No, it doesn't - what it really does is encourage more complaints by 
drawing direct attention to his duplicity. 

I am rather enjoying this stage of his disintegration. His HI 
(Holohugger Index) has climbed to 378 (as of September 24) from a summer 
low of 229, and his TOV (Troll Output Volume) is up six tenths of a 
point, with a full week left in the month. 

He is clearly undertaking a major effort in a vain attempt to get more 
attention, as reports of more killfile inclusion have forced him into an 
ADS (Audience Decline Stage). 

I won't be able to calculate his VI (Vulgarity Index) until final results 
are in for September; experience suggests that the long-awaited 
replacement for the now-abandoned "fatbroad-dumbtwat" series should 
arrive before the end of the month.

It goes without saying, of course, that his NICI (New ISP Complaint Index) 
has shot off the scale, as he mounts a major effort to get himself banned 
>from  a newsgroup where he cannot, and will not, be banned.  There is a 
clear, nay _overwhelming_ indication that the TII (Troll Indifference 
Index) is nearly off the scale, and that is, without question, the true 
explanation for his feverish activity. His inability to Do the Gannon
convincingly, however, has skewed results and backfired, causing a visible 
increase in the TII. (Evidence of this was noted during the brief period 
when Netcom cut access, and only four users noticed. In TII terms, he's 
approaching 99.6%)

The September highlight was the second confession of willful lying,
which immediately doubled the CLI (Confessed Liar Index).

                               Forecast

The forecast from the Female Alliance Troll-Bait Response Organization And 
Dumbtwats Synonymous (FATBROADS*), issued for the week of September 15,  
suggested periods of heightened vulgarity, accompanied with increasing 
bizarre lies and accusations, followed by Full Hootch depressions and 
intermittant but brief lulls. (Efforts in the "Israelis don't speak 
Hebrew" vein suggest that the forecast will hold this week as well,
with continued fervent evasions with regard to those annoying
questions that the troll hasn't the integrity to address. All
in all, this should be a remarkable week.)
