I've just received a flyer advertising a new book:  _Holocaust Denied_,
by James A. Beverley (Prof. of Theology and Ethics at Tyndale Seminary,

"_Holocaust Denied_ examines the controversy surrounding a former
schoolteacher in New Brunswick, Canada who denies the Holocaust. 
Malcolm Ross was removed from the classroom for his racist views.  The
decision to remove Ross was appealed but eventually upheld by the
Supreme Court of Canada.
