite in Washington, has been successful over
the decades in keeping the United Nations on the sidelines in efforts to
find a solution to the Middle East problem and to create real peace:

"In the words of Resolution FS-9/1 of 1982, "Israel's record and actions
establish conclusively that it is not a peace-loving Member State and that
it has not carried out its obligations under the Charter.

There is not likely to be peace as long as Israel continues to violate the
charter of the United Nations and defy the world body's resolution.  No
nation has been the subject of as much and as frequent official criticism
by the UN General Assembly and the Security Council as Israel has, and none
has been defended and shielded more often by the United States . . .

(The US) has repeatedly supported Israel in UN votes - even to the point of
threatening in 1983 to withdraw from the General Assembly if it suspended
Israel for its refusal to abide by UN resolutions.

Israel's isolation in the world community derives from resolutions critical
of Israel . . . Because of council rules, all such resolutions have to
receive either the open approval of the United States or its acquiescence
through abstention in the voting.  The United States, as one of the five
permanent Security Council members, has the right to veto any resolution
placed before the council.

Despite Washington's unwavering support of Israel, the United States over
the years has supported, actively or passively, an unprecedented sixty nine
resolutions that find fault with Israel."

Pertaining to the Middle East conflict, Findley makes the further point
that there has been a remarkable consensus over the years in the world body
that Israel is far from the benign and peace-loving nation concerned with
"Human Rights".

Lebanon, its violations of the Human Rights of Palestinians under
occupation, its violations of the Fourth Geneva Convention, its claim to

Good Morning from the Zundelsite:

One of the loveliest vignettes I heard when I was up on Vancouver Island at
the end of October doing a dinner program for the Canadian Free Speech
League goes as follows:

During the Second Great Holocaust Trial in 1988 when Ernst Zundel was
fighting for his freedom and integrity, the judge decided to invoke
"judicial notice" -  a legal concept meaning that some "facts" are so
patently "true" that they cannot be argued and defended.  The earth is
round.  The capital of the United States is Washington.  The sun is setting
in the West.

The "Holocaust", the judge in his wisdom decided, was such a "fact" in need
of no examination.  The only thing still left to argue was whether or not
this fellow, Zundel, had maliciously "spread false news" or whether or not
he was too dense to even tell the difference between what he considered
"facts" and other people would call "lies" so as to keep a sterling
conscience.

Some choice on which to base the defense!

It was a major blow before the trial even began.  Ernst's legal team, at
that time, decided that the trial was over.  Doug Christie, his main
attorney, advised Ernst at that point to simply sit it out and make it as
short as possible to save himself unnecessary expenses.  There was no way
that Ernst could win his right to the expression of his skepticism if the
"Holocaust" couldn't be challenged.

Ernst said:  "We will still go ahead.  This is no longer for myself.  The
last trial was for publicity.  This one will be for history.  I will
exonerate my country, Germany."

The person who brought the charges initially in 1983, the Jewess Sabina
Citron, had her expenses covered by the Canadian taxpayers - the Crown
accommodated her and took over the Zundel prosecution.  Ernst Zundel paid,
out of his pocket, the huge expenses for a four-month trial, defending
himself against the charge of having spread "false news".

One of the major outcomes of that trial was, of course, the commissioning
of the Leuchter Report leading to a highly dramatic and secretive mission -
and, lo, the "Holocaust" became a "Half-a-caust" and hasn't yet stopped
shrinking.

A less-known outcome was a second look at World War II and and what it
REALLY cost the "winners".  This aspect is now recognized as an embedded
by-product of the two Great Holocaust Trials of 1985 and 1988.

Below are excerpts from a newsgroup thread sent to me by JB Campbell, one
of my all-time favorite and vastly underrated writers.  Bruce has a way of
cutting through the mire of platitudes about that monstrous war and getting
to the nitty gritty of "What Price Innocence?"

Here's JB Campbell, slightly edited for brevity's sake:

Let's talk about the "benefits of this country" that (a reader) and others
put their lives on the line to buy us - assuming that he is a WWII vet.
What were the benefits from our participation in the Second World War?

Well, we got some pretty big ships. And some pretty fantastic airplanes.
The ships and planes cost a lot to run, of course, but the taxpayers always
take care of that.

What else? Well, our bankers, from whom we borrowed the money for the ships
and planes, became very rich. This is because it didn't actually cost them
anything to lend us credit, but we had to pay them back with money we
worked to earn.

Of course, the war put everyone back to work, making ships and airplanes.
Few people stop to remember that in the Depression, which ended on 7 Dec,
1941, there had been no money to buy anything. The bankers had by then
repossessed many homes and farms and businesses. No one could get credit
because "money was tight."

But once the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor, money wasn't tight anymore.
There was all the money in world available for ships and airplanes--for
Stalin! And Churchill!

For MacArthur? No, no money for him and the men in the Philippines. The
most MacArthur and Nimitz ever got was 20% of the total, and that was
toward the end.

Anyway, everybody got to work. Our women got to go to work in factories,
making ships and airplanes. They were liberated from the tyranny of staying
at home, and got to mingle with some interesting people.

And we got rationing and shortages, so that Stalin and Churchill and our
wonderful boys could have the very best equipment with which to destroy
European culture and set up Communist dictatorships in Germany, Poland,
Hungary, Czechoslovakia, Romania, Yugoslavia.

Our wonderful boys were also used to create Communist dictatorships in
China, Korea and Vietnam. Did you know that Ho Chi Minh was a US
intelligence agent during WWII? He was one of our wonderful boys in OSS!

I guess I haven't really come up with any benefits which our wonderful boys
actually bought us by putting their lives on the line. When you stop to
think about it, what they actually did was serve our masters who wanted the
political setup in Europe and Asia changed. They were expendable gladiators
who killed and got killed.

The fact is that WWII not only ruined Europe and Asia but the United States
as well! The undeclared, no-win wars in Korea and Vietnam were merely
extensions of WWII, with many of the same characters directing the action
on both sides. And just as the Communists were the real victors in WWII, so
they were in Korea and Vietnam.

There must have been some benefits won for us by our wonderful boys,
fighting Germans and Japanese . . . Freedom of speech? Assembly? The right
to keep and bear arms?

How about the "Four Freedoms?" Nope--they were for foreigners, and weren't
worth the paper they were written on. If anything, our duped fighters in
WWII were actually fighting for the downfall of the human race, by making
the world safe for Communism.  What (we) must learn is that it is not
patriotic to fight overseas, because that always means you're being
suckered by bankers and politicians.

If a fellow didn't know the slimy background to Pearl Harbor, which few
did, it was patriotic to fight the Japanese up to the point that they
offered surrender terms, which they did do starting in July, 1942, after
Midway. At that point, Congress should have demanded a peace treaty,
ordered Roosevelt arrested, tried and hanged for treason for allowing 2,200
Americans to be slaughtered just to get his war against Germany started.

Americans have many benefits - or used to. Now, most of the benefits are
those that America gives to foreigners, such as our jobs. This is all
because of our direction of WWII. But the benefits which we have enjoyed
had been provided by patriots who defended the Declaration of Independence
with blood and suffering, and by those hardheads who insisted that there be
a Bill of Rights appended to the Constitution.

Vets, don't keep kidding yourselves that by joining up or being drafted by
Franklin Roosevelt that you did something "for our country." You were
tricked and manipulated by the slimiest con-man in American history to make
the world safe for Josef Stalin, Mao Tse-tung and Ho Chi Minh.

You . . . apparently believe that the destruction of Germany justified the
spread of Communism, the result of which was the slaughter of hundreds of
millions of people in Europe, Russia and Asia. The callousness of people
such as you is breathtaking.

You say that Germany was a "dangerous enemy" and that Japan was "an
overambitious third-world state." Third-World? Africa is Third-World. Japan
built battleships and aircraft carriers. Dangerous Germany never attacked
the US; Japan did, induced as it was by FDR's slimy provocations and his
dangling of American live-bait in Pearl Harbor. It was the same trick that
we pulled when Dean Acheson announced that South Korea was outside the US
defense perimeter. It was the same trick we pulled when April Glaspie, our
female ambassador to Iraq, assured Saddam Hussein that he could re-take
Kuwait.

When America wants a war, it is always instigated by trickery and lies. It
always works. It is the ultimate "achievment of the possible."

Considering that the German military found that crossing the English
Channel with an invasion force (SEALION) was not possible, and considering
that the German air force did not possess a long-range bomber, don't you
think that the idea of a German nuclear bomb being dropped on Washington,
DC is rather hysterical, along the lines of the German army marching up
through Mexico?

The answer to your question, "Would you have preferred a Nazi Reich from
the Urals to the Sahara Desert?" is, yes. American interests, if not US
interests, would have been served by a German victory. "US interests" is a
euphemism for central bank interests, be they designed in London, Paris or
New York.

Instead, what we got was what you, and the "US interests," preferred: a
Communist slaughterhouse from the Elbe all the way across to the Pacific
Ocean. And that is the basic conflict of the Twentieth Century--
underfunded National Socialism struggling against overfunded International
Socialism."  (JB Campbell, 1996)

There is only one thing that this writer left out:  That horrid war created
Israel, displaced the Palestinians and put Israel on a permanent dole, to
be financed from  billions worth of Deutsche Mark from Germany and endless
billions more from the US who prattles endlessly about "our only demcoratic
ally".  (I quote here a recent statistic from the Washington Report on
Middle East Affair, October Issue, page 44:  "Total 1996 grants, interest
and loan guarantees for Israel:  $5,505,300.000")

Creating Israel was one of the disgusting but nonetheless real reason that
war was fought at all!

Ernst Zundel, in his 1988 Holocaust Trial, said much the same, all of it
now preserved in the archives and documents preserved in the Canadian
judicial system.  You see why the Leuchter Report is so crucial?  It was
the first forensic document of substance examining the Lie.  It was the
document that justified the question:  "Just WHO is spreading false news
around here?  And to WHOSE BENEFIT?"

Whenever I open a catalog of what seems to be hundreds of small-time
alternative presses, all fussing mightily about the danger of the New World
Order now reaching out its tentacles for what is left of our folk, there is
the Leuchter Report.  Ernst Zundel holds the copyright.  Most people never
bother notifying him that they are reproducing, marketing and selling it.

I said to Ernst the other day:  "You paid some $60,000 to have it compiled
in the first place!  You ought to sue and to make sure you are getting your
share!  It is your property!"


And Ernst:  "That is not how I think!  That is not who I am."

Good Morning from the Zundelsite:

We are having inordinate problems getting the ZGrams through and do not
seem to be able to pinpoint the problem.  I shipped yesterday's ZGram via
another server, and it seems to make no difference - readers do not get
them.  I have NO idea what's what!  Of course I'm busy guessing!

The ZGRam below is a filler.  It is hardly original, but I saved it for a
days such as today where my ZGram might just disappear again in the blue
yonder.  I go around saving all these Zundel tidbits, and today I am
shipping a small collection of them that came from an Australian media
interview.  I thought newcomers would enjoy them:

*       I am in favor of (all people) having the right to present their
version of how they perceive history-be it the so-called 'Holocaust,'
politically incorrect ideas in general, National Socialism in particular
etc.  etc.  I only want that same right to present my viewpoint fairly,
reasonably and honestly, not under constant threat of criminal prosecution.


*       The issues before us are complex and serious.  Millions of peoples'
lives or their deaths are the issue here.  People were hanged for "crimes"
that were apparently never committed.

*       For people who went through the war, as I did as a child,
Revisionism is very serious business.  For the first time in 50+ years'
worth of post-war vilification of the German people and nation, it is
possible for many people to get to read, and to reflect on, an alternate
point of view about Germany's role in recent history.  That is the mission
of the Zundelsite.

*       This website was conceived as a convenient means for total
newcomers to find out about our way of thinking.  Ordinary mail is
sometimes considered intrusive.  People might resent receiving a
newsletter, tape or booklet with unfamiliar political content.  The
Zundelsite functions like a library.  The public can inform themselves at
their own choice and leisure.  The 'shelves' are there;  people can choose
to look at material or by-pass it if it offends them.

*       This is still virgin territory, historically speaking.  Especially
young people are amazed that we are not a bunch of low-brow skinheads
shouting racial slogans.  We are rational people who offer a respectably
body of very serious forensic, historical and scientific research and
evidence that call into question the traditional dogma of the 'Holocaust'
and related subjects.  The Net is an efficient tool to get our viewpoint
looked at or heard.  We expose Revisionism to people we could not reach in
any other way.

*       A website is extremely economical.  We save literally thousands of
dollars per month while getting in touch with thousands of mainly young
people the world over - youngsters of good mental caliber.  Various sources
have claimed that as many as half of standard Internet users are young,
well-educated, upwardly mobile -  in other words, potential future leaders.


*       Do we receive a lot of abusive feedback?  No.  You could not be
more wrong.  When we first started posting our version of history on the
Zundelsite, we received four or five hate mail letters for every letter
that was positive.  Now this is totally reversed.

*       Almost all our mail is positive;  a lot of it is actually emotional
and often out-and-out ecstatic. We are amazed at the thoughtful, serious
inquiries we constantly receive from university students and scholars from
as far away as Malaysia and South Africa.  Very serious Revisionist
research is now going on all over the world-research that can be grounded,
backed, bolstered and double-checked from documents downloaded from our
website.

*       The occasional hate mail letter is rare and usually contains some
choice language with little content or rationale.  We don't reply to hate
mail and to spams.  It is a waste of time.

*       You ask about the linking of "pornography" and "Holocaust Denial"
as they call it - I like to call it not "denial" but skepticism.  You
cannot deny what did not take place.  Regarding pornography, the fight
against pornography has always been the cloak the tyrant likes to wear.
There is NO common dimension to our Revisionist material and pornography.

*       The ploy is very old, however.  Traditionally, the enemies of
freedom the world over have always lumped "hate literature" as they like to
call it - I guess because they hate the truth that it contains! - and
pornography together.  In various police departments and customs offices in
Canada we have so-called "Hate Literature and Pornography" sections to fix
in people's minds the notion that the two terms are equally dirty - and
interchangeable.

*       The pairing of the terms is not coincidence.  The claim that
children will be hurt is not coincidence.  It rouses the emotions.  A
psychological warfare technique is employed.  The CDA was rammed through US
Congress in ways a similar law was never forced down people's throats
regarding other media such as radio, TV or print - all media outlets that
peddle smut day-in, day-out.  The enemies of freedom knew all too well what
they were doing when rousing the fundamentalist spirit.  The censors
traditionally like to enlist "decent people" as dupes in their censorship
games.

Good Morning from the Zundelsite:

This is an update on the broadening global cyberwar against Revisionist and
other dissident sites.

It started with the weekend attack on Web Communications, (Webcom) the
server hosting the Zundelsite.  Apparently for 40 hours straight, some
automatic software program shot out 200 MESSAGES PER SECOND into the server
computer system, with the following result, as summarized by a press
release from Webcom:

WEB COMMUNICATIONS SUFFERS INTERRUPTION OF SERVICES DUE TO MALICIOUS
NETWORK ATTACK

SANTA CRUZ, Calif., December 16, 1996 Web Communications (WebCom)
(http://www.webcom.com), one of the world's largest Web site hosting
services, 3,000 Web sites receiving 2,000,000 hits per day, reported today
that it had become the latest victim of the form of Internet sabotage known
as a "denial of service" or "SYN flood" attack. This type of attack became
well-known when PANIX Networks of New York and the New York Times suffered
similar attacks in September, 1996. It is particularly problematic because
it can be perpetrated by almost anybody with access to the Internet and
only a modest level of technical sophistication, is difficult to trace back
to the perpetrator, is nearly impossible to defend against regardless of
the type of computer or operating system being attacked, and results
immediately in complete disabling of the targeted server.

 For 40 hours beginning on Saturday, December 14, 1996 at 12:20 AM PST, the
company's Web server, and thus all 3,000 Web sites hosted by the company,
were rendered virtually inaccessible by the attack. Customer email was not
affected by the attack, however. By Sunday December 15 at 3:00 PM the
company, by working in concert with network engineers at 3 different major
Internet Service Providers (ISPs), succeeded in pinpointing and blocking
the source of the attack, and the attack itself ceased at 7:00PM Sunday.

 Within moments of the onset of the attack, WebCom network engineers were
automatically alerted that the Web server had ceased responding to
requests. WebCom engineers quickly determined that the server was suffering
a network attack, and immediately contacted PSI, the Internet Service
Provider which services the WebCom network, and worked throughout the
duration of the attack with PSI network engineers to develop and implement
a strategy for determining its source.

 Approximately 14 hours into the incident, PSI was able to determine that
the attack was entering the PSI network from the MCI network. MCI was
immediately notified, and was eventually able to determine that the attack
was entering their network from CA-Net, a Canadian ISP. CA-Net in turn
traced the attack to BC-Net, who traced it to a network at a college in
British Columbia. MCI then blocked all traffic to WebCom originating from
CA-Net as a temporary measure, and lifted the block after the attack
ceased.

 The "SYN flood" or "denial of service" attack succeeds by taking advantage
of the fact the Internet currently does not prevent the sending of phony
network packets with falsified return address information. Network
saboteurs exploit this vulnerability by sending hundreds of phony network
packets requesting a connection with a server. The server dutifully sends
an acknowledgment to each connection request, but since it has been
provided with a phony return address, it never receives a response to its
acknowledgment. Because vendors of Internet protocol software never
anticipated a server having so many simultaneous pending requests waiting
for an acknowledgment, the system's pending connection queue quickly
reaches capacity and the system stops responding to legitimate connection
requests. The most powerful servers on the Internet can be effectively
disabled with this method using only a Pentium class computer, a 9600 baud
modem, and readily available software designed to execute the attack.

 In a bulletin dated December 10, 1996, the U.S. Department of Energy's
Computer Incident Advisory Capability (CIAC - http://ciac.llnl.gov/), an
organization dedicated to educating the public about computer and network
security vulnerabilities and solutions reported:

      Any system that is connected to a TCP/IP-based network (Internet
or intranet) and offers TCP-based services is vulnerable to the SYN flood
attack. The attack does not distinguish between operating systems, software
version levels, or hardware platforms; all systems are vulnerable.

      Because this attack takes advantage of the TCP protocol itself, it
cannot be eliminated without changing the protocol. However, it is
possible to make changes to the implementation of the connection
establishment procedure that can mitigate the problems caused by      the
attack, and several vendors have either made such changes or      are in
the process of making them.

 "The SYN flood attack exposes a gaping hole in Internet security which
must be fixed rapidly." said Chris Schefler, President and co-founder of
WebCom. "We now join PANIX Networks of New York and the CIAC in calling on
Internet Service Providers and infrastructure vendors to implement as
rapidly as feasible mechanisms which will both ameliorate server
vulnerability to SYN flood and related attacks as well as block network
users from sending forged network packets in the first place. In the
meantime, we urge all ISPs to educate themselves about this problem and
develop contingency plans for tracing the source of such attacks so that
they can be rapidly blocked as soon as they occur," he added.

 "Although this attack represented by far the most serious interruption of
our services in our 2-year history of operations, we are confident that
most ISPs will act quickly and responsibly in configuring their networks to
disallow forged packets, and that router and operating system vendors will
shore up this vulnerability in the next release of their products," said
Thomas Leavitt, Executive Vice President, co-founder, and chief network
administrator at WebCom. "We all learned alot in this incident and as a
result we will be able to respond and defend ourselves much more quickly
and effectively in the event of a recurrence of such an attack", he added.

 "We owe a great deal of thanks to PSI, MCI, and CA-Net for working closely
with us day and night throughout the weekend to pinpoint and block the
source of the attack, as well as to Thomas Leavitt who really drove and
coordinated the entire effort throughout the weekend" said Schefler. "The
perpetrator of the attack may be objecting to something being published by
one of our customers, may be a disgruntled customer, or may just be a bored
hacker," he said. "We are attempting to contact the college from which the
attack originated and identify the culprit positively, and are making
progress in that regard. Both WebCom and thousands of our customers
suffered substantial damages as a result of this attack, and we intend to
do everything within our power to see that the culprit is held
responsible," he concluded.

Web Communications was founded in May, 1994 by Chris Schefler and Thomas
Leavitt to provide innovative, easy-to-use tools, resources and services
designed to assist individuals and organizations publish and communicate
effectively and affordably on the global Internet, and has since become one
of the largest hosts of Web sites and email services in the world."

The attack above appears to this computer illiterate to be the equivalent
of an electronic "nuclear blast".  The president of Webcom, in an interview
with a computer magazine reporter, has stated that there is no evidence
that the target was the Zundelsite, but that he does not rule it out.

I would like to say also that Webcom, which has hosted our site for more
than a year, has been impeccable and scrupulously professional in their
response to sabotage directed at our site.

Webcom was under heavy pressure in the January attack by Deutsche Telekom
in Germany against us that shut down some 1500 websites at the time and led
to the first Zundel-mirrors put up across prestigious universities.  It
would have been easy to ask us to leave;  Webcom did not do so.  Whether
they will withstand this kind of pressure this time around remains to be
seen - but whatever the outcome, I want to go on record saying that here
was one heck of a principled server who held on to his principles, at great
costs to himself.

And this is only the beginning.  This morning, I woke up to yet another
e-mail bomb, resulting in some 800 letters to our e-mail address and,
apparently, an attempt to sign us up with automatic lists that will keep
shooting unwanted messages to us.  (As I am writing this, this is still
going on!)  Not only that, several other Revisionist sites - as well as
dissident sites that have nothing to do with us, such as Militia sites -
seem to have been  similarly bombarded.

As we go into the Christmas season, do we have an electronic "Intifada War"
on our hands?  It surely looks like it.  It's us with no weapons at all
except our minds, our will and our documents against very sophisticated
computer weaponry to blast us out of cyberspace.

I looked up the word "intifada" - apparently it is Arab and means "shaking
off."  We ARE shaking off the lies of half a century.  It's our "rocks"
against their "nuclear" devices.

Regarding our e-mail and communications problems, I have had word from at
least one source in Europe that messages sent to me bounce back with the
following:  "e-mail to irimland is returned with 'user unknown'."  You tell
me what that means!

We are still struggling, and the ZGrams are still going out, although my
"in" Eudora box is overflowing with returns and people wondering what
happened.

I have three items for you today that illustrate the broadening struggle on
the part of our opposition to suppress information regarding the Holocaust
hoax.  Two are very recent and overt, and one is a bit dated and covert.

*       The first is titled "Spanish Bookstore Raided" and tells us this

"Yesterday (12/12/96) Spanish police raided a book store in Barcelona,
Spain, and seized over 7,000 books and other material they say "espoused
Nazism" and denied the "Holocaust."

The owner of the store, Pedro Varela, was arrested and later released on
bail. Police said most of the books, which were written in Spanish, German
and English, were published in South America.

Swastika flags and "xenophobic videos" were also seized. A law has recently
been passed in Spain which makes in illegal to "defend genocide."

*       The second item comes from Austria where the owner of a website
posting Revisionist content, Wolfgang Frohlich, was arrested:

". . . Frohlich here has been set free.  About 350 people have accessed his
site and I suggest that if things like this happens, It MUST be advertised
and pushed as far and as often as possible. Also the following:

He was set free AFTER he signed an agreement that he will not touch the
subject Auschwitz and the Gassings again - at least until the case comes up
in court - which never will probably. In the case of Lachout, this matter
is waiting in court NINE (!) years already.

In other words, the lies stay "offenkundig" (evident) and
"gerichtsnororisch" (meaning that all Holocaust claims enjoy "judicial
notice" of the courts where the Holocaust itself is a "given" that may not
be questioned) and in my new book I will mention this that since Friday
13th the Earth is a disk again and is the center of the universe which is
carried by a green turtle. We all have agreed on that. And it would be
nice if you carry it out into 60 Mill Internet user as well.  In Austria,
the earth is a disk again . . ."

*       The third item is self-explanatory.  I pulled it off the Net, and
it is illustrative of how pre-emptive moves are made.  B'nai Brith must
know of Israel's abominable record regarding human rights and  now tries
hard to deflect it to its pet agenda, namely to strike down uncomfortable
Revisionists such as the Canada-based German, Ernst Zundel, and the
Zundelsite.

". . . Each year, the Government Relations Office coordinates B'nai Brith
Canada's appearance at meetings sponsored by Foreign Affairs and
International Trade Canada. These meetings are held to solicit input on the
annual U.N. Commission on Human Rights ("CHR") held in Geneva, which is the
main UN body dealing with human rights issues.

In 1994 and 1996, B'nai Brith Canada sent two representatives to the
Commission on Human Rights in Geneva. In collaboration with Jewish
organizations worldwide, B'nai Brith Canada successfully pressed the UN to
condemn anti-Semitism for the first time in its history. B'nai Brith Canada
aggressively urged our Federal Government to back a fair treatment of
Israel by the UN, and advocates for the increased attention to the problem
of right-wing extremism throughout Europe.

In 1996, B'nai Brith's focus was to deal with hate material on the Internet
and with the separate agenda item under which Israel is examined for
alleged Human Rights abuses. . . . "

In a previous ZGram I mentioned 95 resolutions and US vetoes pertaining to
that very record - a record of human rights aboses that speaks for itself.
Will the powers that be busy themselves with that record as they attempt to
censor us?  Let us all hope and pray.

You can see that if and when the Zundelsite censorship issue moves openly
to the UN level, Ernst Zundel has his job cut out.

Good Morning from the Zundelsite:

At the beginning of this year, when Germany first tried to block 1500
websites on our server, Webcom, in order to prevent the world from reading
what was posted on the Zundelsite, I was put on a restricted mailing list
of what is called "fight-censorship" - courtesy of one of its young,
computer-literate members.

This is a group, I have been told, that is almost entirely liberal or
libertarian and whose members, in the traditional liberal mode, fight hard
for freedom of speech.  In response to the January power grab by Germany to
restrict what we were putting on the Zundelsite, this group put up the
Zundel-mirrors at many universities, the outcome of which was that Germany
backed down.

"Old-timers" of the ZGrams know this story.

For almost a year, I read the fight-censorship posts with great interest,
but I was very careful never to post in this group.  I wanted to get to
know these people and learn what they were really all about - if they
really meant what they professed; in other words, if they were absolutists.


In the process, I formed a few fragile friendships with members on that
list through private e-mail, and they got to know and like me pretty well.
I knew that many of them genuinely believed that this was all about
pornography and only incidentally about the "evil Nazis" and did not
understand the nature of this struggle.  I kept very quiet, because I
wanted to keep my options open in case Ernst Zundel needed heavy-duty help
>from  this group.

That day came recently in the wake of the Canadian Human Rights Commission
assault - Ernst's long-time opposition accusing him, yet one more time, of
". . . disturbing the racial and social harmony of Canada".

Ernst is in need of intervenors- people with real computer expertise and a
commitment to free speech who can explain to the Human Rights Commission
panel just how the Internet works and why this group. CHRC, professing
human rights but meaning censorship, should stay away from us.

I wrote and posted my very first letter, explaining briefly who we were and
what the Zundelsite was really all about - this for the newcomers! - and
asked if there was anybody able, pledged to the principles the name implied
- and willing.

I must tell you the first response was ugly.  In fact, with two exceptions,
it was as vile and crude and violent as though they had just spotted
Lucifer's visage.

I am still wiping off what landed in my face.  Not that the last word has
yet been spoken!  Am I the kind who easily gives up?  My German Oma taught
me.

Toward that end I will now post a three-part ZGram.  This essay, written in
the early 1980s, was the impetus that led to Ernst's first Thought Crimes
Trial, and you can see how Thought Crime charges or "hate monger" charges
are no strangers to Ernst Zundel - and that the same crowd quarreling today
with what he has to say has done so many times.

*       Part One (today) deals with the early 1980s beginnings to what came
to be known as the "First Great Holocaust Trial", initiated then, as now,
by the immensely rich Jewess,  Sabina Citron.

*       Part Two (tomorrow) will show whom Ernst identified as villains -
and the cause for a a potentially disastrous war.

*       Part Three (December 18) will deal with some solutions, as
advocated by the "hate merchant" Ernst Zundel.

As you read Ernst Zundel's simple essay, consider where the conflict had
its roots - and ponder just where it is going.  Phrases in brackets were
added later for clarification.  Here are his words, at the brink of what we
now call the Gulf War, December 1990:

"At the end of the Seventies I wrote a 4-page newsletter and sent copies of
it Air Mail in sealed envelopes to a select mailing list of the Moslem
elite from Morocco to Indonesia.

Somehow, the enemy got a copy of the letter and had it introduced as
evidence against me by Sabina Citron's lawyers at the Ottawa Postal
Tribunal hearings in 1982.  I noticed that the address label had been
peeled off, so I guess we will never know which "Moslem" was untrue to his
faith or from whom the letter was stolen by some dishonest postal employee.

Some of you may recall that the Minister in Charge of Canada Post revoked
my mailing "privileges" - not "rights", as the U.N. Charter states - in
1981, thus imposing a sentence upon me before pronouncing me either
"guilty" or "innocent".  This would be like taking someone's driver's
licence away before any offense had been proved.

I could not send or receive any mail in Canada for an entire year and only
then, belatedly, was I permitted to face my accusers and defend myself
against their calumnies.  It took me over a year of costly legal battles in
order to win back my "privileges" of sending and receiving mail.

Perversely, the government's Postal Review Board which revoked the ban on
my mail (rendered) a ten-page judgment which explained why they had lifted
the ban (delivered to the Minister in Charge of Canada Post at the time),
but did not allow me to see one word of it - except for portions (I gleaned
>from  articles) in the Canadian Jews News!

I have spent the last nine years attempting to obtain this ruling from the
Canadian Government (via access to information and the Privacy
Commissioner), but so far I have not been able to see it.  There is,
however, now the possibility that one day in the future I may be allowed to
look at these ten pages.

That's right!  I am not allowed to receive a copy of the ruling, but I may
go to some government office in order to read the decision there.  These
are the weird and Byzantine results of Canada's so-called Freedom of
Information legislation in the 1990s!

Although this ruling was made by an open judicial tribunal in the public
interest and it specifically pertained to me, only "certain others" have
been permitted to receive copies.  Even Franz Kafka's "Trial" did not leave
him with a secret verdict.  Incredible but true!

And wonders did not cease!  This same 4-page newsletter comprising the
front and back of 2 sheets of paper was to figure prominently in my first
ThoughtCrimes trial.  Although I had been charged initially by Sabina
Citron and her "Canadian Holocaust Remembrance Association" under the
arcane and shameful "false news" section of the Criminal Code of Canada,
the Crown or government prosecutor took over the case in order to save the
Zionists the costs of a private prosecution in 1983.

Once again, I found myself defending my writings;  this time in a Toronto
courtroom.  In its attempt to "prove" that "The West, War and Islam" was
(criminal) "false news" in the 1985 trial, the government brought in all
sorts of expert witnesses, including (high ranking Police Officers who
were) Freemasons and bankers.

I was frankly astonished when there appeared on the witness stand the Vice
President of the Royal Bank of Canada, the fourth largest bank in the
world.  (1990 profits exceeding 900 million!)  He and the government sought
to prove to the jury that bankers are "nice people" who would certainly not
engage in an international conspiracy against the people of the world!

The banker was sleek, smug and smiling.  The prosecutor was sarcastic in
his ridicule of any "banker conspiracy".  With pious hypocrisy, the banker
stated that his bank did not lend money to South Africa for "moral reason",
but that they did lend money to Communist countries for "business reasons".


To the shock of government, bankers and Zionists, the jury did not believe
him!

Thus, "The West, War and Islam" was free of "false news" content and was
therefore "true news" - which was unlikely to disturb the "racial and
social harmony" of Canada.

Because my Zionist opponents were so happy with my "guilty" verdict in
regard to "Did Six Million Really Die?" which I did NOT  write, (but only
published!)  only one of the Jewish writers, Barbara Amiel, pointed out the
dire ramifications of the jury's decision for Zionism, the bankers and
secret societies.  Legal counsel informs me that this case set a precedent,
especially since the government did not appeal the verdict they had
rendered upon "The West, War & Islam".

Apparently, the prosecution was also convinced, as was the jury, that I was
telling the truth.

Why had I written this brief essay on the likelihood of a war in the
far-off deserts of the Middle East?  I explained to the court and the jury,
accompanied by the guffaws and smirks of the Zionist spectators, that I
feared US and Israeli intentions of attacking Libya, Iran or Syria in order
to start a major war in the Middle East at that time.  Ridicule and sarcasm
were the only rebuttals the prosecutor had to offer.  The trial transcripts
of this period are interesting reading!

Today we are much closer to a war in the Middle East, therefore I feel
compelled to share with you and my friends around the world relevant
portions of that essay which I wrote over a decade ago.

Now that the world media are demonizing Saddam Hussein as "another Hitler"
and Iraq as "worse than Nazi Germany", these thoughts are timely."

Last weekend, word went out to put all available forces favorable to the
Zundel-Haus to do research on, among other items, the backgrounds of the
members of the Canadian Human Rights Commission who are going to be the
bludgeon instrument to help our opponents to shut down the Zundelsite.

Immediately, I noticed that there was trouble on the Net.

Now, even though I am the bane of my computer man with my poor grasp of how
these critters work, I remember saying to myself:

"Now IF I were the opposition, and IF I had rendered overzealous service to
some factions, and IF I knew or guessed what was now being done around the
Zundel-Haus, and IF I had the power others always claim I do - what would I
do to stop the Zundelists?  I would simply disable the Net."

But even so, I thought our trouble was coincidence.  Well, almost.  In the
back of my mind played this tape.

It wasn't until AFTER the weekend that Webcom, our server, came out with
the story of the massive electronic spam - a spam that emanated out of
Canada and crippled some 3,000 websites during the busiest part of the
Christmas season of the year - that I, and others, realized that chances
were  that it was once again the Zundelsite that had triggered an attack of
Holocaust Promoters' Panic - and the subsequent act of international
commercial Holocaust terrorism.

Even so.  Our opposition always insists that conspiracies do not exist
except in the minds of some rednecks - or, alternately of course, when
various Jewish "Defense" or "Human Rights" organizations see "Nazis" and
"White Supremacists" under every bed.

What if I tell you now that it has been determined by official sources
checking out this economic sabotage that the attack came out of a small
college located in the small city of Nanaimo on the small Island of
Vancouver - which is also the headquarters (read "P.O. Box") of Nizkor and
its dedicated computer volunteer force?

Yesterday, it was on Canadian news every hour on the hour!

It is in my ZGrams this morning for the simple reason that there is such a
thing as a Memory Hole into which an amazing amount of pertinent
information pertaining to the Holocaust Promotion Industry gets dumped.

Meanwhile, there is still the Zundel Offensive.

This morning, Sabina Citron's lawyers will be served with a notice that,
once again, Ernst Zundel is asking the Federal Court of Canada to look at
this latest harassment using quasi legal bodies such as the CHRC  to
silence and financially break the one man in Canada they have not been able
to cow.

Here is the Zundel press release:

"Canadian-based human rights activist Ernst Zundel has applied in the
=46ederal Court of Canada for judicial review of the decision of the Canadia=
n
Human Rights Commission to proceed on two complaints against him under
Section 13 of the Canadian Human Rights Act.

The complaints were laid by Zundel's long-time detractor, Sabina Citron,
and the Toronto Mayor's Committee on Community and Race Relations, and
allege that Zundel is discriminating against Jews by publishing his
opinions on the Zundelsite, the World Wide Web Internet site which makes
available to readers a German view of World War II.  The Web page is
located in California.

Zundel's court application alleges that the complaints of Citron and the
Mayor's Committee are an abuse of process and vexatious in that  they
involve the same opinions and views for which he has been investigated and
prosecuted during the past 16 years.

Zundel was acquitted in 1992 on charges of spreading false news laid by
Citron in 1983.  The Supreme Court of Canada held that the section violated
Canada's guarantees to freedom of expression.

=46requent demands by Jewish groups over the years that Zundel be charged
under Canada's hate laws have been refused by various Attorney Generals of
Ontario, including Roy McMurtry, Marion Boyd, and Charles Harnick.

The judicial review application also questions the jurisdiction of the
Canadian Human Rights Commission over the Internet.  Zundel pointed out
that the Internet is a revolutionary and completely different medium than
the telephone taped messages section 13 was passed to regulate in 1977.

"The Commission is attempting to use an old piece of legislation designed
for telephones to control the newest and most revolutionary and interactive
medium ever invented." said Zundel.  "If my opinions are incorrect, then
readers on the Internet are only a mouse click away from literally
thousands of pages of rebuttals on websites such as Nizkor."

The Nizkor web page is dedicated to rebutting Z=FCndel's views.  The
Zundelsite has been linked electronically to Nizkor for a year and has
recently linked to the Simon Wiesenthal Centre website and one other Jewish
website.

The application also alleges the Commission has violated the Canadian
Multiculturalism Act.

"Germans are entitled to discuss and debate their own history," said
Zundel.  "In this application I am challenging the Commission on the
grounds that they have failed to observe and respect the provisions of the
Canadian Multiculturalism Act.  Germans are part of the mosaic of this
country.  We are not second-class citizens who must forever be silent when
our own history is distorted and misrepresented by the media."

Zundel pointed out that the adversarial system of justice which exists in
Canada assumes that the clash of opposing views will produce the truth.
"This is also true of historical debates," said Zundel.  "Truth will not be
served when one side is bound and gagged."

Papers obtained under the Access to Information Act from the Canadian Human
Rights Commission indicated that its Policy and Planning Director, Harvey
Goldberg, appeared to classify Zundel's opinions on World War II as "hate"
with no prior investigation or consultation concerning their truth or
falsity or value."

Good Morning from the Zundelsite:

Christmas is almost here, and yesterday I grit my teeth and went to get
myself a Christmas tree.  So much has been destroyed in our culture - our
holidays being a perfect example.  And if you want to see obscenity in
action, go visit a discount toy store.

I still have several memories of wartime Christmas - one being somewhere in
a cold and horrid place called Kamenez-Podolsk (not sure about the
spelling!) in 1943 where there was not a single present anywhere for any
child in sight, and my good Oma stuffed some newspapers into her boots to
keep them extra-warm and stomped into a forest.

She came back with a fir twig about two feet in length.  She put that in a
bottle.  As darkness fell on Christmas Eve, she said to my little sister
and me:

"Now be quiet.  The Christ Child is walking the earth."

And then this woman, whose ancestors had taken German culture to a foreign
soil almost two hundred years ago to build magnificent communities of
ethnic unity and discipline the Communists destroyed, told her two small,
hungry grandkids:

"This is how Christmas smells in Germany."

With that,  she struck a match and put it to that fir twig.  The only thing
this German woman had to give was a small memory, but to this day, it's
there.  No power on earth will destroy it.

Each year, I take a match and put it to the needles of my Christmas tree,
and I say to what's left of my own family:

"That is how Christmas smells in Germany."

And what do our enemies know of what truly sustains us these days! They
don't know the last thing about us!

Contrast that with a letter I got from a young man who is only now
beginning to take tally of the treasure trove robbed from his kids:

". . . I was driving back from a medieval festival sponsored by a local
chapter of the Society of Creative Anachronism and thinking when I got
home, I'd tell you about what I witnessed there tonight.

For 99.9% of the event it was a pleasant experience. Toward the end, after
dinner, a group of talented men and women gathered in the center of the
room around which the dinner tables were arranged.

They sang Christmas carols for about an hour. It was beautiful. They sang
Silent Night in English and then in German and I remembered a story I've
heard.

I don't know if it's true, but it's a great story. I think it was in WWI,
and in the midst of some of the most grueling trench fighting on a
Christmas Eve night, supposedly a German infantryman climbed out of the
trench and began to sing Silent Night.

Everyone ceased fire and joined in with him. I can't remember all of the
details, but the beauty, the heart rending beauty of that story is
indelibly imprinted in my mind.

Well, now we come to the event that I must tell you about. It's such a
perfect example of a certain social ill - an ill you know all too well.

There were a Jewish couple, a young man and woman there tonight also. With
them was another Jewish woman. They got up and walked outside during the
caroling.

After the caroling, I went to the back playroom (the event took place in a
Christian church, in one of the ancillary buildings) to get my 5 year old.
On the way back with her, I walked by the Jewish man who had cornered one
of the Christian women who had organized the festival. He was complaining
about the Christian Christmas carols and seemed angry; in fact I heard him
say that he was "...pissed off about this." Apparently he was offended that
a group of Christians holding a medieval Christmas festival in a Christian
church would sing Christmas songs about Jesus Christ.

So, I went on back to the main room to help my wife pack our things up. The
two Jewish women had corraled a small group of the carolers in the center
and were getting them to sing some song I'd never heard before.

Apparently, neither had they, but they were willing to try. Well these two
big Jewish women couldn't carry a tune in a bucket, but were belting out
this one line, "He shall reign forever."

It went on and on and on. That was the only words to this song. I call it a
song, but truthfully it had the melody of a rusty bolt being turned. After
3 or 4 minutes of this, the Christian carolers gave up and walked away. . .
"

My Oma wouldn't have done that.  I don't know what my Oma  would have done,
but she wouldn't have walked away from that one.

With a string of holidays coming up, some of us will want to stock up on
some reading.  Therefore, I will recommend three books - two of which I
don't know but which have been recommended to me by a person whose literary
and intellectual discernment I respect.

The title I have read but will re-read is an autobiography by a Ukrainian.
I cannot recommend it highly enough, although it is a bit slow getting
started;  it could have used a stronger editor to focus the content a bit.
But it is a "must read" for those who really want to understand how
genocidal disasters can be, have been and will be manufactured by the
Hidden Hand, now called the New World Order, unless the people say:  "No
more!  Not in my backyard, buddy!"

Here it is:

*       Execution by Hunger:  The Hidden Holocaust by Miron Dolot.  (W. W.
Norton & Company, 1985)  The dust cover describes it as "Seven million
people in the 'breadbasket of Europe' were deliberately starved to death at
Stalin's command.  This story has been suppressed for half a century.  Now,
a survivor speaks . . .

(I)n 1929, in an effort to destroy the well-to-do peasant farmers, Joseph
Stalin ordered the collectivization of all Ukrainian farms.  In the ensuing
years, a brutal Soviet campaign of confiscation, terrorizing and murder
spread throughout Ukrainian villages.  What food remained after the
seizures was insufficient to support the population. . . .

I found it at Crown books, so I assume it is carried by many other book
stores as well. I liked it for its very deep understanding of East German
mentality as well as its accurate predictions of things to be expected in
the future . . . "

Let this be my Christmas gift to you - the urgent message that there is on
earth right now no greater mandate than to read and understand what WILL be
coming our way - unless we sit up and take heed.  It's urgent!

In "Political Ideals," Houston Steward Chamberlain gives us a glimpse and
an order:

Good Morning from the Zundelsite:

With a string of holidays coming up, some of us will want to stock up on
some reading.  Therefore, I will recommend three books - two of which I
don't know but which have been recommended to me by a person whose literary
and intellectual discernment I respect.

The title I have read but will re-read is an autobiography by a Ukrainian.
I cannot recommend it highly enough, although it is a bit slow getting
started;  it could have used a stronger editor to focus the content a bit.
But it is a "must read" for those who really want to understand how
genocidal disasters can be, have been and will be manufactured by the
Hidden Hand, now called the New World Order, unless the people say:  "No
more!  Not in my backyard, buddy!"

Here it is:

*       Execution by Hunger:  The Hidden Holocaust by Miron Dolot.  (W. W.
Norton & Company, 1985)  The dust cover describes it as "Seven million
people in the 'breadbasket of Europe' were deliberately starved to death at
Stalin's command.  This story has been suppressed for half a century.  Now,
a survivor speaks . . .

(I)n 1929, in an effort to destroy the well-to-do peasant farmers, Joseph
Stalin ordered the collectivization of all Ukrainian farms.  In the ensuing
years, a brutal Soviet campaign of confiscation, terrorizing and murder
spread throughout Ukrainian villages.  What food remained after the
seizures was insufficient to support the population. . . .

This poignant eye witness account of the Ukrainian famine by one of the
survivors relates the young Miron Dolot's day-to-day confrontation with
despair and death - his helplessness as friends and family were arrested
and abused - and his gradual realization, as he matured, of the absolute
control the Soviets had over his life and the lives of his people . . . it
is an indictment of a chapter in the Soviet past that is still not
acknowledged by Russian leaders."

The author was born in the Sudetenland.  He graduated from the University
of Nevada and the Harvard Business School. He worked for Crown Zellerbach
in San Francisco for 20 years. He has published extensively in the field of
finance. "His bestseller TECHNIQUES OF FINANCIAL ANALYSIS is in its ninth
edition and has been translated into seven languages.

I understand that official publication date is February 1997 - which means
it is already on the market, if I know how a publisher's strategies work.

*       I don't have ordering or publishing information on the third one -
your friendly librarian can help! - but it is described as follows:

". . . I just came across a really great book on the topic of the East
German revolution and how different individuals perceived what followed.
It's by John Borneman and the title is 'After the Wall'.

I found it at Crown books, so I assume it is carried by many other book
stores as well. I liked it for its very deep understanding of East German
mentality as well as its accurate predictions of things to be expected in
the future . . . "

Let this be my Christmas gift to you - the urgent message that there is on
earth right now no greater mandate than to read and understand what WILL be
coming our way - unless we sit up and take heed.  It's urgent!

In "Political Ideals," Houston Steward Chamberlain gives us a glimpse and
an order:

"We must want the better;  then we will win it, too.  If we do not want it,
if we do not LEARN to want it, if our political life has fallen into senile

Below is Part III of the small, four-page essay (The West, War and Islam)
Ernst Zundel wrote and sent to heads of state in the Islamic countries in
the late 1970s - an essay which became one of two documents for which he
was hauled through the courts in two gargantuan Thought Crimes Trials in
1985 and 1988:

". . . What can be done to arrest and, finally, to reverse this dangerous
decline?  How and when can we begin to save ourselves from the
international destroyers and enslavers of mankind?

SALVATION THROUGH INFORMATION

Certainly, the Islamic world has the financial means to publish, broadcast
or otherwise disseminate the truth which alone can halt the Zionist drive
to war and chaos, but because this information would come from "foreign"
sources, it would be subject to jamming, censorship, interception and/or
confiscation.

"Foreign" ownership of any major Western newspaper, magazine, radio or TV
station would also face governmental sanctions, including censorship and
seizure.

A practical alternative would be the establishment of independently
operating channels of communication and information within the countries of
the West, staffed by native Westerners, since there are still many
independent, well-informed, courageous and talented people with
organizational ability here in the West.  Even at this late hour, not all
Western men of worth have sold themselves to Zionist slavery.

There are at this moment already in existence organizations which, if
properly funded, could become the nucleus of an independent, world-wide
information network capable of countering the now unopposed Zionist
disinformation and hate propaganda.  The public may be reached through
advertisements, such as the current advertisements paid for by Freemasons
to defame the Arab cause in the major German newspapers.  We could have
placed a pro-Arab advertisement to counter these, but we lack the money to
do so.  The nations of Islam are also entitled to such advertising in their
own defense, with even greater chances of success, because many people in
the West are growing weary and wary of Zionists and their criminal aims.

If the necessary funds were available to me and to my organization, I could
begin such a public information campaign immediately.  Please consider
seriously what I am proposing:

*       For the cost of one airplane, a whole nation could be informed
about the true aim of one or more Islamic countries.

*       For the cost of one tank, a public information film could be
produced and shown over and over again to Western audiences who are eager
to be informed.

*       For the cost of one anti-tank missile, a small booklet could be
published and sent to the news media representatives of the West.

*       For the cost of one artillery shell, a well-trained speaker could
present the Islamic case at a university symposium or international
gathering.

*       For the cost of one rifle, 500 information-packed tape cassettes
could be sent to radio stations around the world.

*       For the cost of one rifle bullet, stamps could be bought to mail
ten letters bearing the message of truth and understanding to remote
corners of the world.

Are expensive and rapidly obsolescent weapons preferable to (outreach
information) which can bring about peace?  Are weapons purchases preferable
to the Word of God?  Are we just going to continue to enrich the Zionist
warmongers of East and West by continuing to buy their killing machines -
so as to destroy ourselves all the more efficiently?  Surely, none of us
wants this.

There is a better way - the way of truthful information."

In December of 1990, at the brink of the Gulf War, Ernst re-published this
essay in his Christmas Power letter, adding:

"Unfortunately, the Islamic leaders did not heed my warning.  My pleas fell
upon deaf ears.  They continued their folly of squandering hundreds of
billions of petro-dollars on useless arms which brought them no nearer to
freedom, but actually made them more and more dependent upon their non-Arab
suppliers' willingness to sell them spare parts to keep their weapons
functional.

The weaponry which such Arab countries as Iraq purchased from their enemies
is now the excuse their enemies need for attacking them militarily, even if
Iraq were to withdraw from Kuwait this instant.

I pity the poor Iraqis."

I remember well how we, here in America, saw Saddam Hussein changed from a
largely unknown Arab leader into a total villain - "a second Hitler" -
within the time span of one week.   This propaganda blitz was followed
swiftly by a spectacular display of Fourth of July type fireworks - all to
the cheering of the "patriotic" masses.

I remember one Arab woman digging through the debris of her demolished home
for her charred relatives, screaming:  "For what!  For what!  For oil?"
For the first time since I had become an American citizen, I felt ashamed
of this country and seriously considered turning in my American
citizenship.

The Gulf War was not to America's credit, and it will haunt this country
for a long time to come.

Now, almost six years later, May 12, 1996, Leslie Stahl of "Sixty Minutes:
interviewed the Czech Jewess, Madeline Albright, then Ambassador to the
U.N. and now appointed to the post of Secretary of State in the Clinton
Administration.

The following exchange took place with regard to "U.N. sanctions" (read
artificial famine)  on Iraq:

Stahl:  "We have heard that a million children died.  I mean, that's more
children than died in Hiroshima.  And, you know, is the price worth it?"

Ambassador Albright:  "I think this is a very hard choice, but we think the
price is worth it."

Just who is hate-mongering in this tortured world?  Is it Ernst Zundel in a
small four-part essay - or is it the Khazars of old?

And a very merry Christmas to you, too - all of you, by the hundreds, who
have sent us your Holiday Greetings!

At the beginning of the year, when it seemed as though it would be only
weeks, if not days, until Ernst Zundel would be shipped in handcuffs to a
jail in Germany - with chances being excellent that he would never get out
of that German jail alive and never again be allowed to walk a free man
among freemen - he asked me in a cramped paragraph at the end of a personal
letter to steel my spine, and here is what he said:

"I want you to defend the Zundelsite like Stalingrad!"

And so it seemed at times - not just for me, but for America.  For those of
us  who understood the nature of this struggle - a struggle for the minds
and souls of men - this past year felt like a symbolic, electronic Battle
of Stalingrad - where just a handful of the fighting forces discovered to
their horror that they had been surrounded totally, forsaken by fate, and
technologically outgunned horribly on every single front, and no way to
maneuver! - with some of the once-trusted ranks of leadership wormed
through and through with alien infestation, with all communication totally
cut off, bombardment raining from the sky, and even "friendly fire"
wounding some of the best of us, with icicles on hollow ruins where there
was life before, and frostbite creeping up in veins as though it were a
living plant - let me tell you:  It was a wrenching Stalingrad!  It was no
picnic year!  Ask the Buchanan camp!

I think this may not be as visible right now - but this shall also be known
as  the year that  sorted the boys from the men.  There are now some of you
out there in cyberspace who "know" deep in the marrow of your bones - what
this is really all about.

On a personal level, I have to say this:  if  there is anything these past
twelve months have taught me, it is that this struggle is not of this world
- that "thing" out there is ancient!  Its malice and ill will are
bottomless.

So let us give credit where credit is due - to those who came before us,
and who are, for the most part, still with us - not fighting in the
trenches as in the olden days but with their websites and their e-mail,
exposing our enemies for all the world to see.  And judge!  And us - for
who WE are!

Fredrick Toben of the Australian Institute, one of the Revisionist
outposts, has summarized these early pioneers who had the guts and genes to
square off with the Moloch.  Dr. Toben wrote:

"We have succeeded in opening up encrusted thought patterns - desperation
is setting in as the legal screws are applied in a frenzy to the
protesters, the dissenters, the heretics of the holocaust dogma.

Rahmi, Doug Collins, Friedrich Berg, Henry Roques, Charles Weber,  Hans
Schmidt, Manfred Junger, John Bennett, Andreas Rohler, Hans-Dietrich
Sander, Peter Topfer, Georges Piscoci, Michael Hoffman, David Irving, (a
well-known lady here . . . ) Mark Weber, Greg Raven, Jurgen Graf, Bradley
Smith, David Cole, Carlo Mattogno, Robert Countess, John Sack, Serge Thion,
Marc Lemire, Wigbert Grabert, and the many individuals who have stood
behind those whose names appear above.

In the latter category there are the legal eagles who accepted the
challenges knowing full well that they will never recover their legal costs
>from  the proceedings in defending Holocaust heretics, such as Doug
Christie, Hajo Herrmann, Ed Wall, Herbert Schaller,  Some members of the
legal fraternity have spent over $100,000 of their time - all for free, for
the cause in which they believe. Some have not even been thanked for their
unpaid work!

It is appropriate at this point to spare a thought for Professor Israel
Shahak who, only the other day, has had his home raided by Israeli
security. We immediately think of Mordecai Vanunu who, for over a decade,
has languished in solitary confinement - with his mind and will-power still
intact! But a decade fades into insignificance if we recall Rudolf Hess'
sentence - then to be dispatched by strangulation.

Let us also during the festive season offer a prayer of forgiveness for
public prosecutor Klein of Mannheim for being so misguided in his zealous
pursuit of Holocaust heretics.

 We should now extend our commiserations to Deborah Lipstadt, Gerald
Fleming, Raul Hilberg, Christopher Browing, Gitta Sereny, Eberhard Jackel,
Wolfgang Benz, Michael Wolfsohn, Konrad Kwiet, Heinz Kent and the ever
dwindling number of individuals who are faced with the daunting task of
upholding the Holocaust dogma. Their strength lies in having at their
disposal unlimited funds and public sympathy.

To all those who are taking part in this final intellectual adventure of
the twentieth century let me extend my personal hopes that 1997 will be an
extraordinarily productive year for revisionists. . . "

It's true.  We have made history.  We will make more.  The Stalingrad of
half a century ago was not the end - not even the beginning of the end! -
and neither was this year.  It was the end of the beginning.

Good Morning from the Zundelsite:

All day yesterday, I thought about what I might put beneath your Christmas
tree, and this morning I decided that it had to be a little bit more
sanity, truth, clarity and vision.

So here it is, from conversations recorded by Otto Wagener in "Hitler:
Memoirs of a Confidant" - and, all the more remarkable! - published first
in Germany and then republished by Yale University Press in 1985:

Here are the Fuehrer's words, prior to World War II:

"Much as I gaze in awe at the Jews' laws for maintaining and preserving the
purity of their race, I must nevertheless proceed from my belief that
racial theories, should they become the subject of public discussion, may
prove a national disaster rather than a blessing.

We must accept the mixing of blood as it is.  We must not call one blood
worse than another, one mixture better than another.  Rather, we must
employ other means to breed a higher form from this gray mass.  We must try
to bring to the surface the valuable traits of the people. . . to cultivate
and to develop them, and we must find ways and means to prevent the
propagation of all the bad, inferior, criminal and decadent tendencies and
all the congenital diseases so damaging to the Volk.

Furthermore, we must educate the young people in the beauty of movement,
the beauty of the body, and the beauty of the spirit.  Athletics, personal
grooming, physical training, public performances of competitive games and
contests, and a revival of the performing arts along the old Greek models
will contribute to making a girl see how the man who is worthy of her
should look and appear, as well as letting a boy know what his ideal woman
is like.  Then he will voluntarily turn away from the games coquettish
puppets play, from dyed hair, painted faces, roughed lips and red
fingernails.

And such selective breeding will become all the more matter of course the
more we bring the . . . Volk together and weld it into one.  In their
earliest childhood, in kindergarten, in elementary school, in the Hitler
Youth and the League of German girls, all classes must meet.  No
distinction should be allowed to be made between the rich and the poor,
between high and low, between city and country, between employer and
employee;  rather, there is only the distinction between respectable and
disrespectable, between companionable and uncompanionable, between
aboveboard and furtive, between truth and lies, between courage and
cowardice, and between health and sickness.

Then, when these children grow up, they will use their feet to cast aside
all this party rubbish, and in every district they will elect the man, the
only one, who represents them and goes to the Reichstag on their behalf.
Only then will we see true democracy!  And it is ridiculous to think that
among these elected candidates there would be even a single one who is not
a genuine paragon . . . representative, in short, of (the) Volk that from
generation to generation rises ever higher from the oozing slime in which
Europe, in which the Old World is still wading.

Sometimes I have the feeling that it is not granted us to experience this
great future, that only a coming generation will be mature enough to
translate our ideas and plans into action.  But it is our mission to bring
about the basis for such a community of the Volk, and especially to guide
the young people . . . along the paths that lead to this goal.  It will not
come about without a struggle!  We must make no mistake about that.  Not
everything we tackle will be successful.  There will be setbacks. . .
Hammer blows will rain down upon us.  But under them and through them the
iron and bronze of which the . . . Volk is fashioned will be pounded and
forged, and it will grow hard, hard as steel, steely!  That is the way to
make that magnificent sword with its bluish gleam that nevermore breaks and
nevermore misses its mark . . . "

It is symbolic of the nature of the struggle that so much information comes
our way that can't be tracked for accuracy for any number of good reasons,
including that of ritual anonymity.  It seems there are legions of those
who play footsy - "liebaeugeln" is the German word, meaning ". . . flirting
with your eyes".  Few people are willing to come forward and say:  "Count
me in.  My name is such-and-such."

The following was sent to us by a dissident Austrian website, Burgerforum,
http://www.c2.net/~bs-org, run by what seems like a runaway hothead, one of
the few dissident Net activists in Europe who is known by his name and his
zeal.  No lookeeloo, Franz Glasl!  Sometimes he makes me laugh;  more
often, though, he makes me shudder because of his outspokenness.  You know
exactly where he stands.  I am amazed that he is still around.

Below is what he sent me yesterday:

"Make no mistake who controls Germany today. And the ban of encryption
software is NOT to stop organised crime or things like that;  it's a
political question.

The German Holocaust payments MUST continue.  It's essential for the
existance of Israel. Any Holocaust debate (about) lies MUST be stopped at
any price. Let the German public and the sheeple pay forever and die
stupidly in the end - that is what the German politicians really think.

It was not possible to stop the Zundel-Info and it was not possible to stop
about 300 more political incorrect web sites (get the list from our server
http://www.c2.net/~bs-org.)

(T)he German Goverment, with the back against the wall, had to come up with
another method of censoring the only free media available in Germany. It's
as simple as that.

If you can, send protest email to the German politicians, but it will not
help much because the order comes from other organisations."

He said more, which I have mercifully deleted, but the following came with
this e-mail, and I am passing it on as having come from
minas_tirith@nym.alias.net.  I don't know the original source.

I think, however, that it it is an interesting and telling bit of e-mail
describing Germany, so often prefaced sanctimoniously as the ". . . freest,
strongest and most prosperous democracy in Europe after the liberation by
the Allies . . . " spiel:

Subject:        ALERT: GERMANY IS GOING TO BAN STRONG CRYPTO

This is to inform you of upcoming political activities of the German
government with regard to legal regulations of the distribution and use of
cryptographic technology, including software (such) as PGP or the like.

According to brief notices published today by the weekly newsmagazine "DER
SPIEGEL" as well as by some daily newspapers, last week a secret meeting of
high-ranked officials was closed with an urgent recommendation in favour of
a strongly restricted key-escrow crypto regulation.

The list of participators is said to have included Mr. Peter Frisch, who is
the head of the German Verfassungsschutz (a secret service responsible for
counteracting domestic anti-constitutional activities in Germany), as well
as a Secretary of State delegated by the minister of domestic affairs of
the Federal Republic of Germany, Mr. Kanther, and other Secretaries of
State delegated by the local governments of all of the 14 States of which
Germany is comprised of.

It is said that up to now there is only a draft proposal which will be
subject to further consul(t)ations of the Cabinet of the German government.
However, there are rumors saying the German Cancellor, Mr. Kohl, intends to
make decisions immediately after the Christmas break in early January,
1997.

The envisaged crypto regulation would impose a *general ban* on all
distribution and/or use of cryptography with regard to the German
territory, including the German part of the internet. This would, of
course, also affect PGP. After such law would have entered into force, even
downloading PGP or handing over a disk with a PGP copy would be illegal.

Legal use of cryptography would then be granted if and only if a general
license has been obtained by the manufacturer and/or distributor of crypto
equipment from some dedicated authority for that crypto software and / or
the crypto device. This license will, in particular, require that

1) the secret keys are always escrowed by depositing them in a secret
official database which is accessible by secret services and law
enforcement authorities, and

2) also the source code of the crypto software is deposited.

Private as well as commerical use of cryptography will be licensed only
under these restrictions . . .

This means that anyone who actually has access to the secret key escrow
database, whether legal or not, would be able to monitor all intercepted
encrypted traffic and would as well be able to fake any digital signature.
. .

A broad discussion among relevant experts outside secret services and law
enforcement authorities has shown that such crypto ban is useless for
fighting against crime. This in particular holds because criminals might
use steganography. Moreover, it is not very likely that criminals will
decide to make use of any licensed crypto devices, knowing that the secret
keys are escrowed.

But why how and here this nervous attempt of the German government to push
back the ghost into the bottle? They seem to feel that it is just only a
question of months, or maybe one year or so, until strong cryptography is
so widespread that any attempt to ban it would inevitably fail.
. . .
Most of the private people in Germany are not aware of the internet and any
privacy problems related therewith. Please note that Germany in general is
five up to ten years behind the U.S. with regard to penetration of the
internet into everyday life.

Moreover, there is a big public discussion on organized crime and domestic
security promoted by right-wing politicans . . ."

So what that means is that there is no more pretending.  Three hundred
dissident websites, in no small measure headed by the Zundelsite, are
forcing the nefarious forces behind the government of Germany to drop the
pious mask of being a "democracy" and advertising to the world just who
runs whom - and why.

Good Morning from the Zundelsite:

I am such a workaholic and loner that the Christmas holidays are always
hard on me, while the rest of the world, or so it seems to me, goes wild
with shallow merriment.  I like to dig in and stay put.  Now, with another
duty done and my beloved morning coffee tucked away, I am picking out
things at random that caught my attention during this Christmas season as
being worthy of a ZGram.

In no particular order of priority, here are a few:

*       I have been smarting from the rebuff on the part of the Censorship
Busters - the group professing to defend ALL Freedom of Speech on the Net.
They want to keep their porn.  They rushed to the side of an anarchic
website in the Netherlands that published how to dynamite a train.  They
are now giving legal as well as moral counsel to a teenager who took on
Cybersitter, apparently a software program that blocks smutty words such as
- well, never mind!

This group had helped us back in January to put up Zundel-mirrors across
prestigious universities.  Thus, I felt fairly sure of their commitment
regarding free speech principles, even though they might not like our
message much - that message being, naturally, that there was something
murky about the "Holocaust".

In the wake of the Canadian Human Rights Commission fingering the
Zundelsite, I had put out a call to them to do unto Canada as they had done
unto the USA by fending off the CDA (Community Decency Act) - that is, to
help the Zundel legal team tell the powers-that-be that they have no
business sticking their noses into Freedom of Speech on the Net by labeling
the Zundelsite a "telephone" - which is the newest "legal" wrinkle, yours
courtesy of the B'nai Brith and other self-appointed censors.

Immediately, word was put out among this group that Ernst Zundel was a
marginal kook just looking for attention, and the reaction was a generic
liberal prostrating before the temporal religion called the "Holocaust"  -
and never mind that you could tell by their responses that few had read a
single document of so-called "Holocaust Denial", and never mind that it
will be a MAJOR blow to freedom on the Net if yet another Jewish power grab
succeeds in signaling to other countries that a dissident website can be
disposed of, willy-nilly, as yet another "telephone".

One or two cyber liberals, moreover, reacted with sharp vitriol, and one or
two came cautiously to Ernst's defense.  Here is one illustration:

Poison Pen:  "I hope your movement dies like the millions of Jews and other
minorities you slaughtered. In fact, it is movements like yours that open
the door to limitations on free speech, much to the world's loss."

Antidote:  "I don't think anyone's ever accused Ernst of murder. If I think
that Oswald didn't kill JFK, that the holocaust never happened, or that the
Normandy accidentally shot down TWA800, I may be right, wrong, or nuts but
I haven't even been guilty of impoliteness much less murder. It is not
preaching hatred either. Certainly the Canadian government has preached
more hatred against Ernst than Ernst has against anyone . . . "

*       Moving on.  From the IDG News Service (Dec. 18, 1996) came word that

". . . Parolees convicted of certain violent crimes will face tight
restrictions on Internet use following a decision handed down yesterday by
the U.S. Department of Justice Parole Commission.

Under the terms of the new rule (which takes effect immediately), persons
on parole for violations such as child molestation, hate crimes, or the
illegal use of explosives, will not be able to use the Internet without
written consent from their parole officers . . . "

Please note that "hate crimes" is tucked in between "child molestation" and
"the illegal use of explosives."  This is, again, the pairing of concepts I
talked about before - to fix in the minds of the unwary public that "hate
crimes" (as defined by special interests) are both dangerous and smutty -
as distasteful and criminal, in fact, as are using children for sex and
bomb making.  Once that is done, it is easy to pass laws against "hate
crimes" - which, I predict as well, will be primarily the ghastly "crime"
of "Holocaust Denial" with a few secondary "hate crimes"  (like being proud
of your white skin)  thrown in.

*       Then there's the matter of the teacher who hauls his ninth graders
into the Holocaust Museum in Washington, then posts their essays on the net
to reinforce PC.  ( http://www.fred.net/nhhs/html/holoreac.htm ) I only
skimmed those essays, but I have a few observations:

1) As a rule here in America, ninth graders are not that facile with their
pens and not that much at ease with fanciful vocabulary, much less
appropriate punctuation.  Either this is an exceptional class, or your
guess is as good as my guess.

2)  There is an amazing congruence about the politically correct ". . . we
must never forget, so it will never happen again . . ." chorus.

3)  Several of the essays chide the wicked Holocaust Deniers - a theme
which, if these essays are indeed productions out of ninth graders'  pens,
is a telling commentary on just how deep our message has already penetrated
the general awareness of the populace.  Five years ago, the concept of
"Holocaust Denial" would have been virtually non-existent in the awareness
of ninth-graders.

*       Finally, here is a bit of post-Christmas cheer out of the
Zundelsite "In" box:

"I have only recently been connected to the internet and am very impressed
with the clear and thoughtful arguments put forward on the Zundelsite.

As a law graduate I am particularly interested in the 'hate' laws in
Germany and elsewhere which has criminalised 'Holocaust denial.' As you are
no doubt aware, here in the United Kingdom the opposition Labour party
recently announced at their annual conference that they intend to introduce
similar legislation, should they win the next general election planned in
early 1997.

Any hope that this announcement was mere electioneering 'puff' was
dispelled by Michael Gapes, the Labour MP for Ilford South, when he
announced, whilst appearing on Jewish Spectrum Radio on Tuesday 17
December, that he will put forward a 10 minute-rule Bill on 29 January 1997
"to make it a criminal offence to claim, whether in writing or orally, that
the policy of genocide against the Jewish people committed by Nazi Germany
did not occur." Although this Bill will have little chance of success
because of the lack of parliamentary time it indicates the intentions of
such parliamentarians.

To aid research into this 'offence' I was wondering whether you or any
other individual/group maintains a list of all those dissidents that have
been convicted, or are currently being prosecuted for this 'offence,'
whether in Germany or elsewhere. If so, could you please provide me with
the details of how to obtain such information. Any suggestions would be
gratefully received. . . "

Good Morning from the Zundelsite:

Today's ZGram was written for me by an Internet friend in Japan who has
been supplying me with valuable information of what happens in that part of
the world.  Of course one of the things that IS happening, not just in
Japan but wherever you look, is a fortification of the notion (which I
bought for the longest time!) that World War II was fought primarily to get
rid of the innocent Jews.

Here is what this British-born writer sent:

"When I was a lad growing up in the city of Plymouth, my mother and I had
to spend many an hour in fear under the stairs while the Luftwaffe bombed
seven bells of the proverbial out of the city, and after the all clear we
would return to bed fully clothed, waiting for the next raid.

We would listen to the news of the Allies fighting the Germans, of
victories and sometimes defeats, in all parts of the world. And do you know
all along we had the conviction that the war was being fought to protect
the world from Hitler, but nowadays it seems we were all wrong, we had been
lead astray, up the garden path or anywhere else you'd put us.

Two years ago, as I settled down to 'celebrate' the end of the war here in
Japan, expecting to see maybe something like "The Longest Day" or "The
Eagle has Landed" or "Rommel" - maybe even an Anglo-German documentary with
old solders reminiscing on their shared experiences.

But no, what did we get? The Diary of Ann Frank, Schindlers List, Good
Morning Mr. Hitler etc. And it continues.

In The Weekly Telegraph British News paper I read - kept in context - the
following:-

*       "Southern Poland, 1938:

Despite the brave decorations in the streets of the city of Katowice,
Hitler's recent occupation of the Sudetenland overshadowed the
celebrations. The plight of Jews and political opponents inside Nazi
Germany was already desperate.

>From time to time, over a vodka, someone would muse: "When will it be our
turn?" But the majority of the middle class were concentrating on getting
anti-Nazi acquaintances into Poland where onward visas could, with luck, be
obtained for North America, Britain or the Soviet Union.

For the first time, the local Nazis were wearing swastika badges. German
was being spoken in the streets and even in the bars of fashionable hotels
where French and English had hitherto been favoured.

The inhabitants of Gdynia and of towns close to the German border in the
north feared an invasion was not far away. But in the south, few had any
idea that this was to be their last Christmas in a free Poland for nearly
five decades."

*       "Bucharest, Romania 1940:

Hotels were packed and the black market was thriving. Petrol cost few pence
a litre on the black market and there was a store near the famous Athenee
Palace Hotel that sold 20 varieties of red and black Russian caviar.

Princess Elizabeth Bibesco, British by birth, held court most days in the
lobby of the hotel. She and Walter Duranty, the famous American journalist,
were loudly critical of King Carol and his mistress, Madame Lupescu, about
the government's friendly attitude to Germany.

Outside, the Jews (were) already being persecuted and banned from New Year
celebrations.  It was clear the Nazis were going to take over either by
political or by military means.

But it was still possible to travel, and parties of diplomats went off to
the mountains to ski. Others were entertained by the Ambassador Rex Hoare
and his eccentric wife, Joan while Robin Hartley, later Lord Hankey,
'looked after' the few British correspondents and businessmen still there.

Despite the ominous background, parties were jolly."

"Recently," writes my Japanese correspondent, "I have noticed more and more
PEPPERING of articles like this with references to Jews, nothing whatsoever
to do with the subject. Is someone trying to rewrite history? That World
War Two was between Germany and the Jews, and that Stalingrad, Tripoli,
Dresden, The Blitz and all the rest were just small events happening on the
side lines?  Have you noticed that Christmas is also being hi-jacked? We
are supposed to say Happy Holidays now instead of Merry Christmas."

Well, even a week agon I would not have had an adequate explanation of the
above except maybe:  "What do you expect?  The mainstream media is packed
and controlled."  But in a recent fax aside, Ernst mentioned that his old
Jewish friend, the late historian Josef (Ginz)Burg, author of many
important books and booklets ("Schuld and Schicksal", "Majdanek in alle
Ewigkeit" etc. ) told him that news bureaus are set up all over the world
to do a "Jewish spin" on every important wire story.

As an example, Burg told Ernst that when it was found by researchers that
Interferon could stop or even cure cancer, there was a story within weeks
all over major papers that rabbis in Israel were asked to collect all the
cut-off foreskins of circumcised baby boys - because, the story had it,
these foreskins had a very high Interferon content, thus making Israel the
source for an effective natural, not synthetic, cancer treatment.

Makes you wonder why they got rid of a natural preventative source against
cancer to begin with - doesn't it?  Now you know something, I bet, you
DIDN'T know last week!  :)

So often I get chided for concentrating much too much on information
outreach and not enough on "rallying the troops" - but what good do
"troops" do if the informational  foundation of WHERE it's coming from, and
HOW it's coming down the chute, is lacking?
