Of course now that we know that the Soviets were indeed planning on an
attack in late 1941, it is evident that the German attack was a true
pre-emptive attac -- just as they said it was at the time.

Which means that the Nuremburg verdicts were simply another shameless
atrocity on the part of the victors.

I've never heard of that, but I understand that they had a designation for
"Field Whores", as did the French, Italian, and other European armies.
