Subject:      Can Anyone Reccommend A Good ISP With HBG Access #?

My ISP, Concentric, seems to have endless problems.  As soon as one
problem is resolved, another pops up.  I rarely get on the web any more
because it is so slow or I can not reach the page I want to go to.  Last
night I tried to get on IRC for a change, and they lost a ton of
channels.  Now this morning the newsgroups seem like they haven't picked
up any articles in the last 12 hours or so.  It's really annoying.  Are
there any good ISPs with HBG access numbers that charge around $20/month
for unlimited access?

I have my PowerMac 7100 (sys. 7.5.3) set on the Date & Time control panel
so that every 15 minutes it makes a chime.  However, sometimes when an
application is being launched or processing information and the chime
starts, an annoying screeching noise is produced as if there is a
conflict.  I've tried replacing the sounds, but it still persists.  Has
anyone else experienced this?  Is there anything that can be done to stop
it?
