Subject: Gonzaga Law Review

There is an article by Credence Fogo-Schensul (J.D. candidate, Univ. of
Oregon School of Law, 1998), "More Than a River in Egypt: Holocaust
Denial, the Internet, and International Freedom of Expression Norms," in
_Gonzaga Law Review_, v.33, no.1 (1997/98): 241-276. Based on 5 of the
article's footnotes, the author (he? she?) made good use of the Nizkor
archives, and provides the URLs for all the materials s/he cites.
(H/She also made use of materials from the Codoh and Zundel sites,
Jeffrey Shalitt, etc.) These were the 2 places where you were
specifically mentioned by name:

Pages 246-247:

"Denial materials do not go unrebutted on the 'Net. Several individuals
and organizations run sites devoted in whole or in part to rebutting
Holocaust denial. The best known of these pages, The Nizkor
Project,(39) focuses entirely on rebutting Holocaust denial. Like its
founder, Ken McVay, OBC,(40) The Nizkor Project opposes censoring
deniers. Two of the most prominent pages run by mainstream Jewish
organizations, on the other hand, support censorship,(41) or
'accountability' by Internet service providers.(42)"

ability to go after hate mongers. Now, we would like to see ... effort
applied to the foremost distributor of Hate material in Canada, and
perhaps the world -- Ernst Zundel,' demanded Frank Dimant, Executive
Vice President of B'nai B'rith Canada").

Project from his home on Vancouver Island. Ken McVay, _Nizkor
