CHILDREN TAKEN FROM FAMILY FOR POLITICAL AND RELIGIOUS REASONS.

	In the court of common pleas in the County of Northumberland,
Pennsylvania, two children were taken from their parents because the
parents passed out what is termed anti-government booklets and the
Constitution.  Leslie Brydon, an Attorney for the government, stated in
court that the parents believed the Constitution was still relevant and
that the parents read the Bible to the children and that those kinds of
things are a danger to the children.  
	Richard Medellin and his Att.  Herschel Lock entered petitions
against the parents stating that the parents were mentally ill and read
the Bible without having Religious training.  The children were taken from
the parents without notification and the parents were not summoned to the
custody proceedings.  The custody for the little girl were filed at 12:40
pm and the order was signed at 1:58 pm. It is unknown when the proceedings
in which the little boy was taken took place because that proceeding is
being kept secret and the only documentation available is a court order.

	Judge Ranck, who was involved in the taking when asked "How do you
take children away from parents without the parents being notified?" Judge
Ranck responded "You'll have to ask Att Jeffery Mench." Att. Jeffery Mench
stated that the bogus charges were made up due to the mother not listening
and that it is standard procedure to make up charges.  The court
transcripts, Judge Ranck stating that he was reversing his previous order
but, he did not say that in court nor did he reverse his order. 
	The parents, Stephen Ames and Dawn Stoll filed a a Civil Rights
action in Federal Court against numerous state employees and Atts, but
Federal Judge James F. McClure wrote in his Memorandum that political and
religious takings of children are within the authority of the State and
its personel and and dismissed the case.  
	Stephen Ames also showed documents to Tom Bowman who is an aide of
Sen. Arlen Spector. 
	Tom Bowman responded by saying to Stephen Ames "What the money
powers want, the money powers get and they don't want people reading the
Bible or the Constitution and if you or your wife try to get custody of
your children or even visit them you will spend the rest of your life in
jail" Children and Youth Services have taken steps to make sure that the
parents are not allowed to even visit the children.

on November 1, 1994.  It was written by Ralph R. Reiland, an associate
professor of economics at Robert Morris College in Pittsburgh.

The 1980's Test Regarding the 1980's, answer True or False to the
following statements: 

>From  1982 to 1989, 19 million net new jobs were created, two-thirds of
them high- or middle-paying, resulting in the lowest unemployment rate in
16 years.  The economic growth that flowed from the Reagan tax cuts
increased federal tax revenues in the 1980s by $1.1 trillion.  These
additional federal tax revenues contributed to the reduction of the
federal deficit from 6.3% of gross domestic product in 1983 to 2.9% in
1989.  

	Presidents Kennedy and Reagan both enacted supply-side tax cuts on
top income earners and job creators, and produced the two longest economic
expansions in American history.  
	The Reagan tax cuts trickled down to produce a 76% jump in new
business investment in real (adjusted for inflation) dollars in the 1980s
and tripled the rate of productivity growth.  Real per capita after-tax
income rose by 19% in the 1980s, nearly double the rate of the 1970s. 
Real family income increased every year from 1983 through 1990 in every
income group (from the poorest fifth of households to the richest fifth),
while median family income fell by 1.9% in 1993.  
	The real income of the poorest fifth of American families
increased by 12% in the 1980s, reversing their 17% slide in real income
between 1979 and 1983. Eighty-six percent of the tax filers of the poorest
fifth of families in 1980 moved out of that bottom quintile by 1988 (16%
moved all the way to the top fifth of income earners).  Real median income
increased 5% between 1982 and 1988 for those who started in the top fifth
on income earners, and increased 77% for those who started in the bottom
fifth.  
	Real family income declined each year from 1979 until 1982 and
declined each year since 1991---the Reagan years, sandwiched between the
two periods of shrinking income, produced a real increase of $4,877 in
median family annual real income.  Since 1988, the typical American
household has lost $2,344 in real annual income, and the degree of income
inequality is now at a post-World War II high.  
	After growing nationwide by 7 million people during the 1970s, the
poverty population declined by 4 million during the Reagan years; Poverty
in the '90s is on the rise again with over a million Americans falling
into poverty in 1993.  
	The top income tax rate was reduced from 70% to 28% in the 1980s,
but the top 5 percent of all earners paid more, increasing their share of
all federal income taxes paid from 36% in 1980 to 43% in 1990.  
	In the 1980s, the percentage of African-American families earning
more than 50,000 in real dollars doubled from 7% to 14%, the unemployment
rate for black teenagers fell by 21% and black employment in professional
and managerial jobs expanded by one-third.  After declining 10% between
1978 and 1982, the real median income of black families increased by 17%
between 1982 and 1989.  
	The median weekly earnings of female workers grew 8% faster than
male earnings in the 1980s, and women entrepreneurs ended the decade
employing more people than all of the Fortune 500 companies combined.

	Clinton finds an old oil lamp and rubs it. A Genie pops out and
grants him just one wish saying other presidents have taken the other two
already. 
	Clinton opens a map and points to the middle east and says that
these people have been fighting for thousands of years and it's the
hardest problem he has and wants the Genie to create peace there.
	The Genie immediately refuses and says that even though he is
the most powerful super being there ever was even he can't solve that
problem.
	Clinton thinks and then says that his wife is a wonderful person,
really, but for some reason people think she's a mean spirited and evil
woman. He asks the Genie to make people like her.

	On Thurs. Sept. 5th, 1996, a punk E-mailed me a nasty letter
calling me every name he could think of with his public-school facilities
and even suggested I "...go XXXX someone!"
	I can't, now, write what that word was but it started with the
letter "b" and ended with the letter "b".
	I wanted to scare him so told him he had done something very bad
and I cced my reply to 2 addresses - that I made up!
	One came back bounced (a fictitious address to the org. Hoover was
head of) and the other DID NOT BOUNCE though I made up the address as a
jumble of letters - but WITH the three shown below in it, in the correct
order.
	It was "to:" an agency with a great history but now mired in many
scandals - backwards and moving the letters up one in the alphabet it is
the B - J - D.
	This kid got scared (and now I AM!) and wrote back a one sentence
note, "Don't you have anything better to do with your time?" 
	That's RICH!
	I'd never heard of him before he first wrote ME!

calling me every name he could think of with his public-school facilities
and even suggested I "...go XXXX someone!"
	I can't, now, write what that word was but it started with the
letter "b" and ended with the letter "b".
	I wanted to scare him so told him he had done something very bad
and I cced my reply to 2 addresses - that I made up!
	One came back bounced (a fictitious address to the org. Hoover was
head of) and the other DID NOT BOUNCE though I made up the address as a
jumble of letters - but WITH the three shown below in it, in the correct
order.
	It was "to:" an agency with a great history but now mired in many
scandals - backwards and moving the letters up one in the alphabet it is
the B - J - D.
	This kid got scared (and now I AM!) and wrote back a one sentence
note, "Don't you have anything better to do with your time?" 
	That's RICH!
	I'd never heard of him before he first wrote ME!
