Today I want to bring you excerpts from a book review by John Bell, as
quoted in the National Times.

This publication is "The Great Betrayal":  The Elites' War on Middle
America" by Louis T. March and Brent Nelson.  It is available from
Representative Government Press, PO Box 97668, Raleighn, NC 27624, 1995,
139 pages.  $ 5.95_  - and it is a BARGAIN!

Here are the quotes from a review:

*       "True welfare - temporary assistance for the genuinely needy - has
mutated into a state-supported breeding program for the criminal
underclass.  Crime control consists of seizing the guns of the law-abiding,
and hardened murderers are turned loose to kill again by liberal judges who
declare "prison overcrowding" to be unconstitutional.  Free trade, a policy
that only makes sense among peoples of roughly the same abilities and
standards, exports American jobs to the Third World - permanently."

*       "America was almost 90% white in 1965.  Now only about 70% of the
population is white.  Roughly 45% of the current immigration is "Hispanic."
40% is Asian and less than 10% is European."

*       "The number of US residents for whom English is a foreign language
is now 32 million.  Meanwhile . . . America's laws have been changed so
that it is a 'federal offense to prefer US citizens to aliens in
employment'."

*       "Middle America is under attack.  If the big government/big
business ruling class can have abundant cheap labor and unending ethnic
tumult, no force can arise to oppose them.  "Divide and conquer" will have
won."

*       "The hidden secret of (the elite's) power is that they long ago and
very cleverly formed a socialist alliance with America's underclass - which
in recent times has come to be largely minority, feminist and homosexual in
composition - for the purpose of exploiting and destroying the white middle
class and its organic, old-time leadership.  The "elites'" use of Marxist
ideology is simply a guise whereby they inflame an alienated rabble against
the white power structure they seek to displace."

*       "While even the elite themselves appear somewhat "diverse" in their
composition, nevertheless there is a central core of them who are
responsible, in a highly systematic way, for the more reprehensible aspects
of the elites' policies.  This central core is, in its outlook and its
conduct, absolutely inimical to the continued existence of Western
civilization and survival of its founding people.  Only the cohesion that
comes from blood kinship explains these core elites' implacable hatred for
the West and their perseverance and staying power across multiple
generations."

        "In this area the authors avoid specificity - although their
identity is no doubt known to astute readers.  There is a reason for this
apparent evasion of what many might consider to be the central issue . . .
Feeding off the firestorm of criticism that accompanies complete candor
about the elites' identity would inevitably detract from the authors'
mission."

*       "Can a war be won without engaging the real enemy?  Hardly.  Nor
can ordinary activism redress our true, underlying problems because these
problems are not ones of ideology or morality but of blood - implacably bad
blood.  Ultimately the battle most be fought on that basis."

*       "Because of the elites' stranglehold on our society - and their
insidious imbedment therein - we cannot "vote the rascals out" in one
election any more than leukemia can be cured by surgery.  As a result,
patient cultivation of understanding and a long-term will-to-resist are
necessary."

*       "But we may also take hope and renewed energy and resolve from the
fact that every ideologically motivated position and action taken by the
elite to preserve their unholy coalition is profoundly at odds with what
Thomas Jefferson called "the Laws of Nature and Nature's God."  Because it
so violates nature's iron laws, the elites' whole rotten edifice must, in
time, inevitably come crashing down.  When that time comes, we must be
prepared for the chaos and conflict that will ensue - for it is in that
time that a permanent solution may be secured."

*       "Conventional activism is a necessary forerunner to that looming
bolder era - in fact, it is the only viable alternative open to us at
present.  And understanding, gained via education, is a prerequisite to any
activism, conventional or otherwise. . .  It is a necessary first step on
the road to building the resolve needed to take our country back from the
elites - and their useful idiot cattle - who have betrayed it."

Good Morning from the Zundelsite:

Sometimes it is good to reflect.  The text below was written almost 15
years ago by a Canadian one-time war correspondent, Charles Lynch.  He is
highly regarded in Canada, and his columns are the kinds of goodies that
you can read and then reread.  This one was written upon the occasion of a
get-together with American journalists at a retreat in the Midwest, which
happened at a time of one of those small "funny" wars - the Falklands War
in Argentina.

Consider also, please, the jolly nature of these writers' recollections of
their duties during World War II, and reflect what they might have meant
for people bombed into the stone age - a time when I was a small child and
saw these airplanes stream across the sky as though in black in conveyor
belts:

Titled "Truth is victim in war and peace," Charles Lynch had this to say:

"A few of us old war correspondents (we call ourselves "a flush of old
"W.C's") have gathered in Colorado Springs this weekend to talk about wars
past, present and future, and to argue about the dividing line between
journalism and propaganda.

This year, some of our American colleagues are joining in, for this is the
headquarters of the North American Air Defense Command, the focal point of
our partnership where Canadians and Americans treat one another as equals
and where, on occasion, American forces respond to Canadian commands.

To the military, there is no dividing line between honest news and
propaganda in time of war, and the only kind of journalism that we in
Canada tolerated in the Second World War was propaganda, on the home front
or from the fields of combat."

Now here we have an honest statement.  That's how it's done in war.  But
how about in peacetime?

Writes Lynch:

"Even in peacetime, governments savor propaganda much more readily than
they do the practice of journalism, and every one of the seven Canadian
prime ministers I have known has yearned for a captive press, and has
blamed our free press for his troubles and failures.
. . .
To former war correspondents, it's a familiar cry, and one that is being
raised in a military context in Britain today, where the government expects
the media to get behind the business of "Argie bashing" and ensure support
for the military in the Falkland Island crisis.

Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher wants slanted reporting, in Britain's
favor, and she has suggested that objective reporting borders on treason.

In other words, she would like to see all British media become propaganda
arms of the government, the way all of us were incorporated into the total
war of 1939-45.
. . .
Freedom of information is not a popular idea with any government,
conspicuously our own.

The ultimate way for governments to put the lid on is through the
imposition of censorship, the kind we had during the Second World War when
democracy was suspended and Canada became, in the sense of politics,
information of suspension of freedoms, a totalitarian state."

So there you have it.  That's how it's done in war.  That's how it was in
Germany, in Russia, in the United States and every other country at war -
then, or since then:

"Those of us who reported that war accepted censorship and became
propagandists for the war effort.  'The only good German is a dead German,'
said our leaders, and we wrote it.

We have gathered every year since the war to review matters and to argue my
latter-day conviction that what we were doing wasn't journalism at all, and
that it's much harder to quest for truth in peacetime than it was to report
on wartime combat.

We called it total war, and we accepted the dictum of Germany's Joseph
Goebbels that total propaganda was required to keep the public onside,
turning defeats at Dunkirk and Dieppe into victories, exulting in mass
bombings, and taking pride in the casualty lists.

The Germans started the distortions and we matched them, just as we matched
them in indiscriminate bombings of cities."

I remember a charred baby - maybe two years old or so - climbing out of the
ashes of a home some two or three hours after the bombing had stopped.  In
fact, it climbed out of an open suitcase.  I have no idea why it was in
that suitcase to begin with.  I remember taking my jacket off and making a
nest for its head.  I don't remember anything else - what happened later to
that baby.  It seems nobody even looked for it.   Not a nice memory.

Lynch then goes on to say, speaking of the Falklands War in Argentina:

Now, people in authority in Britain are telling newspapers and broadcasters
the things we were told during the war, and the jingo papers carry
headlines of hate about the land of the gauchos, where the bullybeef used
to come from that fed British troops in two wars.

Already, there is stiff censorship on the correspondents with the British
naval force, and you can't argue with that when the security of the ships
depends on secrecy.

But you can argue with the threat of censorship at home in Britain, just as
we would fight it if Canada herself were embroiled and our government
wanted the official line, and nothing but, backed by an inflamed public
opinion.

Remember, we inherited most of our freedoms from Britain, tailor-made.  If
some of those freedoms die there, you can put them in our loss column,
too."

I lived in Argentina for four years.  If you had asked the persons in the
streets how they felt about a war with Britain, you would have gotten a
blank stare.  I doubt they even knew they owned a piece of land called
Falklands.

Many of you have asked how you could help.  I have a job for you!

I want you to take this very, very seriously because this story could make
an enormous difference in moving us out of the "Holocaust mode" and onto
more important things in this ongoing struggle for spiritual and financial
liberation - globally!  PLEASE help us with this one!  Use your
imagination!

Here is what happened, as the story has come down to me:

In the spring of 1996, someone named Sheldon L. Epstein, teaching at
Northwestern University, filed a complaint with Dean Jerome B. Cohen
against Dr. Arthur Butz, a tenured professor and author of "The Hoax of the
20th Century," for having used the university server for a website to ". .
. publish articles claiming - among other allegations - that the Holocaust
did not occur."

There was, as I recall, a minor skirmish surrounding Dr. Butz, but the
University backed Dr. Butz's right to keep his website on the server  on
the basis of Free Speech, and nothing came of the complaint to have Dr.
Butz kicked off for his politically incorrect writings.

Sheldon Epstein

". . . spent the Summer thinking about the problem and concluded that it
was important to teach my students about the Holocaust because, in part, it
was the Engineers (sic) who built the engines of death which made it
possible for Nazis to execute their tidal wave of death and destruction.
My first pedagogical objective, however, was not to speak only to the
Holocaust; but, instead, to use the Holocaust as an example of horrors that
can occur when engineers (and others) do not tell the truth."

Well, he meant well, but things developed otherwise.  Here is what you find
posted on his website:

"The reason that the course is being discontinued is I have received notice
>from  Dean Jerome B. Cohen that my appointment as a volunteer Adjunct
Instructor will be (sic) not be renewed at the end of the year.  In private
industry, that is called being fired.

The reason Dean Cohen fired me is that I have chosen to both speak in class
and publish an assignment about the Holocaust - the premeditated genocide
of Jews, Gypsies and others deemed unacceptable by Nazi's (sic) of
Germany's Third Reich during World War II.  I have been told that Dean
Cohen considers my classroom discussion of the Holocaust inappropriate for
a Design Engineering class.  Apparently, he fears that if I am permitted to
speak about the Holocaust to my students, then other faculty members will
use it as a precedent and justification for their teaching about the
Holocaust in their classes.  My position is that students need to be
informed about facts - even if there is a potential for propaganda."

What is particularly interesting to me is that apparently, there was a
letter written by Northwestern President Bienen on May 17, 1996 to Rabbi
Abraham Cooper and Mr. Mark Weitzman of the Simon Wiesenthal Center, and it
does not take a rocket scientist to infer that the decision to "discourage"
such a class as Mr. Epstein yearned to teach was made at SWC headquarters.


Dr. Butz himself considers this affair a tempest in a teapot, but some
Revisionists would disagree because what we have here is a golden
opportunity for us to make our documents and data known to wider
professional circles.

I think it is in our favor that both primary parties involved in this
dispute, as judged by their names, are Jewish.  Perhaps even the President
of Northwestern is Jewish.  The charge cannot be made that we are doing
this because we want to call the Holocaust Promotion Lobby on the carpet
for systematic Holocaust Inflation.  We're on the side of Mr. Epstein.  We
WANT our data known.  There now exist FOUR forensic/engineering reports -
the Leuchter Report being only the first - three of which say that
"genocidal gassings" were TECHNICALLY IMPOSSIBLE.  That claim can be
checked out!

The work has already been done.  Now it needs to be verified or refuted by
the engineering community at large.  That is what Revisionists want.  We
want the world to look at what we have accumulated against great odds and
at great costs to life and limb and reputation and more harassment than you
would ever wish to see.  IF there existed such a "genocidal weapon" called
"gas chamber" - why SHOULD it not be taught at universities?

I'll tell you why - as if you didn't know:  because the chances are it will
be then revealed to an atonished world it's a concocted story the world has
swallowed now for more than fifty years.  If we could settle this in the
scientific community - world-wide, once and for all! - one of our major
aims will then have been achieved.  Revisionists want nothing more than
have our data scrutinized by people in-the-know.

This is YOUR chance to help us.  Take this to as many news groups as you
can think of and make this controversy known.  Get a discussion thread
going.  Ask people to take sides.  Ask people to refute or verify.
Appropriate groups are all the engineering news groups as well as free
speech advocates, both general and academic, history and World War II
groups, the German and Jewish political discussion and news groups, the
mainstream media groups etc.  College students.  The media syndicates.  You
name it.  Use your imagination.  BUT MAKE THIS STORY KNOWN!

This is a serious assignment.  We have the "First Leuchter Report" up on
the Zundelsite ( http://www.webcom.com/ezundel/english ) and I am presently
painstakingly putting the spectacular "Rudolf Gutachten" in German up as
well.  I understand the "Luftl Report" is up elsewhere.  I don't know about
the fourth one which I believe is colloquially called the "Krakow Report."

If this story is properly disseminated world-wide, I believe with all my
heart we would move on to better things than arguing something that has
been settled years ago and could be put to rest tomorrow - much to our

Good Morning from the Zundelsite:

Thanks to the recent Harvard Law Library's "HateWatch", a web page to be
found at http://hatewatch.org/ it appears that we now have a number of law
students on our ZGram list who are keenly watching what Dr. Faurisson has
called ". . . the great intellectual adventure at the end of the twentieth
century".

Our hope, of course, is that eventually a class will be taught at Harvard
and other law schools planet-wide to examine every nook and cranny of
Revisionism with fairness and impartiality.  Revisionism will not go away,
for it is, after all, a prime  manifestation of what the Board of Review as
part of the Canada Post Corporation Act has recognized in 1982 as:

". . . a much larger problem or struggle between two peoples i.e. the
Germans and the Jews. . . "

As I reported before, Ernst has received a letter of the Canadian Human
Rights Commission dated October 14, 1996 in which it is stated that an
investigator has recommended that the complaints laid against him by Ms.
Sabina Citron, a Jewess, and the Mayor's Committee on Community and Race
Relations, apparently her tool,  be referred to a human rights tribunal.

This latest is only one of several new legal maneuvers by the Holocaust
Promotion Lobby to silence the Ernst Zundel voice in every arena possible,
including on the Net.

record and for the sake of future generations - why the charge should be
dismissed:

"Mr. Zundel, despite 16 years of complaints by Sabina Citron and Jewish
organizations and the resulting almost continuous monitoring and
investigation of his writings by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, the
Ontario Provincial Police Hate Crimes Unit, Crown specialists in hate
literature and Metro Toronto Police and two lengthy trials, has never been
charged with promoting hatred.
. . .
Mr. Zundel is an individual of German ethnic origin who speaks his
viewpoint as he sees it on the tragic events between the German and Jewish
peoples during World War II. Germans are the third largest ethnic group in
Canada and are also entitled to the benefits of the Canadian Government
policy of multiculturalism and the constitutional guarantee of equality
before the law. Germans are entitled to hold their own views of their own
people's history.  The diversity which the Canadian Multiculturalism Act
recognizes does not exclude Germans.

The Zundelsite deals almost exclusively with German-Jewish history during
World War II, a topic which deeply concerns both Jews and Germans. The
viewpoints of Germans such as Mr. Zundel are as worthy of consideration as
those of Jews such as Sabina Citron. Members of the German ethnic group are
not second class citizens.

Mr. Zundel is as much a part of the multicultural mosaic as are members of
the Jewish, Italian, Chinese or other ethnic groups. The diversity
celebrated by the Canadian Multiculturalism Act, a statute by which the
Canadian Human Rights Commission is bound, includes Germans also.

It is time this is recognized and that the Canadian Human Rights Commission
give a clear message to Canadian society that the human rights of Germans
in Canada will be safe-guarded and will not be abused any longer by
official persecution.

The Canadian Human Rights Commission will agree that Mr. Zundel's opinions
on the topics complained of by Sabina Citron and the Mayor's Committee have
now been investigated for over 16 years by Canada Post, various police hate
crimes units, and senior Crown counsel specialists in hate literature and
that no charges have ever been laid against him under section 319 of the
Criminal Code. Charges under the criminal false news law resulted in
acquittal at trial on one count and acquittal by the Supreme Court of
Canada on the second count on the grounds that Mr. Zundel's constitutional
rights to freedom of expression had been violated. In all cases, Mr.
Zundel's opinions as a German on matters of concern to Germans were found
to be completely legal although no doubt unpopular to some segments of this
multicultural society.

The complaints are beyond the jurisdiction of the Canadian Human Rights
Commission involving as they do the Internet, a new global communications
medium not contemplated by section 13 of the Act. The Zundelsite is located
in the United States, is operated by U.S. citizens,  controlled by U.S.
law. and legal under U.S. law.

The Canadian Human Rights Commission should reject these complaints under
section 41 of the Canadian Human Rights Act. They are clearly vexatious and
made in bad faith by those seeking to silence Mr. Zundel, whom they
perceive as a threat to their political, ethnic and ideological objectives.
The complaints amount to an abuse of process by special interest groups
who, unsuccessful in using the criminal hate and false news law and
ancillary postal laws against Mr. Zundel for two decades, now attempt to
silence him by using human rights laws and the Canadian Human Rights
Commission as the pliant tool to get what they could not in the courts of
justice. The Canadian Human Rights Commission was instituted to protect
human rights, not to abuse human rights.

As a member of the German ethnic minority, Mr. Zundel has the same right to
give his view of his own people's history as Ms. Citron does of hers. In a
multicultural society, it is debate and not coercion by human rights
tribunals that will bring about true inter-ethnic harmony and
understanding.

Mr. Zundel submits the following:

1. That pursuant to the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms and the
Canadian Multiculturalism Act, the Canadian Human Rights Commission issue a
statement recognizing the right of the German ethnic community in Canada
and individual members thereof to debate and discuss the history of World
War II without fear of persecution;

2. That the complaints herein be rejected on the grounds that they are an
abuse of process, vexatious and made in bad faith and have been dealt with
more appropriately under other Acts of Parliament for the past 16 years
pursuant to section 41((b) and (d) of the Canadian Human Rights Act;

3. That the complaints herein be rejected on the basis that the Canadian
Human Rights Commission itself has raised a reasonable apprehension of bias
against Mr. Zundel by its own prejudgment of his Website and opinions as
"hate";

4. That the complaints herein be rejected as beyond the jurisdiction of the
Canadian Human Rights Commission pursuant to section 41(c) of the Canadian
Human Rights Act in that the Zundelsite is located in the United States and
its content controlled by U.S. law."

This entire document, some ten pages long, is an important addition to the
body of Revisionist documents now part of the public domain.  It is part of
what now sweeps the globe.

I have used this Emerson quote before to finish off a ZGram, but it fits
here so perfectly that I shall use it twice, for it describes Ernst Zundel:

"I shall not hide my tastes or aversions . . . if you are true but not in
the same truth with me, cleave to your own companions;  I will seek my own.
I do this not selfishly but humbly and truly   It is alike your interest
and mine and all men's, however long we have dwelt in lies, to live in
truth . .  if we follow the truth, it will bring us out safe at last.  But
so you may give these friends pain.  Yes, but I cannot sell my liberty and
my power to save their sensibility."

"People associated with, and sympathetic to, Ernst Zundel's struggle to
rehabilitate the falsely accused and politically victimized German nation
are  not a political party and not strict followers of any ideology.  We
don't have or require formal membership.  We don't  require a racialist,
Christian or national-socialist mindset or a specific political
orientation.

We simply ask that you respect our right to think, say and do what we like,
to let us be who we are and what we represent, and to let us have our
rightful place in the community of nations.

Hundreds are passing out flyers all over the world.  Still others volunteer
their services by putting on meetings, conferences and lecture tours and
even speaking engagements for Revisionist writers at local high schools or
universities.  Some help us with office supplies;  others simply mail
postage stamps - reams of them!  You'd be amazed what comes our way with
regular, in-kind donations.

One Toronto-based grocery store owner, for example, keeps us in lush supply
with German sausages to feed our hungry crew.  Local bakers supply huge
baskets of bread - a day old but good!  Still others send food in dented
cans.  Some have donated carpets, new office chairs, typewriters, computer
stuff etc.  In May of 1995 Ernst Zundel  even received a lovely, expensive
teddy bear from Austria ". . . to give you comfort" after the agony of
arson and two assassination attempts in one month!

Many help financially on a regular basis - some with sizable donations,
others with bequests, but often with simply a bank note each month mailed
in a simple envelope.

Many, who live far away, are connected by newsletter, faxes, e-mail and now
the "Zundelsite", waiting patiently "for stand-by duty."  Some have been
willing to travel great distances for special events such as a "Thought
Crimes" trial to volunteer as body guards or to visit political prisoners
in Germany and Sweden.

Still others are part of intense letter writing campaigns or picketing or
special demonstrations on behalf of politically incarcerated people.  Last
summer, several young and not-so-young men came with their own tools and
sleeping bags, which were spread on the sooty floors, to help rebuild the
Zundel-Haus after the devastating arson.

2.      We would like to set up a series of regular fundraising meetings of
small groups of people in private homes.  We call these meetings

Good Morning from the Zundelsite:

A World War II Memorial Museum will now be built in Washington, D.C., on
prime real estate:  7.4 acres encompassing the Rainbow Pool on the Mall
between the Washington Monument and the Lincoln Memorial.

This museum will include special rooms or "Halls of Honor and Remembrance",
multimedia interactive educational facilities, an auditorium theater and a
visitor information center.

The Viet Nam Veterans Memorial cost about 7 million, and the Korean War
Memorial about 14 million.   The Battle Monuments Commission for this World
War II museum has a budget of $90-100 million.

"By law, the commission is required to raise this money privately, but it
would surprise no one to hear the memorial's backers asking Congress to
chip in, once the project is underway," notes one critic.

What do you suppose this museum is going to display?  To let you know how
"just" and "necessary," even virtuous, that war has been for which young
Aryan-Americans gave their lives before they took the lives of other
Aryans?

Precisely.

Here's what I'd like to see in that museum:  Full revelation of what
happened AFTER all the shooting stopped.

At Potsdam, following Yalta, the victors sanctioned the expulsion of the
entire German population of Czechoslovakia and Hungary, 4.2 million people.
All the ancient (300 to 800 year old) German ethnocultural enclaves in
Central and Eastern Europe were wiped out.  There ought to be mention of
that.

But there is more.  Time Magazine described another mass expulsion in
August 13, 1945 as follows:

"In what was once eastern Germany, an anguished tide of humanity, one of
the greatest mass movements of Germans in history, flowed toward the
borders of the shrunken Reich.  At least 10 million hungry Germans were
being uprooted from their old homes in East Prussia, Pomerania, Silesia
(and) Sudetenland by the new Polish, Czech and Russian owners.

The wanderers choked the roads in Russian-occupied Germany.  Ragged,
barefoot, with children in their arms and the shabby remains of homes
stacked on perambulators, carts and wheelbarrows, they trudged westward."

Wrote Professor Austin J. App as early as October 1945 in "Our Sunday
Visitor" :

"If some hostile (powers), having the largest armies in the world and the
atomic bomb, were to tell all . . . New England people to get out, to get
out fast, to leave their homes and cattle behind, to take nothing with them
but what they can push or carry, to get out across the borders of their
homelands fast and on foot, then the world would see these New Englanders
suffer 'tragedy on a prodigious scale.'"

Professor App was quoting Winston Churchill - and a fine one, he to speak!

"There has never before in history, not even in the worst of pagan times,
been such a million-fold uprooting of human beings," wrote App, speaking of
". . . this tragic starvation crawl of eight to ten million peoples, whose
only crime was that they lived and labored in lands where their forefathers
before them lived and labored since the Middle ages . . . Not one of the
great statesmen, so bent on punishing Axis crimes, has arisen to condemn or
even question this whole ghastly business of ruthlessly uprooting peoples
>from  their age-old homes . . . of the great victors, who once were so
idealistic in the Atlantic Charter, none has arisen to condemn such
expulsions as wrong in principle.

What American, if it were done to him and his family - if because his
country lost, he were thrown out of his state and robbed of his home and
belongings and forced to go on foot to another country - would not consider
it a vile crime against nature? . .  To slice three or four ancient
provinces from a country, then loot and plunder nine million people of
their homes, farms, cattle, furniture and even clothes . .  and then expel
them from the land they have inhabited for 700 years with no distinction
between the innocent and the guilty, to drive them like unwanted beasts on
foot to far-off provinces, unprotected, shelterless, and starving is an
atrocity so fast that history records none vaster. . . It is deliberate, it
is brutal, it is enormous - and it is an Allied crime.  It is an American,
British, Russian, Morgenthau, Potsdam crime."

And so it was.  Of a total of 17 million German people, as we now know,
affected by this Allied concocted-and-approved "ethnic cleansing", about 3
million were killed in the process.  This AFTER "Liberation"!

A priest described what came for some before death came.  In a smuggled
letter from September 3, 1945, we read:

"In unending succession were girls, women and nuns violated . . . Not
merely in secret, in hidden corners, but in the sight of everybody, even in
churches, in the streets and in public places were nuns, women and even
eight-year-old girls attacked again and again.

Mothers were violated before the eyes of their children;  girls in the
presence of their brothers;  nuns in the slight of pupils - they were
outraged again and again to their death and as corpses. . . "

April 1, 1946)

For the first time in history one people, the Germans, lost more of their
number in the "peace" that followed that war than during the worst years of
war itself.

Yet it remains a silent tragedy.  You don't see it discussed in the history
books.  It is never presented in television documentaries.  Chances are the
new museum will not mention it at all.

Almost a whole generation was maimed or broken in body and spirit,  - and
the world isn't any the wiser.  Three years now separate us from the year
2000 which many feel will be the year to usher in vast changes.  Will it be
then, for us, the New World Order?  Or will it be the True World Order?
That is a choice none of the living in the coming decades will escape.

Wrote App in 1945:  "Any German who still feels guilty before the Allies is
a fool.  Any American who thinks he should is a scoundrel."

Up-front, a couple of corrections that have been heavy on my mind.

*       I was wrong in having written that French attorney Delcroix's fine
imposed by a French court was not a heavy one, and that it was only 5,000F.
It was actually more than 20,000F, an amount which translates into more
than $5,000.  The fax I received was of poor quality;  hence the error.

The Delcroix sentence was severe, according to our correspondent:

Defence lawyer for Dr. Robert Faurisson, Eric Delcroix, 52, was convicted
in Paris on October 22, 1996 for his book "La police de la pensee contre le
revisionisme ("The Thought Police Against Revisionism").

for having labelled "a myth" or "a belief of a less and less scientific and

*       Third, many people have written to me alerting me to a website to
be found at http://www.flinet.com/~politics/  Apparently, it is a gruesome
website.

One of my readers wrote:

"I have just spent several hours reading part of what is on this website. .
. It is more than you ever wanted to know about Israel."

This is supposed to be a very graphic website of Israeli atrocities,
including a video of a Palestinian teenager shot in the mouth.  (". . .
having his teeth rearranged") I haven't seen this video myself, but many
people are upset.  Would someone give me a full review of this website?

That is definitely something worth watching.  I doubt the Japanese will be

Roux resigned three days ago (11/5/96)

". . . after it was disclosed that he wore a swastika as a student over 50
years ago. Roux said that he had drawn a swastika on his lab coat while a
pre-medical student in Montreal in 1942 and that he marched in a World War
II anti-draft protest."

*       The Swiss as well!  A Reuter release of Nov 3 coming out of Zurich
states, in part, that

"Swiss bankers and Jewish groups searching for Holocaust victims' unclaimed
wealth in Switzerland could be heading for a showdown if - as many bankers
expect - the latest hunt for lost riches turns up only paltry sums.

Several Swiss bankers say privately that they believe Switzerland was not
the big magnet for Jewish wealth before World War Two that groups like the
World Jewish Congress (WJC) have made it out to be.

Much of the money that made it here has already been quietly withdrawn by
victims' relatives unwilling to share it with family members, or by friends
equipped with power of attorney that gave them control over the funds, they

Good Morning from the Zundelsite:

The government of Australia announced to the world a few hours ago  that
special interest groups have succeeded in halting David Irving's book tour
- this after its Prime Minister had made a ringing speech about "Freedom of
Speech" on his continent and the "Hanson Speech" caused a wave of
overwhelming approbation showing clearly that Australia belonged to the
will of the people and not to the Shrill Minority.

The following was published in The Advertiser, (11-9-96) headlined "Prime
Minister's edict:  These men unfit for Australia":

". . . (c)ontroversial historian David Irving and Sinn Fein leader Gerry
Adams were both told yesterday they were 'unfit' to visit Australia.

In a surprisingly strong attack, the Prime Minister, Mr Howard, said Mr
Irving was a 'crackpot criminal' and Mr Adams was 'a mouthpiece for
terrorists.'. . .

He also dismissed claims that yesterday's decision to deny the men visas
compromised his bid for a new era of free speech.

Mr Howard's comments angered sections of the Irish community, which pointed
to Mr Adams's free access to the United States, and civil libertarians
accused him of unwarranted censorship.

But the Jewish community expressed relief at the decision to bar Mr Irving
who claims the Holocaust of World War II may be a lie.

. . . Mr Howard said both men were denied visas because they were not of
'good character'. . .  "

We'll let the Irish deal with what was said of Mr. Adams, but David
Irving's "criminal record" stems from the fact that he was convicted in
Germany for "defaming the memory of the dead" after a trial where not a
single witness was allowed and not a single document by the defense was
accepted - and for that reason, and no other, was banned from several
countries, including Canada.

There he ignored the unjust ban and tried to give a speech.  An arrest by
police and later a detention by immigration officials in Niagara Falls
resulted, after which he was railroaded out of Canada, having gone through
a perfunctory Immigration Hearing.  He has also been convicted in the
United Kingdom for contempt of court in connection with his questioning of
the Holocaust.

That is the sum and summary of how David Irving, at one time Europe's
Number One mainstream, most prolific historical writer, up to that point
successful beyond his wildest dreams, became a man "not of good character."
Subtract the Irving Holocaust skepticism, and there would be no speck of
"criminality" on Mr. Irving's name.

In an editorial opinion in the Advertiser, the following was said under the
heading "Wrong for all reasons":

"(A)nyone wanting to read and, indeed, hear the views has only to walk into
a bookshop, buy a newspaper or tune into the appropriate TV or radio
station . . .

So the bans are futile. Another pragmatic objection for those who detest
what these two articulate men represent is that denying them entry only
serves to give them increased public attention. . .

However, this is almost sophistry compared with the real objection to the
(Minister of Immigration)  decision. When what may now be summed up in
shorthand as the Hanson debate erupted, the Prime Minister made much of his
belief in free speech. It was a commendable stand, even though his
Government was simultaneously intervening in the High Court to challenge
the ruling on a constitutional implied right of free speech.

This decision makes a mockery of that standpoint. . . to go from there to
denial of entry is a symbolic capitulation, symbolic because, as we said,
their views are going to be well and truly broadcast anyway.

It does not take Australian governments long to acquire what has been
defined as the 'white car syndrome', the attitude that we know best. The
people are not to be trusted, must be protected from themselves. . . . the
Government has been silly in treating us as children."

Wish it were so.  Wish it were only silly.  In fact, it acted as a hireling
at the behest of that noisy minority of Zionists who hate Irving's bold
message.  It  has now advertised itself as such.

Here is the official response from the Adelaide Institute, a foremost
Revisionist outpost in Australia, in a Letter to the Editor:

"In regard to the Adam/Irving banning, the leader of South Australia's
Jewry, Mr Norman Schueler ( Schueler is German for student), said: it was
'good to see the Australian principle of fair play being upheld'.

This statement doesn't make sense and either The Advertiser made a printing
error here or Mr Schueler should go back to school in order to learn what
freedom of speech really means.

The two words 'fair play' should have read 'foul play' because that is
exactly what the Federal Government has done by dancing to the tune of
organised Jewry and treating a mature and intelligent Australian people
like a bunch of idiots that cannot think for themselves. Brave new world,
here we come.

Further, those who claim that David Irving's books and videos are freely
available in book shops Australia-wide are either ignorant or lying. Book
stores in Adelaide have told me that they do not stock David Irving's books
- and they will not tell you where you can get them. They do not even tell
you that Veritas, Irving's Australian publisher, is based at Cranbrook,
W.A.

Not so with the Gerry Adams book which is freely available in all Adelaide
book shops. So, too, are Salman Rushdie's books, and of course the
pseudo-historical book Hitler's Willing Executioners, by German-hater,
Daniel Goldhagen, is enthusiastically pushed on to the Australian book
market.

One thing is clear: This Federal Government does not represent mainstream
Australia anymore. The Graeme Campbell and Pauline Hanson phenomenon has
shown that quite clearly. I hope that soon we shall have in the Senate an
Australia First Party as is the case in New Zealand where the New Zealand
First Party holds the balance of power. This would force the established
parties to put the people's interest first rather than dance to the tune of
the international corporations and the Wall Street money cabal!"

That is precisely what has happened here.  Australia - like a bear with a
ring through its nose.

When I sent the Louis Beam essay below to Ernst to make sure it was okay to
ship it as a ZGram, his comment was:  "I am glad that he is moving away

what it is that we are _really_ facing - and it is _not_ a struggle between
peaceful, self-sufficient races, unless we let ourselves be so provoked and
goaded into it.

The essay is entitled:  Let's Be Honest.

"Let's be honest: I don't know many Blacks. But the ones I do know, I like.
Good people who work hard and love their families and their fellow man.
Different from me, but then, I am different from them. This does not stop
us from respecting each other - in fact, our differences increase our
respect for each other, for though we are very different, we care for many
of the same things. I see them as just nice people.

It's the people I don't know, don't want to know, and would never get near
that I don't like. I absolutely despise - and yes, let's be honest - I hate
them. They stink, they are without morals, character, or honesty. Evil to
the core, they take advantage of others and live by ripping off their
fellow man - without scruples, conniving, heartless, and cold-blooded,
murdering manipulators who seek to destroy their fellow man.

One other thing: I am talking about Whites here. I am talking about White
politicians, multi-national financiers, political hacks, news media
prostitutes, leaders of the military-industrial complex and the police
state enforcers who gladly kick in the doors of innocent people they wish
to destroy, without regard to race, creed or color.

Let's be honest: You thought I meant Blacks. Why?

I will tell you why!  Because you are a bigot! You're totally intolerant of
me, my religion, and my quest for truth in this life. You are so dammed
prejudiced that you could not read to the end of the paragraph to draw your
conclusion. You assumed that people I don't like are naturally Black. Your
intolerance for those assumed to hold different value systems than yours is
so great, so mentally debilitating, so handicapping to your thought process
that you convicted me without trial, jury, or reading one damned complete

molders. You are a victim just as surely as the woman who is dragged off
the street and abused by her kidnappers. Your mind has been raped by vulgar

the seeds of evil. They are every bit as heartless as Joseph Stalin who had
meat grinders installed in Leboliv prison so his helpless prisoners could

Lets's be honest: These are the people with whom you had better be
concerned. We both have much more to fear from corrupt government and
"friends of corrupt government" than we do from each other. Aspiring
tyrants will ruin your day, your month, and your life. Continue to serve
them and they will destroy you and me.

Let's be honest: The reason I'm writing this essay is that my personal
safety depends on you starting to think for yourself - just as yours
depends upon me doing the same. Your failure to break out of the mental
mold in which you have been placed is a matter of personal interest to me.
If you begin to think for yourself, my family and I will be safer. For each
liberated mind that begins to examine all the evidence, to consider all the
possibilities, and to fight for justice for all men, is a break in the
chains which bind all of us.

Mankind needs you. Your people, your nation, your decent fellow men of all
nations, races, creeds, need you. You are valuable. You are important.

Let's be honest: Before you began to read this essay you thought you were
open-minded. Now you know that you really were not. But if you will grab
ahold of honesty and hold it like a precious child in your arms, if you
will do that - by the time you finish this essay you will be open minded.
You will begin to think for yourself. And you will have began the process
of freeing yourself from those who have controlled you all these many
years. All that stops you from this point on is your mental supremacist
attitude. You think you are smarter then I. You think you're smarter than
the guy next door - and smarter than almost everyone else you have met,
read about, and talked to.

Your intolerance has prevented you from considering the consequences of
ideas. You see, IDEAS HAVE CONSEQUENCES. And the idea I offer you is that
you can make this world a better place in which to live just by being
open-minded and thinking for yourself, rather then allowing your opinions
to be molded by those who hate me, you and most other men, no matter their
race or station in life. Men who are just evil and care nothing for others.


I am giving you the benefit of the doubt, which is more than you've given
me. I am assuming that you are a decent person, honest, and care about
people. I am further assuming that you want to improve not just your own
lot in this life, but if you had the power to do so, you would improve the
lot of others.   I assume that you hold no hidden desires to control,
manipulate, or harm other people. If this is so, if I am right about you,
then we can work together. We - you and I - can both join together to
oppose evil wherever we find it. We can work together for the improvement
of life on this earth. This is no small reason for cooperating with each
other.

Let's be honest: If you are a good hearted person (and I am assuming that
you are just that) I don't care if you are red, white, black, yellow or
brown. We can be allies.  We can combine efforts for the common good. It
matters not to me if you have been pre-conditioned to think of yourself as
a liberal, a conservative, a left-winger or a right-winger. Because as soon
as you start thinking for yourself, you will conclude, as I have, that
these are nothing but terms used by evil men to divide good men. Good men
who are idealistically motivated and burning with a desire to make this
world a better place in which to live. Our common foe works to divide and
conquer good men. That is their object.  Labeling is their method.

Let's be honest: You are concerned about the poisoning of the environment,
corruption in government, corporations without hearts, the
military-industrial complex, the rights of the individual versus the state,
drugs, war, the CIA, hungry people and racism. These are all my concerns.
This is my list, not yours. You just happen to be concerned about the same
things that I am.

Let's be honest: I know that you are concerned about White racism, while it
is Jewish and Black racism which concern me. But that's just a matter of
perspective. Your concern for intolerance is limited to whites. Mine is not
limited. You care for the victims of White racism; I care for non-White
Palestinians who are murdered in the streets of the West Bank, in
Palestine. My concern is not limited to one race. Yours probably is. But
that should not divide us asunder. It is just a matter of perspective. We
both oppose those who would harm racial others without just cause, and we
both define this as racism. Come on now, don't be a knee-jerk left-winger,
or a reactionary right-winger. Stop and think for yourself a moment.

It is evil that we oppose.

We agree on that. So why must we be divided?  Indeed, why? Because in the
past, we have allowed those evil ones described in paragraph two of this
essay to label, divide, and conquer us.  Split us first in two, then three,
then four, and so on. They've split us so that none of us with good
intentions has any power to do anything worthwhile, meaningful or
effective.

To hell with the labels. Throw them away!

Let's be honest: This self righteous attitude you have that you are more
concerned about the environment than I am is blatant prejudice. I was
raised in the country, with tall pine trees, fresh air, and the smell of
freshly turned dirt as the plow made furrows. I love it! I have four
children that have the right to fresh air, and food non-chemically
poisoned. And you? You most likely live in the city where you have not had
a breath of fresh air caress your lungs in years. And because you probably
have been taught self-hatred you have no children to love, nourish or care
for. Thus your concern for the environment is idealistic, while mine is
real as well as idealistic. You want to save the trees; I want to save the
children so they can climb the trees.

We can work together.

Let's be honest: Your concern about corruption in government, rip-off
corporations and greedy men who rob the helpless and wage war on the
helpless is no greater than mine. Don't even think it! I have fought the
corruption and criminal behavior of goons in government for 28 years. I've
gone to jail for sedition against the criminal bastards in government, and
had my wife beaten by their hands. I fought a senseless, no-win war where I
watched young men die - and die for no good reason. I watched as thousands
of other soldiers came home from war and as the result of heartless
corporations who produce chemicals to kill, die from Dioxin poisoning,
otherwise know as Agent Orange. My feet are numb, I am losing all feeling
in my fingers, and my central nervous system is slowly collapsing from the
Dioxin which is stored in my liver. Your concern about these things are
idealistic and admirable. Mine is life-threatening and based on experience.


Let's be honest: It is time we put aside the labels that divide men of good
intentions and work together for the common good. Why can we not oppose
injustice wherever we find it - together? It is time for you, as it is for
me, to do some heart-wrenching soul-searching and start freeing yourself

I had hoped to give you today a bit of relief from traditional "Holocaust"
fare, but there is a temporary snag in my line of communications with
headquarters, and therefore I am shipping a "canned Z-Gram" that I wrote
quite some time ago.  It is of interest primarily to educators and parents.

Here goes:

Apparently there is a listserve discussion group that recently dealt with
Holocaust Denial Literature.  The following post was forwarded to me, the
speaker or writer unknown:

". . . For those who are interested in the issues surrounding (the
Holocaust) topic, I heartily recommend the following recent article:

Wolkoff, Kathleen Nietzke.
"The Problem of Holocaust Denial Literature in Libraries". (Library Trends,
Summer 1996, v.45, no.1, pp.87-96. Includes bibliography).

Ms. Wolkoff reviews the three possibilities:

(1) that such materials must be included to uphold the precepts of
intellectual freedom,

(2) that they should be excluded because they are false, and

(3) that they should be included but labeled as inaccurate." (p.87)

The denial of the Holocaust is not legitimate historical revisionism but
rather a manifestation of the vile social phenomenon of bigotry. Should
librarians hide their heads in the sand and pretend that anti-Semitism does
not exist? To do so would be to fail to acknowledge its place in
contemporary discourse, however repulsed or ashamed by it librarians may
be.

Holocaust denial literature should not be suppressed -- not because the
views it represents are of equal stature with others, not because it claims
to be just another side of the story, but simply because it exists. And
through the simple fact of its existence, it has much to teach about the
past, the present, and the future. . . " (p.95)

The post goes on to say (I am not sure if it's the same voice speaking)

". . . Holocaust denial literature" is, like the sun, the moon, the winds,
rain, the diurnal tides, etc., a fact of life. It exists. Exterminationists
(those who are in favour of the holocaust theory as an historical fact) are
in a quandry about "holocaust denial literature" because

(1) it exists in large quantities,

(2) much of it is cogent, grammatical and non-emotional,

(3) much of it exhibits structured thinking and internal coherence, and is,
therefore, likely to cause the reader to believe, or at least begin to
believe what is written, and finally because

(4) the "holocaust," "shoah," the trips, the books, the films, the
mementos, etc., etc. have all become a very large and thriving business
which seeks to expand itself, rather than be attacked as a fraud.

History is not in question here, it is political and financial power on a
global scale that is being discussed. Of course "holocaust denial
literature" should be found unimpeded in libraries. Of course the
revisionist theory should be presented in public schools side-by-side with
the exterminationist theory. *THAT* is history at work, where the
individual student is presented with opposing views and can, in the quiet
places of his own mind, decide which argument has more merit.

After all, we want to know the truth, don't we? And isn't the truth the
distillate of our thoughts *after* we have heard all sides of a subject? .
. "

Did she say "public schools?  Side by side with exterminationist theory?
Would you say, as I do, that if every librarian were to hold  this point of
view, we would be more than half-way there?

I believe that there's a special place in Heaven for librarians.

When I shipped the Louis Beam article two days ago - a rather wrenching
article that urged all the races to unite to neutralize the common foe, I
expected a few ZGram reader cancellations.

Not one!

So much for our so-called "racist hate mongering", as our opposition never
fails to shriek at every opportunity!

Our own race, however, never ceases being under attack - and we?  We keep
on taking it!  One wonders why - and Kevin Strom, a popular radio talk show
host who recently was kicked off a highly popular radio show called
"Dissident Voices" that played on KXEL in Waterloo, Iowa,  gives us at
least a partial answer:

"There has never been a government on planet Earth that could receive
unqualified endorsement from me, or probably from any reasonable man.

But learning from history is important, and it is interesting to study
various regimes from as objective an outlook as possible. This becomes very
difficult when a government or its leader or its people have become
demonized or turned into a metaphor for "evil."

This demonization process is currently being used against Iraq, but in
recent years it has also been used against Iran, Libya, and the
Palestinians, among others.

How can you discuss Iraq objectively when speaking to a group of morons
wearing "I'd walk a mile to smoke a camel (picture of Arab on camel in
gunsight)" T-shirts? Such individuals, many of whom probably could not
locate Iraq on a map and were not even aware of that nation's existence
prior to 1991, have allowed themselves to be whipped into a frenzy of
hatred by mass media propaganda, which comes these days mainly from the
appropriately-named "boob tube."

Another heavily-demonized regime is the Old America, which I would define
roughly as pre-1965 America, or Euro-America. (Exempt from demonization, of
course, are New World Order change-agents like the Marxist profligate
"Martin Luther" King and the unspeakable Franklin Roosevelt, who were doing
their best to destroy the Old America and everything it stood for. They are
not demonized, but are regarded as heroes if not saints!)  Hardly a day
goes by that the Red networks or the liepapers don't torment us with a
documentary "proving" the evil "racism" and "oppression" that was
omnipresent in what anyone over 40 can remember was a much freer, safer,
more cultured, prosperous, and optimistic nation.

The National Socialist regime in Germany between 1933 and 1945 has been
demonized even more than the Old America, and has become a metaphor for
"evil" used by almost all political factions in the insane asylum that
still goes by the name "United States of America."

Thus we have the looney CDR/Morris Dees left accusing militias of being
dangerous "nazis," while some right-wing patriot groups accuse the
Clintonistas and their enforcers of being "nazis," "fascist,"
"stormtroopers," et cetera.

"Nazi" has become a word that one attaches to any form of government power,
or rebellion against government power, that is thought to be illegitimate
or that one disapproves of. For all practical purposes, the word has ceased
to have any actual meaning.

But like the word "witch" in the 16th century, the smear word "nazi" still
has the power to instill fear of ostracism or punishment, so cowards of
many political stripes do all sorts of mental and verbal gymnastics to
avoid the feared appellation.

The really interesting thing to note is that National Socialist Germany is
not demonized by the establishment for its possible faults -- but rather
for one of its virtues. After all, many regimes of today and yesterday have
far less personal freedom than was allowed citizens there - far less press
freedom, far more regimentation, far higher taxation, far more government
regulation, far more hostility toward their own citizens, and all the rest
of it -- and they are not demonized.

The real reason, and in fact the only reason, National Socialist Germany is
demonized is the same reason that the Old America is demonized: both had
governments which favored the survival of the White race.

This is a crime that the New World Order cannot forgive."

After I came back from Vancouver, I received a call from Ernst who sounded
chipper as can be and told me happily:  "I am on Vancouver Island in the
city of Nanaimo.  I am trying to find Ken McVay to see if I can get an
interview. . . " and I said:  "You are kidding!"

Yesterday, after having cleaned up yet another mail bomb mess that took me
more than four hours to download onto my hard disk so I could finally get
rid of it, I learned the finer details of the story while editing Ernst's
Power Letter for November.

In it, there is a little segment there for ZGram readers to preview and
savor.  Entitled "The elusive "Nizkor boss" - Ken McVay", it offers food
for thought.

Here's Ernst:

"I have lived and worked in the same location for over 21 years.  I have
been bombed in 1984, burned out in 1995, and was sent a mail bomb a few
weeks after the fire.  Each time, some Jewish group or individuals, in
calls to the press, have claimed credit for those acts.  Yet I still talk
to Jews.  In person.  Freely and practically daily.

McVay, just what is the big deal?

I had some business to conduct in Western Canada where Ken McVay resides.
I had plans to meet with my attorney and advisors, translators and
supporters.  While I was there, I wanted to take the opportunity to drop in
at the Nizkor Office, meet and, hopefully, interview Ken McVay - at the
very least, I hoped to get a little more acquainted!  After all, we have
"known" each other since September of 1995 when the Nizkor people
announced, in alt.revisionism, I believe, that since we were not going to
be joining them in the sewers of that newsgroup that they populate, they
were going to ". .  . follow us onto the Web" - or words to that effect.

Out of that, and many letters back and forth, all of which are archived for
posterity, grew the aborted "debate" that triggered last year's cyberwar
about Free Speech on-line - another Z=FCndel First.

Ever since, we have linked with Nizkor on every one of our documents,
stating "We do not recruit;  we convince.  Truth has no need of coercion.
=46or relentless Holocaust promotion, on the other hand, contact Nizkor."

If people click on "Nizkor", it takes them straight to their page where
Deborah Lipstadt, in "Denying the Holocaust", is quoted, for her part, as
follows:

"...truth is far more fragile than fiction...reason alone cannot protect it.=
"

We beg to differ, see?  Makes us look good by comparison, doesn't it?

My plan had been to make a video or at least a radio interview with
Nizkor's "Director and Founder," Ken McVay, to be broadcast all over North
America by satellite, and later over 60 cities on Public Access TV.  Nizkor
could have reached millions of people with their Holocaust Promotion  story
- entirely free of charge!

But no dice!

We had sent an e-mail message to that effect, and had been told that McVay
had been for five years on the Internet and that I could meet him there -
whatever that was supposed to mean.  The suggestion sounded to me like
something out of a cheap Western - I thought that I was challenged to
another electronic shoot-out at the OK Corral.

This response made me think that Ken's handlers - or the people for whom he
so diligently performs his shabbes-goy job at Nizkor - were shielding him
>from  me.

=46or my part, I had face-to-face in mind.

And so I decided to take the ferry across to Nanaimo,  B.C., and visit Ken
personally, shake his hand, look him straight in the eye, share a cup of
coffee with him, shoot nothing but the breeze, and then see if there was a
chance to do an interview.  I was prepared to be grilled by Nizkor staffers
and volunteers, and actually figured that we might build some bridges.  (I
am still dreaming of that live debate on national or even international TV,
perhaps broadcast from some prestigious university campus.  I do not easily
give up!)

I got off the boat, looked up a map, and drove to what I thought was the
Nizkor Office advertised on the Internet.  Imagine my surprise when I could
only find a mail drop - the kind you see in most cities where frequently
"fly-by-night" outfits operate their shady enterprises.

I looked at it, and then I filmed it for posterity, to get at least a head
start.  It took me a while to come to realize that either McVay is a midget
and lives in one of those mail boxes that Nizkor is renting - and which I
thought naively was their "suite" number in some stately office complex -
or they have something to hide.  The Anti-Racist-Action Marxist terrorist
group in Toronto is similarly stationed - or so, at least, they said on
their grant application form to fleece the Canadian tax payers.

This situation says a lot.

You can call me at the Z=FCndel-Haus, and I personally answer the phone.  I
take great care to be accessible.  You can visit me at a real location with
an address listed in the telephone book where grown-up people live and work
in real rooms.  Every day, I talk to people face to face - even enemies and
opponents.  My name and full address are on my letterhead and business
cards, in video films and TV and radio shows broadcast around the globe.
That's how I have operated for all of the 38 years I have lived in Canada.
That is my style - because I have nothing to hide.

In my opinion and experience, only cowards, liars, con-men and crooks  hide
behind a PO Box and a sleazy mail drop operation out of some cubbyhole in a
shopping mall and refuse to meet in an honest encounter.

Once I realized the con, I decided to call Nizkor's telephone number given
on the Internet.  I heard the voice, after being given the "Shalom", of a
Mike Goldberg.  Apparently, in light of recent events, he is the schlepp
for Ken McVay - or Ken, more likely than not, is the goy-schlepp for
Goldberg.

I left two messages on the machine, requesting that he or someone please
call my Toronto Office, where I would pick up my messages.  I mentioned
that I was out West, wanting to meet McVay.

An emergency number was given on that recording, and I took that down and
looked at it, divining to whom it belonged.

Being respectful and mindful of the Jewish Sabbath, I did not call on
Saturday before sundown - but after the Sabbath had ended, I decided the
emergency was now real because I would be returning to the mainland and to
Toronto soon.

I called the emergency number and got a rather suspicious-sounding woman on
the line who, it turned out, was Mrs. Goldberg.

I once again stated that, by now, it was an emergency and I wanted to do an
interview with McVay of Nizkor since I had come all the way across the
continent to do so.  Would someone please call back?

No one, of course, called back.

So I had the telephone number checked out by B.C. Telephone to find out who
was using the name of that answering service, and to my not-so-great
surprise, did not get the Midgets at the Mail drop but instead the Mighty
Synagogue in Victoria, B.C., - 95 kilometers away - who hustles the money
for Ken's front.

Task not accomplished, I left.

On my way back to Toronto, I was told by one of my office associates  that
Harry Abrams, the Jewish hyper-activist of B'nai Brith, Victoria, had sent
a threatening type e-mail, demanding that, in the future, if I wanted to
reach Ken McVay, I should only contact him (!) or the R.C.M.P. (!!)

Well.  I was flabbergasted!  Was the Royal Canadian Mounted Police in
Victoria, B.C. taking messages for Nizkor's head honcho?

What do you make of this story?  These Nizkor folks are allegedly into
spreading "truth" about the Holocaust and fighting Nazi lies etc.  I wonder
why they are hiding - or what they have to fear.

=46rankly, I was saddened by this lesson.  I thought Ken McVay was an
electronic free speech advocate and freedom fighter.  It seems to me now
that he is either a prisoner in that mail box out there in Nanaimo or, more
likely, a front man for deeper, darker things - and someone is exploiting
and using him, fearing that in a face-to-face confrontation, Ken would not
be able to hack it and might become a convert to the Z=FCndel cause after al=
l
- which would be sad day indeed for the synagogue boys.  And for Nizkor!

I understand Ken is an American.  I find it ironic that a man raised on
=46irst Amendment Rights, undoubtedly taught to cherish free speech, now
works, or at least fronts for, an organization that has him utterly gagged.

Good Morning from the Zundelsite:

The "Harvard Law Library's 'Guide to Hate Groups on the Internet'" is
presently developing into another murky story, and I am mentioning it in
this morning's ZGram simply to establish yet another crumb trail that
people may find interesting to follow.

Here's what I know, which is not the entire picture:

Four or five weeks ago, somebody alerted me to the existence of a "Who's
Who in Hate" web page, and I checked it out in a cursory fashion, a bit
amazed that a prestigious university like Harvard would lend itself to
something that amateurish and clearly libelous.  The web page was still
under construction, and it was simply this:

One side lined up the "hate groups" - ranging all the way from really
unpleasant skinhead type pages to sterling Christian/Patriot pages.

The other side, supposedly "combatting hate",  showed a continuum from
truly vile and vicious groups - such as the Anti-Racist Action groups - to
the traditional Agony Aunts such as Nizkor.

The Zundelsite was listed somewhere in the middle, under "Revisionists".  I
thought that was okay.  I reasoned that whoever had spawned this website
didn't know a thing from Adam when it came to the nature of the ideological
polarizing that is now taking place  world-wide.

I also thought with a rather smug smile to myself that sooner or later,
this thing would cause problems for Harvard for any number of delicate
reasons, which would take our cause straight into academia - and that, if
Harvard knew what we think Harvard knows, it would clamp down on this stuff
pretty fast.

Well, it was sooner rather than later.

A few days ago, when I mentioned this website in a ZGram, I received a
letter from "the editors" - no names given -  informing me that the website
was no longer associated with Harvard and was now an independent,
non-profit enterprise, retitled "HateWatch".

Since then, a couple of people seem to be checking up on this.  One is the
indefatigable Matt Giwer who is complaining about a photo copyright and
making noises in the right direction.  The other one is author and
journalist Michael Hoffman II.

Hoffman is best known in revisionist circles for his documentation of the
first, 1985, Holocaust trial of Ernst Zundel, recently republished as "The
Great Holocaust Trial." a book now banned in Canada.  He also wrote "They
Were White, and They Were Slaves".  Hoffman has developed his own webpage
called "Independent History and Research." It can be found at:
http://www.hoffman-info.com.

On October 12th, Hoffman began his dialog with the anonymous "librarian" of
"HateWatch." (Now found at: http://www.hatewatch.org). For any who are

Pulling no punches, Hoffman wrote :

"The raison d'etre of the Harvard law Library 'Hate Guide'  is to do that
very thing: seeing evil intentions behind every word of criticism expressed
by homicidal gas chamber skeptics."   He raised the question as to why no
Zionist hate groups were among Harvard's listing.

To Hoffman's request to include Zionist Hate Groups, the anonymous
"librarian" temper-tantrumed:

"Which ones!? What are their URL's?! What server do they reside on!?"

When many others may have given up in disgust, Hoffman pressed on:

"Much of the implications of this debate are, patently, over your head.
Let's repeat: when you list Bradley Smith's academic CODOH group as a hate
site and fail to list the web [site] of the bomb-throwing Jewish "Defense"
League, your credibility and objectivity are extinguished, whatever your
protests and exclamations to the contrary."

Harvard's anonymous "librarian" responded:

"Contrary to your unreasonable belief, if these yet to be named Jewish
groups advocate hate I will NOT HESITATE to include them in HateWatch."

To this, Hoffman sent this spirited response, repeated here in shortened form:

"Come out of cloud cookoo-land, Mr. or Miss Librarian. Hate advocacy is not
the issue at the Harvard Law Library. By your own praxis, every revisionist
site is ipso facto hateful. You are apparently such a zealot you can't
grasp the depth of your own subjectivity. If we observe your listings we
clearly see that facts and evidence play no part in your determinations of
who or what is hateful.

Your agenda is on display for all to see: he who doubts some aspect of
the enormous, veritable sea of accusations grouped under the absurd
Newspeak term, Holocaust, is immediately stigmatized by Harvard Law as a
hater. I suppose when Jews like David Cole doubt some aspect of the
homicidal gas chamber accounts, they become 'self-haters.'

By the evidence of your listings, you are a partisan. You should be in
charge of the Likud Library, not the Harvard Library, where your pose as a
neutral archivist of all proponents of hatred has become a consummate
example of the pretensions of thought police.

Normally hysteria like yours would have had cachet only in some obscure
Stalinist sub-cult. But these are not normal times and your hysteria now
commands a prominent position at Harvard.

The objective of the Harvard Law Library hate guide is to intimidate
independent scholars and instill in them the fear that if they, too, should
dissent from the party line, they may quite possibly have Harvard Law
Library's official anathema pronounced against them as well. That is the
real intent of your despicable enterprise . . .  "

That was exactly the impression I had:  Either the "Harvard Law Library's
"Guide to Hate Groups on the Internet" was put up by dumb kids who didn't
know better, or it was yet another typical In-Your-Face intimidation
tactic, as in ". . . here's Hershowitz!"

Right now I lean toward dumb kids.  I can't imagine Harvard being a willing
party to something as clumsy as this.  But, then, you never know.  It's
worth a sleuth or two.

Friends who have more time than I do ought to keep digging into this one.
I bet you that it leads eventually where all the threads converge.

"One of the things Ernst underscored several years ago was the sheer volume
of work the Zionists had putting out fires worldwide. They were embattled

I wonder more and more just why the opposition is spending so much energy
and money on Ernst Zundel.  The news about other fronts, many of them
overlapping with Revisionism, is coming in faster than I can digest.    And
there is an additional phenomenon deserving of a website by itself - and
that is that the more people and countries get pushed and harassed, the
more they go on the offensive.

I know this from my own experience - the more I get pushed, the stronger my
resolve.  It does not get me to retreat.  I did not feel as strongly about
the merits of Revisionism even a year ago as I do now - and I have taken
hits - both personal and professional attacks, some of which sent me
reeling.  I read a few days ago that the Anti-Defamation League has named
me as a "web columnist" in the vicinity of the Ku Klux Klan.  These smear
jobs have the definite and laudable effect of sharpening our image and our
message.

And I see that effect all over with other Revisionists AND Non-Revisionists
alike who have their own complaints against our opposition:  They are very
proud folk striving to add pride and substance to the cause.  They want to
stand up and be counted if they are assaulted with smears.

Here is a mere smattering:

*       Michael Hoffman II is going on the offensive.  He is building a
"Museum of the Israeli Holocaust Against the Palestinian People".  Mike
writes:

"I have many gratifying contacts, some high level, among both Israelis and
Palestinians. Information is coming in constantly. We will build this site
as our slim resources allow - but as we build it, prepare for a HOWL of
unprecedented proportions sooner or later.

I practice OFFENSIVE not defensive revisionism.

We would also like to open sections on: "The Jewish Communist Holocaust
Against Russia and Eastern Europe" and "The Allied Holocaust Against the
German People."

Once again, no hearsay or atrocity tales--just the facts!"

*       French comrades are on the offensive:

". . . we are really in the building process. There is a site on the web
with French Revisionism as its core. It is a collective endeavor and I
suggest you refer to it by the name of the association which sponsors it,

interested in spending money on prestige buildings than on coming to terms
with its history."

Without ado, here is a brand new Press Release out of the Zundel-Haus,
exactly 15 minutes old.  For those of you who want to make a difference,

In a Kafkaesque move, Max Yalden, head of the Canadian Federal Human Rights
Commission for the last nine years, announced during a press conference in
Ottawa yesterday, November 22, 1996, that he would impanel a Human Rights
Tribunal to attempt to shut down a US- based website, the Zundelsite, on
the Internet.

This highly significant political move highlights the fact that censorship
factions engaged in containing ever-expanding factual Internet information
damaging to Zionist interests are forced into a deepening political morass
while struggling to safeguard conventional "Holocaust" dogma from
world-wide scientific examination regarding its veracity justifying massive
aid to Israel by many countries, organizations and individuals.

The question looms:  Is aid to Israel in the form of so-called
"reparations" paid in the billions by Germany and in the form of ancillary
military and monetary assistance given lavishly by the United States and
other countries justified if traditional "Holocaust" claims prove to be
faulty - and maybe even fraudulent and extortionist in nature?

By taking on the Zundelsite in a blatant censorship attempt, Mr. Yalden,
who only this year was appointed to a United Nations Human Rights advisory
body in New York, would seem to contravene two of the most important
articles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, a document to which
Canada is a signatory,  and which provides in Article 19:

       "Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this
right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek,
receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless
of frontiers."

Similarly, Article 30 of the Declaration provides:

       "Nothing in this Declaration may be interpreted as implying for any
State, group or person any right to engage in any activity or to perform
any act aimed at the destruction of any of the rights and freedoms set
forth herein."

Only a year ago, on October 23, 1995, Mr. Yalden said in an interview with
Kim Bolan of the Southam Press, an important Canadian news syndicate:

"We are not and cannot transform ourselves into the national Internet
hateline cops.  We would use all our resources.  and more so, if we wanted
to patrol the Internet."  He acknowledged in that interview that there was
not much the Commission could do to stop "hateful material originating in
other countries or at unknown sources."

Says Zundel:

"So what has changed in the last year to see Mr. Yalden reverse himself and
come out on the side of the censors?  The pioneering work of factual
information outreach by the Zundelsite and other Revisionist websites now
reaching the broad masses.

"Hitherto trusting people subjected to massive disinformation campaigns
selling traditional Holocaust Dogma now find on websites such as the
Zundelsite important documents such as the historical 'Leuchter Report,'
the German-censored 'Rudolf Gutachten', the controversial 'Did Six Million
Really Die' booklet that led to my two groundbreaking Holocaust Trials in
Canada, and a plethora of other documents - all challenging widely accepted
but never forensically, scientifically and legally verified 'Holocaust'
claims."

And in a recent interview:

"It's very simple, really.  One might imagine that it would be particularly
important for Canada's Federal Human Rights commission to uphold and defend
freedom of speech. These folks don't know that they are painting themselves
in a corner from where it will be hard to leave without messy  footprints
all over the place.  A bunch of Zionist and Marxist busybodies in Canada
and the US complained - this after successive Ontario governments refused
to be browbeaten or manipulated into laying criminal charges against me
under Canada's infamous, repressive hate laws, citing lack of evidence of
criminal wrong-doing.

"Thwarted in their censorship efforts, these folks went
institution-shopping and found the receptive ear of one Harvey Goldberg,
Planning and Policy Director of the Federal Canadian Human Rights
Commission.  Who is this fellow Goldberg?  Has he been elected by anyone?
Are we going to have a KGB-type so-called 'Tribunal' where people are
judged guilty in advance in cases where even judicial bodies such as courts
have systematically refused to do the bidding of these nefarious Zionist
interests?

"On his own, Mr. Goldberg has already judged Ernst Zundel guilty, as has
been revealed by internal memos by him obtained under the Freedom of
Information Act.  I tell you here and now - our opposition will regret
this.  This moves my struggle out of Canada to the world-wide stage of the

Good Morning from the Zundelsite:

I am at present painfully assembling a web page called "Holocaust Myth 101
- International" that will bring to our readers in as many languages and
fonts as we can muster  the rudiments of the Revisionist claims, condensed
into eight parts.  Some of the content of this ZGram is taken and adapted

I want this document translated because I feel we need to strip our claims
and questions down to the barest bones so as to properly describe the
"paradigm shift" that has occurred in this ever broadening struggle between
what is no longer "the Nazis and the Jews" - not even "the Germans and the
Jews" - but is rapidly becoming "the Gentiles and the Jews".

It is increasingly the Gentiles of whatever stripe and of whatever
nationality who are asking the question they feel they have a right to ask:
What REALLY happened during World War II - and what, precisely, happened
to the Jews?

In the September issue titled " Special Report:  Conspiracy for Global
Control"  of the "New American" there is an editorial that says on page 76:

"All we must find and build and use, to win, is sufficient understanding.
Let's create that understanding and build that resistance, with everything
mortal man can put into the effort - while there is still time . . .  We
have truth on our side.  Conspirators must always work in the shadows and
hide their goals in a blizzard of lies, deceit and confusion.  But it only
takes a pound of truth to overcome a ton of falsehood.  Our mission of
bringing truth to light is much easier than constantly spreading the lies
needed to deceive men into choosing their own slavery."

It is a fact that we are talking slavery if we permit "hate laws" to get
sufficient hold on our planet where inconvenient questions are outlawed and
where even asking a question can get you a near-certain prison term and/or
a huge fine amounting to tens of thousands of dollars.  The questions we
must ask while we still can must be sharp, clear and simple.

It is one thing to argue yourself silly that it was technically impossible
for Germany to have engaged in "genocide by gassing" in the ways claimed by
alleged "eye-witnesses".  Most people aren't engineers and scientists, and
a scientific argument of a technical nature is not that relevant to them
once they have accepted an emotionally loaded lie as "The Truth".  Our
arguments must be made much more relevant and visual - much more emotional
and graphic to have them understand to what it really MEANS.

Let me illustrate this by example:

In December of last year the Anti-Defamation League ran an ad in the New
York Times that asked a simple question:  "What happened to the missing
Jews?"  That is an emotional question.  You see that ad.  You are left with
that thought.

What you don't know is that THAT question is precisely what Revisionists
ask - for which they have been hounded, beaten, spat at, vilified, charged,
tried, jailed - and even killed.  Why is it "criminal" to want to know why
the numbers are shrinking and shrinking - like a balloon that has been
pricked?  Why do we need global "hate laws" to prevent us from asking that
question?  Why can a famous Jewish organization such as the ADL  ask such a
question  - and Ernst Zundel, the German Revisionist, cannot without
getting beaten over the head with yet more trials or, as is now the case, a
so-called "Human Rights Tribunal"?

Is it not good news, rather than bad news, that if the man is right,
millions didn't die at Auschwitz? Is that not reason to rejoice?  Will we
ever really know what happened and how many victims - and also how many
survivors - there were?

Not if we cannot ask questions!

As I have mentioned once before, after an intensive write-in campaign
initiated by the Z=FCndel Team and directed to Mr. Gorbachev when he was
still in power, the Soviets finally released the remaining Death Registers
of Auschwitz, which German camp authorities had kept and which the Soviets
had captured in 1945.  These documents recorded in detail the fate of those
who died at Auschwitz.

       Surprise! Guess what?

The so-called "four million", revised to "1.5 million," have shrunk to
74,000 proven deaths at Auschwitz!  All meticulously recorded - name, date,
nationality, religion, time, reason and cause of death!

German researcher Tjudar Rudolf, who is fluent in German, English, French,
Yiddish and Polish and understands most Slavic names and languages, has
painstakingly gone over all these Soviet/Auschwitz death register books and
totaled the number of Jewish victims of war and incarceration according to
name and religion - even allowing for slavicized Jewish names.

The end result?

       He found there were over 30,000 Jewish and 44,000 non-Jewish deaths
in Auschwitz.

That is what "Holocaust" Revisionism has achieved!

Not that it has been easy.  Revisionist first had to find the original,
seemingly "lost" Death Registers at Auschwitz.  Once found, Revisionist
researchers had to get access to the information recorded in them.  Only
with access could more detailed and meaningful analyses be done.  And this
holds true for every camp and every event of World War II - without
exception!

Please note as well that this number is not written in stone.  It has been
challenged by many - including some Revisionists.  The argument is made
that new arrivals to Auschwitz, slated for immediate execution, were simply
not recorded and were marched straight from the trains that brought them to
this concentration camp into the so-called "ovens."

That is a claim hard to believe for anyone who knows the compulsive method
of German bureaucracies - especially during the Hitler years where every
pencil and every brick of coal for heating were recorded.  Anybody who
understands the workings of the Nazi bureaucracy would wonder at this
expensive, cumbersome and insufficient method of carting Jews all over
Europe.  Had genocide indeed been the goal, it would have been much easier
to shoot them with a 10 cent bullet - as the Soviets did to the Poles at
Katyn.  It would have saved a lot of trouble and expense when  transport
was scarce and needed to re-supply the troops.  But be this as it may, the
fact is that, from all we knew today from the Soviet/Auschwitz death books,
according to Tjudar Rudolf's  educated analysis, some 30,000 Jews thus lost
their lives, mainly to diseases and overcrowding, in Auschwitz and
surrounding work camps affiliated with the main Auschwitz complex.  (58,000
people died in bombing raids on Hamburg in just a few nights!)

That is a tragic enough number of people. Why the need to exaggerate? To
justify what? A vicious hate campaign for half a century against a former,
long defeated enemy? A regime which entered the pages of history over 50
years ago?  Is that what this is all about?

       Or is it not rather to keep the Germans in perpetual mental,
political, economic and financial bondage and to make them susceptible to
ever new, thinly disguised blackmail schemes which have extorted over 100
Billion DM out of them for the Holocaust Lobbyists and many members of
their tribe, institutions and organizations - not to forget the state of
Israel, a  state which did not even exist at the time of the alleged crimes
that were supposed to have been committed by the Nazis?  Could it be also
about political influence and advantage, both domestic and foreign, that
those who can claim "victim" status can amass by exploitation of the
"Holocaust"?

       The ethnic abuse of Germans and Germany must stop. The Holocaust is
not, and never has been, about this touted "Jewish victimhood." It is about
extortion. Power politics. And money and revenge and hate!

The German people, most of whom were not even born when the tragedy of the
Second World War befell their country, have been paying huge, huge sums of
reparations to the Jewish state, people and organizations - when many of
the beneficiaries themselves were equally not even born when what the world
now has been taught to call "The Holocaust" allegedly took place.

These German people have a right to all the facts. The Holocaust Promotion
Lobby and its beneficiaries are  brazenly misrepresenting their ever new
and ever more grotesque "facts" to fit their agenda of intolerance toward
all those who would question its unconscionable, underhanded methods and
goals, employing secret agents, slush funds, boycotts, threats - and
practicing in fact, Holocaust terrorism.

Victimizing ever new generations of Germans and lately even the Swiss for
the misdeeds, real and imagined, of their grandfathers and soon
great-grandfathers is no way to bring peace, tolerance and inter-ethnic
harmony to the world. Ernst Z=FCndel is on record saying that the persecuted
of yesterday have become the persecutors of today.  Look at his life - or
at the hapless, miserable existence of the Palestinians in Occupied
Palestine called Israel!

As part of my "Holocaust Myth 101 - International" document there is a bar
graph chart that shocks people.  I want you to take a good look.  Go to

to about the middle of the page.  This bar graph, based on numbers compiled
by Dr. Faurisson of France, came about in response to the above-mentioned
Anti-Defamation-League ad.  Remember that this ad asked the question
forbidden to most Gentiles on pain of fines or prison: "What happened to
the missing Jews?"

That is the all-important question.  Look at that chart again - and THINK!

If the Canadian "hate laws" expected to be held over Ernst Zundel like some
Damoklean sword  in the upcoming Kangaroo Court called "Human Rights
Commission Tribunal" succeed in shutting down the Zundelsite, this chart
will no longer be seen.

Without ado, here is a brand new Press Release out of the Zundel-Haus,
exactly 15 minutes old.  For those of you who want to make a difference,

In a Kafkaesque move, Max Yalden, head of the Canadian Federal Human Rights
Commission for the last nine years, announced during a press conference in
Ottawa yesterday, November 22, 1996, that he would impanel a Human Rights
Tribunal to attempt to shut down a US- based website, the Zundelsite, on
the Internet.

This highly significant political move highlights the fact that censorship
factions engaged in containing ever-expanding factual Internet information
damaging to Zionist interests are forced into a deepening political morass
while struggling to safeguard conventional "Holocaust" dogma from
world-wide scientific examination regarding its veracity justifying massive
aid to Israel by many countries, organizations and individuals.

The question looms:  Is aid to Israel in the form of so-called
"reparations" paid in the billions by Germany and in the form of ancillary
military and monetary assistance given lavishly by the United States and
other countries justified if traditional "Holocaust" claims prove to be
faulty - and maybe even fraudulent and extortionist in nature?

By taking on the Zundelsite in a blatant censorship attempt, Mr. Yalden,
who only this year was appointed to a United Nations Human Rights advisory
body in New York, would seem to contravene two of the most important
articles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, a document to which
Canada is a signatory,  and which provides in Article 19:

       "Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this
right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek,
receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless
of frontiers."

Similarly, Article 30 of the Declaration provides:

       "Nothing in this Declaration may be interpreted as implying for any
State, group or person any right to engage in any activity or to perform
any act aimed at the destruction of any of the rights and freedoms set
forth herein."

Only a year ago, on October 23, 1995, Mr. Yalden said in an interview with
Kim Bolan of the Southam Press, an important Canadian news syndicate:

"We are not and cannot transform ourselves into the national Internet
hateline cops.  We would use all our resources.  and more so, if we wanted
to patrol the Internet."  He acknowledged in that interview that there was
not much the Commission could do to stop "hateful material originating in
other countries or at unknown sources."

Says Zundel:

"So what has changed in the last year to see Mr. Yalden reverse himself and
come out on the side of the censors?  The pioneering work of factual
information outreach by the Zundelsite and other Revisionist websites now
reaching the broad masses.

"Hitherto trusting people subjected to massive disinformation campaigns
selling traditional Holocaust Dogma now find on websites such as the

important for Canada's Federal Human Rights commission to uphold and defend
freedom of speech. These folks don't know that they are painting themselves

all over the place.  A bunch of Zionist and Marxist busybodies in Canada
and the US complained - this after successive Ontario governments refused
to be browbeaten or manipulated into laying criminal charges against me
under Canada's infamous, repressive hate laws, citing lack of evidence of
criminal wrong-doing.

"Thwarted in their censorship efforts, these folks went
institution-shopping and found the receptive ear of one Harvey Goldberg,
Planning and Policy Director of the Federal Canadian Human Rights
Commission.  Who is this fellow Goldberg?  Has he been elected by anyone?
Are we going to have a KGB-type so-called 'Tribunal' where people are
judged guilty in advance in cases where even judicial bodies such as courts
have systematically refused to do the bidding of these nefarious Zionist
interests?

"On his own, Mr. Goldberg has already judged Ernst Zundel guilty, as has
been revealed by internal memos by him obtained under the Freedom of
Information Act.  I tell you here and now - our opposition will regret

Here is another short and terse one not needing any comments.

One reader wrote:  "Here is a little item I found on the AP wire . . . and
we are supposed to be the bad guys. . . ?"

This November 14 article, which has since been sent to me from several
other sources, includes this footer:  "Copyright 1996 Associated Press. All
rights reserved. This material may not be published, broadcast, rewritten,
or redistributed."

How am I going to tell you, then, what it contains?  That Israel's secret
police are allowed, according to an Israeli Supreme Court ruling, "to use
force" to extract information from political prisoners who are "believed to
have information that could prevent a terrorist attack. . . "?

The criterion is "moderate physical force."

Sleep deprivation is allowed, as is the practice of tying up a prisoner "in
painful positions."  In cases where these tactics are not deemed
sufficient, "the  interrogators are given greater leeway."

That "leeway" might include "shaking detainees."  One prisoner has already

They are so foolish!  Our opposition is so foolish!  And now they're
showing it in ever more desperate ways!

Ernst has this cartoon that a girl drew for him during his first (1985)
Great Holocaust Trial.  I wish I could show it to you, but I don't have it
handy, so I will describe it to you:

The young artist took the letters "Holocaust" and made them resembling as
having come from a brick wall where the mortar is coming apart.  Every
letter is cracking and crumbling.  One has already self-destructed, and on
that sorry heap of scrap stands Ernst Zundel, all smiles and compact
energy, holding up the "V" for Victory!

For a while, Ernst used this sketch on his letterhead and mailings, but
Ernst, being earnest, is not overly fond of cartoons, and it has
disappeared from circulation.  I have had my eye on that cartoon for quite
a while, because it so conveys what we have been saying for some time - the
so-called "Holocaust" is crumbling.

Man, is it ever crumbling!

You see that in overt as well as covert ways.  It used to be, for instance,
that the Canadian press would never use Ernst's name without vociferous,
snide comments about the "merchant of hate", his "anti-Semitic hate
mongering", "Six million dead" - and on and on, ad nauseam.  It was a hate
fest every time.  It was not to their credit.

The Internet has changed that, because the rest of the community of homo
sapiens are not the captives of the Canadian lapdog media.  And ever since
Ernst Zundel has planned and initiated and is even contemplating additional
libel suits against a few of them,  a lot of folks have now decided to be a
little bit more careful when writing Zundel-lore.

More yet, not a few are beginning to wake up and slide in things to our
benefit as to what now gets on the wire.  It is no secret to insiders in
both camps that Ernst has far more friends and sympathizers within Canadian
media and even government bureaucracies than his opponents like.

Here is a good example of at least professional neutrality, which I am
putting in my ZGram with comments interspersed to make sure that I am not
infringing on the copyright.  Entitled "Rights panel to probe Zundel's Web
site" and "Zundel faces probe of Internet Web site", this wire comments
thusly, as it appeared on Saturday, November 23, in the Toronto Globe and
Mail:

"In an unprecedented move, the Canadian Human Rights Commission has ordered
hearings into complaints that Holocaust denier Ernst Zundel is promoting
hatred on the Internet.

Commission chief Maxwell Yalden said yesterday he believes that the
commission has jurisdiction to shut down Mr. Zundel's Web site, even though
it's based at a computer in California."

Well, Kommissar Yalden may BELIEVE he has that jurisdiction, but that has
to be proven to be so - if need be, all the way to the Supreme Court of
Canada, which wouldn't be the first time.  Yalden's logic is a bit askew,
as evidenced by what he is quoted as saying:

"'The signal's being picked up here, and where it's originating doesn't
make any difference,' Mr. Yalden said in an interview."

Gee.  Does that mean that if I, an American, speak on my private telephone
to somebody in Canada, Mr. Yalden has the right to make me stop?  And fine
me up to $100,000?  Not very likely - is it?

And, actually, there is an even finer point he might want to consider:
People from Canada have to "visit" the United States to pick up what the
Zundelsite is offering.  In other words, THEY have to initiate the contact.
Not Ernst.  And not Ingrid.  We are merrily posting - that's all!  If no
one cares to visit, we'll sit here by ourselves!

The article goes on to say:

"Governments around the world have had little success so far in policing
the Internet.

Mr. Zundel's site contains material disputing facts about the Holocaust and
detailing his numerous legal battles.  'In the United States what I do is
legal and I believe what I do in Canada is legal,' Mr. Zundel said in an
interview from Toronto.

He said Mr. Yalden wants to treat his computer site as if it were a taped
telephone message.  But Mr. Zundel said his Internet is interactive and
contains links to two Jewish sites and the Simon Wiesenthal Centre,
permitting dialogue about issues."

That is a minor misquote, according to Ernst Zundel.  He said that we have
links on every single document to Nizkorites (who, for good measure, claim
not six but twice as many millions  . . . ) and lately we have added one to
the official Simon Wiesenthal Center in the United States.  So that makes
two.  But it's a tiny point.

The CP wire next says this, to our blazing joy:

"There is no technical way for Canadian companies that provide Internet
access to block Mr. Zundel's site, said Margo Langford, vice president for
Istar Internet and a board member of the Canadian Association of Internet
Providers.

'One could hold an Internet company liable ultimately in a court case - but
they (the commission) would have to go outside the jurisdiction in
Canada.'"

Well, that is the crux of the matter.  These slick Lieutenants to the
Holocaust Promotion Lobby count on being able to hoof it all over  the law.


The other day I talked to Ernst and said to him:  "You know what?  If they
keep this up, you will yet decimate the Human Rights Commission," and Ernst
said very quietly, "Well?  Isn't that what they deserve?"

How often have I said this?  This is no longer about Ernst?

This is about territoriality - and Holocaust terrorism.  That Beria outfit
called the Human Wrongs Commission is Beria Business on Western, so-called
"democratic" soil - and even the mainstream press are getting amazingly
wise to what they now have on their hands.

Finally, the article concludes, still quoting the board member of the
Canadian Association of Internet Providers:

"'Mr. Zundel's material is not on the Canadian companies' computers, she
said.  'Clearly you can't stop one computer from talking to another
computer, one telephone caller from speaking to another caller, and that's
what the Internet is.'

But Mr. Yalden said the Canadian Human Rights Act gives the commission
jurisdiction over telephone communications, and Internet messages are
transmitted over telephone lines."

The Zundel-Watch is on.  Now we shall see.  A lot of folks will watch what
comes out of those Hearings.

And "Beria Business" may well replace what is still "Shoah Business".

One reader wrote:  "Here is a little item I found on the AP wire . . . and

This November 14 article, which has since been sent to me from several
other sources, includes this footer:  "Copyright 1996 Associated Press. All
rights reserved. This material may not be published, broadcast, rewritten,
or redistributed."

How am I going to tell you, then, what it contains?  That Israel's secret
police are allowed, according to an Israeli Supreme Court ruling, "to use
force" to extract information from political prisoners who are "believed to
have information that could prevent a terrorist attack. . . "?

The criterion is "moderate physical force."

Sleep deprivation is allowed, as is the practice of tying up a prisoner "in
painful positions."  In cases where these tactics are not deemed
sufficient, "the  interrogators are given greater leeway."

That "leeway" might include "shaking detainees."  One prisoner has already
been shaken to death, but this is not significant, according to Israeli's

A few days ago I was working on an article on the Militia movement and
interviewed someone active in it.  I asked him how strong he estimated the
American Militia to be.  He said that the number bandied about was 9
million.

I have no way of knowing if he is right or wrong, but I am amazed at how

Good Morning from the Zundelsite:

A few days ago I was working on an article on the Militia movement and
interviewed someone active in it.  I asked him how strong he estimated the
American Militia to be.  He said that the number bandied about was 9
million.

I have no way of knowing if he is right or wrong, but I am amazed at how
many people know something about the Militia that didn't come via the
regular press.

After I came home, I checked on the very first newsletter that I edited for
Ernst, which was in April of 1995.  I knew that Ernst has strong negative

Good Morning from the Zundelsite:

In the beginning, our mail ran five to one against us, I would guess.  Now
it is just the opposite.  It is the rare abusive letter that gets shipped
to our website - which usually contains a bucketful of slime and very
little else.

The letters in our favor have substance.  Periodically, I'd like to share
some of these letters - and please keep in mind the disclaimer that the
thoughts expressed are always the author's, which is how it should be.  We
may agree, or we may not - but it's good to hear others express their
thoughts as their own contributions to this struggle.

Here is one such letter, somewhat shortened:

"I've been receiving your Z-Grams for a few weeks now. I just wanted to
make contact and express my appreciation in bringing the truth to a
deceived and dissolute world. "Words that should haunt us now" was
especially good. Most of us, I dare say, simply want to be left alone in
the company of our own kind---in whose company we are at peace and without
whom we are miserable and alone.

If one carefully analyzes the hold our antagonists have on us, the two core
truths they will not permit to be discussed are the non-egalitarian nature
of biological relatedness ("race" if you will) and their own sordid
identity and character. Those truths must not be permitted to become widely
known because they equip those who possess them with the armor and the will
needed to resist their own destruction - a destruction that our antagonists
pursue with relentless fury.

You have also correctly identified the ultimate danger to us:
miscegenation.  Though the truth has been suppressed by the same
antagonist, I suspect you are already aware of the collapse of vibrant
ancient white civilizations in India, Egypt, Greece, Rome and other places
>from  this devastating and irreversible act of familial suicide. For a

The fact that you-know-who pushes race mixing on us so relentlessly means
that in reality they are urging us to commit self-genocide. After the
Bolshevik Revolution, the genocide of the white Russian middle class was
more violent and explicit, to be sure. Here they've not gotten quite the
upper hand they did in Russia---at least not yet.

Perhaps the best way to understand what is happening to us is that class
egalitarianism did not produce the desired "revolution of the proletariat"
here in the West due to traditionally weak class distinctions. So they have
substituted a revolution of race and gender egalitarianism in place of
class warfare.  The objective, of course, is always the same: the genocide
of the middle class, the source of potential opposition.

In case you haven't perused "The Communist Manifesto" lately, here is a
quote worth remembering. Of the middle class Marx said, "The (middle
class), wherever it has got the upper hand, has put an end to all feudal,
patriarchal, idyllic relations. It has pitilessly torn asunder the motley
feudal ties that bound man to his 'natural superiors'. . ."

Note the approving reference to "natural superiors." This should disabuse
anyone of the notion that Marxism is a boon for the downtrodden. Marx
envisioned a return to feudalism, where there would be no middle class . .
. and most people would exist in a state of serfdom, ruled over by "natural
superiors'.

And who are these "natural superiors?" They are none other than the elites
of which Marx was organically a part: '[A] small section of the ruling
class cuts itself adrift, and joins the revolutionary class [the
proletariat], the class that holds the future in its hands.'

The only surprise here is that Marx was so open about the game plan. This,
of course, is typical of the arrogance they possess, evidently feeling -
rightly, it would too often appear - that mere cattle are likely to be
oblivious to the yawning maw of the slaughterhouse.

We are engaged in a race against time: will the emerging truth spark
regenerative action? That is the ultimate question for us."

Hitler is supposed to have said, as quoted from "Memoirs of a Confidant",
page 172:

"I cannot believe that the civilized nations of the world are so blind that
they will lacerate each other to smooth the way for Bolshevism.  The
contrary is essential:  coalition, by groups, into confederacies of states,

Makes you think, doesn't it - as you watch how nation after nation in
Europe now sprouts a nationalism the likes we haven't seen since Weimar?

In the weeks and months to come, you will hear a lot about "hate crimes"
and "hate laws" from me because that is the virus that is now getting
spread.

The Europeans and Canadians are quite familiar with this insidious plague,
but they don't have what we in the US still have:  The American
Constitution and the Bill of Rights, two documents which have acted, so
far, as barriers of protection for the people of this country.

When those two protective barriers are destroyed by the virus of "hate
laws", it's over.

Quite a while ago I heard of a police officers' organization - as I recall
it, originating in Phoenix, Arizona - that was formed to resist thought
control within police departments in the United States.  I believe it had
2,000 members.  I did not keep this reference, and now I wish I had.  I
wonder how strong that movement is now.

Take just a peek at Canada where the following was published in the
November issue of the Free Speech Monitor.  The information was compiled by
Paul Fromm, its editor, which I am bringing here in somewhat shortened
form:

"Police Chiefs Publish Blueprint for Political Thought Police in Canada

In August, the Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police published 'Hate
Crimes in Canada: In Your Back Yard'.

'A Resource Guide', they called it.

It is, in fact, a blueprint for a political thought police.  The word
'hate' appears on nearly every page as a catch-all term of abuse.

The publication of this Orwellian and only semi-literate report received
perfunctory notice in the national press. 'Hate Crimes Eroding Society,
Chief Says,' was the headline of the Toronto Star (August 28, 1996) report.
'The hate movement has permeated Canadian society. (It) can be found in all
communities, in neighbourhoods and in your own back yard.'

'Hate crime is an insidious cancer that can erode a society,' Halifax
Police Chief Vince MacDonald, who chaired the committee that wrote the
report, told about 175 other officers.  Periods of economic recession, much
like the current situation in Canada, trigger hate group activity,
especially white supremacy. Leaders of the racist right heighten levels of
xenophobia (the abject fear of strangers and foreigners) because it is
their belief that the 'white race' is discriminated against the most in
Canada.

(I)t is the hate groups' contention that their organizations personify the
subconscious beliefs and feelings of the majority of Canadian people. (p.6)
. . . 'Before hate propagandists Ernst Zundel and James Keegstra
(anti-Semites) were charged, the law [Section 318/9] was misunderstood.'
(p.17)

(Note here:  Ernst Zundel was NEVER charged.  They are libeling him!)

Secret computer hate networks are available to anyone who owns a computer,
a modem and a phone line: the electronic hate network is open and
uncontrolled. (p.30)

(End of first excerpt)

Writes Fromm:  "We mustn't insist on precise meanings for words, but, if
these networks are 'secret', how then, can they be 'available to anyone'"?

The Report goes on to say:

"Hate groups are presently operating in a public relations mode. They claim
they do not hate anyone. The leaders of these groups are educated,
articulate and possess excellent public speaking qualities.  The propaganda
is very offensive but in a lot of cases it would not contravene the hate
propaganda criminal code [sic] section." (p.7)

"It is not always necessary for the responding officer to know if it is a
hate crime; suspicion based on one or more of the following considerations
is enough to submit a report of a hate crime:  . . . the victim perceived
the action of the offender to have been motivated by bias; ... there was no
apparent provocation or motivation for the incident . . . " (p.16)

Comments Fromm:

"That we have a political police in the making, let there be no doubt.
Police departments are exhorted to: 'Ensure that the appropriate police
resources are allocated in order for an efficient police response to
hate/bias motivated crimes and hate propaganda charges.' (p.10)

The report admits there can be 'non-criminal' act(s) of hate/bias, (like)
distribution of material deemed offensive by a recipient, yet not within
the preview [they probably mean purview ] of Section 319.'

Interestingly, there isn't the slightest recognition that the rights of
people to dissent and criticize should also be protected. What do Canada's
KGB-wannabes really want? . . . Ungrammatical and confused as it is, (this
report) appears to hunger for the power to arrest and charge any member of
a group if even ONE  member of the group practises ANY "racist activity" ,
which, incidentally, is undefined and not necessarily against the law.

(This) Orwellian document states: 'An arresting officer is supported more
by legislation that strikes out against racist activity rather than a
specifically named 'hate group' . . . With such a legal definition, when
ANYONE or ANY group of racists commences 'practising ANY racist activity, a
prosecution could be levelled at ALL members of the group.'"

That is the scary part.  Any member of a group can do you in.  Big time!
"Suspicion" is enough.  The "victim" need only "perceive".

Not surprisingly, the report's major source is one of Canada's most
dedicated minority censorship groups, to wit:

"Questions surrounding the validity of Canada's anti-hate laws, according
to B'nai Brith Canada, have provided a 'perceived window of opportunity for
racist groups to recruit and indoctrinate youth openly," the report
faithfully parrots.

What did Lenin write?  "We can and must write in a language which sows
among the masses hate, revulsion, scorn and the like, toward those who
disagree with us."

Remember that Lenin was followed by Stalin.
