Last week the Pentagon leaked a memo warning higher-ups of the treachery 
of jews and recommending jews not have security clearance and access to
sensitive data, as that data would end up in israel's hands.

The Pentagon the next day denied the memo. On the 3rd day it 
acknowledged
the memo, said it was wrong & started an investigation into the source 
of
the leak.

Leaks of this nature are routine and deliberate. They awaken the public 
to
issues which the govt' doesn't want to release via official channels.
However, the timing of the leak seemed to be obscure. Today we know the
reason for the leak.

The _WASHINGTON POST_ reported on yesterday that the our govt' released
intercepted Soviet spy messages, describing successful Russian 
penetration
into major U.S. institutions, including the White House, War Dept 
(during
Roosevelt & Truman) and the State Dept.

Two dozen spies were named, from the sect'y to walter LIPPMAN to alger 
HISS,
klaus FUCHS, "MLAD", War Dept. official william ULLMAN, intelligence
official joseph JULIUS, Treas Dept.'s harold GLASSER, the  Air Forces's
george SILVERMAN, and nathan SILVERMASTER of the Bd. of Economic Warfare. 

ALL BUT TWO ARE jewish. Even as Hitler ravaged Europe, even as millions 
of
Britains, Americans, Poles & French were dying to subdue the holocaust, 
jews
spying on America and were giving up American secrets for Russian & 
German
shekels, dooming their brothers in the gas-chambers of Auschwitz to death.


Many of those covertly exposed in the 50's were never prosecuted 
"because
the govt' was not prepared to publicly reveal that it had succeeded in
cracking the (Soviet) codes".

No you're not. Be careful, the JDL's militia training center is in 
upstate NY, as reported by CH 4 last year. Don't remember which county.

Subject: Weatherman sued for his inaccurate broadcast

Are TV weather reports legally binding? One sniffling Israeli says yes.

A woman in Haifa is suing Channel 2 TV and its popular weatherman Danny 
Rup in small claims court for $1000 after he predicted sun for a day that 
turned out stormy, the Maariv daily newspaper said.

The woman claims the forecast caused her to leave home lightly dressed. 
As a result, she caught the flu, missed four days' work, spent $38 on 
medication and suffered stress.

In addition to financial compensation, the woman wants Rup to apologize, 
it said. The woman was not identified.

I have always admired the Hassidum. They are unique people, as important 
to
Twenty-first Century Judaism as were the Dark Ages Jesuits to modern
Christians. They are, indeed, the keepers of the faith.

Nestled in Central Jersey, close to the Shore, lies the world's largest
Yeshiva. The community bustles even now with traditional & pure Passover
activities. There is, however, not one TV in the community of over three
thousand students. Viewing the spurious brainwash perpetrated on the rest 
of
us by their liberal brothers is strictly forbidden. The rebbi mentors 
know
full well what the outcome could be.

But the world is growing smaller via technology. Yeshiva students are
on-line; they are experiencing facets of life previously out of their 
reach.
And so it comes as no wonder that many of them are reaching out, 
severing
the ties-that-bind, stretching the formal-line apron strings beyond 
lengths
expected by their teachers.

They are now routinely seen frequenting local bars, so much so, in fact,
that the local White & Puerto Rican rif-raf no longer mock & ridicule 
them.
They, rather, now engage them in curious & unsure conversation over a 
few
beers.

The students' thirst for TV, too, is growing. Groups of ten or more
Hassidics can be regularly seen sitting in the lobbies of local hotels,
availing themselves of, oddly enough, ESPN on the lobby cable TV. 
Sometimes
the youngsters pay several dollars to the night clerk for the convenience.


What, then, is the effect of this exposure on the cultist students?? The
answer to that brings me to the following several articles. The first 
comes

Subject: Beer can flying from bus spurs charges.

Ocean Twp- Seven 14 and 15-year-olds apparently spent some of the Jewish
holiday of Purim drinking beer as their school bus driver was taking 
them
home late Monday night, police say. Patrolman Loizos noticed the bus 
shortly
after 11:30 pm when he saw a beer can being tossed out the bus's window 
at
Deal Rd. and Rt 35. He alerted Ptl. Michael Rich, who stopped the bus.
Officers found cups of beer and open beer cans under the seats. An empty
bottle of whiskey was also found on the bus.

Police had no reason to believe the driver, Sinai Algov, 39, had been
drinking, and he was not charged with drinking. He was charged with
possession of alcohol, serving it to minors, littering and having an 
open
container in a vehicle. He was released on $1000 bond, police said.

Algov  knew his underage passengers were drinking but thought it was 
alright
because of the holiday. He works for a private transportation company.

The seven students charged with possession were being driven home to
Lakewood from the rabbi Jacob Joseph School in Edison Twp.

A peeping-tom rabbi, who regularly filmed young students through their
dormitory windows across the street from his apartment, caught Yeshiva
students lighting 'sizeable' fires on their desks inside their rooms. He
called the fire department.

Yeshiva mentors wouldn't comment other than to say the building was very 
old
and would have gone up like a tinder-box.

The tape was turned over to the police and the matter is being 
investigated.

Even our enemies concede that we have an elegant and sophisticated site -

probably one of the premier political activist sites globally.  As a 
result,
we are often asked by people who struggle alongside us to provide links

Why would anyone find this offensive? We are celebrating the living who

Conversely, why do they want to increase the numbers? To what end? Why 
continue this lie?

Of course, I know the answer and so do you.  J*wish authors, then & now, 
have alternately put figures at 90,000 to 4,000,000. They are disclaimed 
by liberal j*ws even here & now on this BB. I put the figure at zero (-0-
) since ther was NO holocaust, ie, no concerted effort to reduce the 
demographics. 

There should have been, however, since they were responsible for the 
economic chaos in pre-war Germany, the prime moving factor in WWII.

Remember, the j*ws died from the harangues of war, just like did most of 
the missing public, not from any conspiracy.

Third, there is a young man, a junior college student named Justin, up

the Northwest of the United States who has been tireless in trying to
promote a student association honoring his white, European ancestry.

Justin has taken quite a bit of flak for standing up for his ethnic
heritage, but he is determined and undaunted.  Last week, his website

It is interesting to note that the Israelis seem to copy the methods of

The passenger?? None other than New Jersey Senator frank LautenBERG, the 
richest j*w that side of the Mississippi River. LautenBERG owns

The cabbie was FIRED by Carolyn's Checker Cab Co., owned by michael 
WOLKOWITZ.  Neither Channels 2, 4 nor the Associated Press identified the 
cabbie by name, but he is rumored to be of Arabian decent.

NEW YORK - When I began writing three years ago about the Chechen 
people's
seemingly impossible struggle to regain their independence after 250 
years
of savage Russian colonial rule, few people had ever heard of the tiny
Caucasian nation of 1.2 million fierce mountaineers.


Today, Chechnya is front-page news.  Russian President Boris Yeltsin
publically admits that failure to end the war in Chechnya may cost him
re-election in June. This week, Yeltsin declared yet another cease-fire 
and
peace plan. For the first time, Yeltsin offered to deal with the elected
Chechen national leader, President Dzhokar Dudayev.

But no one seemed to believe Yeltsin - except perhaps for President 
Clinton.
In Chechnya, Russian generals openly contradicted their president, 
declaring
the war would go on `until all the Muslim bandits are killed.'  Russia's
military continued its scorched earth campaign,  using heavy artillery,
rockets and bombs to pulverize any Chechen village, town or city deemed
`unfriendly.'

When the Soviet Union broke up, Chechnya declared independence.  The 
world
failed to recognized the little nation,  though its people probably 
suffered
more from Russian  savagery than any other on earth.  In 1944, Stalin 
sent
75% of the entire Chechen people to Siberian concentration camps.  For 
the
past 250 years, Russia resorted to genocide to crush attempts by Chechen 
to
regain their independence.

After Chechen fighters routed a KGB invasion force  in mid- 1994, whose 
goal
was the overthrow of President Dudayev, Moscow sent in the Russian Army 
in
December, 1994.  Since then, Russian forces have killed 40,000 Chechens 
and
laid waste the country. Two thousand Chechen `disappeared' after being
arrested by KGB and Interior Ministry units.  Human rights organizations
accuse Russian forces of mass executions, bloodthirsty reprisals, and
widespread torture.

Shockingly, President Clinton keeps supporting Russia's criminal war in
Chechnya.  He personally rammed a new, US $ 10.2 billion loan for 
Yeltsin
through the IMF, half of which will go to pay for the war.  Clinton even 

publically endorsed the war, saying that he backed Russia's need to
`maintain its territorial integrity.'


Last month, US Secretary of State Warren Christopher announced in Moscow
that US-Russian relations were `excellent,' - at the very moment Russian
forces were exterminating large numbers of Chechen civilians.  While 
Clinton
anguished on TV over terror attacks that left 63 Israelis dead, he 
remained
mute over Soviet terrorism in Chechnya that killed 600 times more 
civilians.

The respected Georgian writer, Melor Sturua, a columnist for the leading
Russian newspaper, `Izvestia,' wrote recently of America's disgraceful
silence over Chechnya: `I remember a time when the arrest of even one 
Soviet
dissident would create a storm of indignation here(in the US). Soviet
embassies were picketed, Soviet goods boycotted, Soviet crimes were
condemned.'  Congress imposed trade sanctions on the USSR to force it to
allow Jewish emigration to Israel. Today, after Russia slaughters  42,
000
Chechens, Washington gives Moscow US $10.2 billion.

A campaign of state-directed racism warns the Russian public that all
Chechen are `bandits,' and `Muslim terrorists.' Traditional Russian 
hatred
of Muslims is relentlessly whipped up, aided by the many KGB agents 
within
the clergy of the Russian Orthodox Church. The new KGB director, taking 
a
page from Dr. Goebbels, recently declared, `The Chechen can only be a
murderer, a robber, or at least a thief.'

Claims by Moscow and the Clinton Administration that Russia faces 
national
break-up if Chechnya is allowed independence are nonsense.  Save for
handfuls of  other subject Caucasian peoples on Russia's southern edge, 
like
Ingush, Cherkass, and Daghestanis, Russia's other autonomous-minded 
regions,
like Tatarstan or Yakutia, are deep within Slav territory.
  
It's time for the west to tell Russia: Stop your crimes in the Caucasus. 
Set
the Chechens free.

The ABA is also looking at technological advances and service trends in

broadcasting industry and the extent to which on-line information and
entertainment broadcasting services are accommodated by the Broadcasting
Services Act 1992.

Twenty years before he became a distinguished Cabinet member and then a 
Supreme Court justice, Arthur Goldberg held a special place in the files 

of the FBI: He was targeted for "custodial detention" as a Communist just 

before the United States entered World War II. 

In 1941, FBI director J. Edgar Hoover wrote to the bureau's Chicago field 

office that Goldberg, then a labor lawyer, was "closely associated with 
Communist leaders in Illinois." 

The letter is contained in 800 pages of FBI files on the justice released 

to USA TODAY in response to a 1990 Freedom of Information Act request. 

Goldberg was President Kennedy's Labor secretary until 1962, when Kennedy 

named him to the high court. He left the court in 1965 to become 
ambassador to the United Nations. He died in 1990 at age 81. 

Former White House counsel Abner Mikva, Goldberg's law partner in the 
1950s, recalls, "These files always concerned Arthur..."

But in the prewar "red scare," it was almost inevitable that Goldberg 
would attract Hoover's attention, says Marquette University historian 
Athan Theoharis, author of six books on the FBI. 

"He was a labor leader, a lawyer and Jewish, enough aspects to raise red 

flags ," Theoharis says. 

The FBI file offers a variety of reasons for suspecting Goldberg's 
Communist connections. 

He was one of the Chicago sponsors of a "National Conference on 
Constitutional Liberties of America," the file notes, and he
served as a lawyer for the Chicago Committee on Conscientious Objectors. 


And The Daily Worker, a Communist newspaper, noted in 1940 that Goldberg 

was a lawyer for the Newspaper Guild, a labor union for newspaper 
employees. 

In spite of the prewar report questioning his loyalty, Goldberg served 
with distinction in the Army and the Office of Strategic Services from 
1942 to 1944, supervising espionage on European labor groups.

turned over American secrets to the russians!-Ed]


By 1954, Goldberg had become general counsel of the powerful Congress of 

Industrial Organizations. 

In 1955, Goldberg held what he described as a "very unusual" meeting with 

assistant director Louis Nichols specifically to respond to all the past 

bits of information in his file. 


During background checks conducted on Goldberg when he became Labor 
secretary and then Supreme Court justice, the FBI files suggest that the 

allegations of a Communist past were downplayed, and his positive 
attributes were emphasized. The FBI's ability to make or break appointees 

was often used by Hoover to collect IOUs and increase his own influence, 

Charns says. 

"He would have been uncomfortable having any contact with Hoover once he 

became a justice," Mikva says. 

At 800 pages, Goldberg's file is not unusually long, Theoharis says. 
"Given his prominence and all his appointments to high positions, that 
generates a lot of pages."

Twenty years before he became a distinguished Cabinet member and then a 
Supreme Court justice, Arthur Goldberg held a special place in the files 

of the FBI: He was targeted for "custodial detention" as a Communist just 

before the United States entered World War II. 

In 1941, FBI director J. Edgar Hoover wrote to the bureau's Chicago field 

office that Goldberg, then a labor lawyer, was "closely associated with 
Communist leaders in Illinois." 

The letter is contained in 800 pages of FBI files on the justice released 

to USA TODAY in response to a 1990 Freedom of Information Act request. 

Goldberg was President Kennedy's Labor secretary until 1962, when Kennedy 

named him to the high court. He left the court in 1965 to become 
ambassador to the United Nations. He died in 1990 at age 81. 

Former White House counsel Abner Mikva, Goldberg's law partner in the 
1950s, recalls, "These files always concerned Arthur..."

But in the prewar "red scare," it was almost inevitable that Goldberg 
would attract Hoover's attention, says Marquette University historian 
Athan Theoharis, author of six books on the FBI. 

"He was a labor leader, a lawyer and Jewish, enough aspects to raise red 

flags ," Theoharis says. 

The FBI file offers a variety of reasons for suspecting Goldberg's 
Communist connections. 

He was one of the Chicago sponsors of a "National Conference on 
Constitutional Liberties of America," the file notes, and he
served as a lawyer for the Chicago Committee on Conscientious Objectors. 


And The Daily Worker, a Communist newspaper, noted in 1940 that Goldberg 

was a lawyer for the Newspaper Guild, a labor union for newspaper 
employees. 

In spite of the prewar report questioning his loyalty, Goldberg served 
with distinction in the Army and the Office of Strategic Services from 
1942 to 1944, supervising espionage on European labor groups.

MILITIA COORDINATOR ON FEDERAL PAYROLL

Testimony reveals that a South Dakota man 
who operates a militia communication center 
is paid $1.775 each month to keep the FBI informed.

The FBI is paying a militia member $1,775.00 a month to run a South  
Dakota
communication center that an agent says will let the federal  government
better understand the workings of the burgeoning movement and  possibly
prevent tragedies.

That relationship was revealed fully during testimony for the bombing 
conspiracy trial of three members of the Universal Church of God that  
began
last week in Muskogee.

John Parsons is a Tri-State Militia member based in Burke, S.D. Parsons 
testified Wednesday that Willie "Ray" Lampley -- one of the defendants -- 

came to South Dakota in August and asked him to help blow up buildings.

Parsons also revealed how as a former truck driver he came to run the 
Tri-State's Communication Information Center and what role the FBI plays  
in
assisting a movement that some perceive as hostile to the federal 
government.

"We feel we're here to defend the Constitution," he said.

Parsons has run the center, in an office building on the main street of 
Burke, for less than a year. He said the center has two phone lines,  
three
phones, two computers, two faxes and an 800 number. The center is  also 
on
the Internet.

Parsons said he is connected to 900 militia-type units in 48 states.

The center's purpose is to check out the many rumors that militia members 

phone, fax or e-mail in and -- sometimes with the federal government's  
help
-- discern if there is any truth to them and then relay that back to  
the
militias.

Parsons testified that he sold some personal items to help fund the  
center
and has gotten some donations.

Parsons also is paid $1,775.00 in cash each month -- which is reported to 

the Internal Revenue Service -- by the FBI said Special Agent William 
Grode, who is based in Rapid City, S.D. Parsons has been paid for seven 
months, Grode testified during the Muskegee trial.

If not for the payments, Parsons testified, he would not be able to run  
the
center on a full-time basis and would have to return to truck driving  
to
earn a living.

Under cross examination by defense attorneys, Grode defended the 
government's payments to Parsons.

"The reason (for) trying to keep him in there is I feel he has become a 
claming voice for these militias across the country," Grode testified.

Grode said his relationship with Parsons has allowed the federal  
government
to diffuse three possibly dangerous situations. This is the  first time 
the
two have testified at a trial about their efforts.

Parsons also told the court that he learned of a death threat against 
Lampley that allegedly came from the Texas Constitutional Militia and 
passed it to Grode. Grode testified that he relayed that information to  
an
FBI agent in Muskogee, who warned Lampley about the threat.

Grode said the FBI had asked him to make contacts within the militia 
movement after the Oklahoma City bombing "to understand better what's  
going
on."

Grode paid Parsons for a trip the militia member took throughout the 
Southwest to determine the validity of a threat to bomb a building in New 

Mexico.

Parsons testified that he made many contacts in his seven-state journey.  
He
was paid $500.00 a week for three weeks on that trip, as well as money  
for
telephone expenses, Grode testified.

"We have become friends," Parsons testified of his relationship with  
Grode.
But, he added that the two don't work together.

Grode said there are some things that Parsons does not discuss with him, 

including rosters, training sites or meetings of militia groups. The  
agent
added that he does not consider Parsons an informant.

"It's a communication bridge. ....We discuss philosophies," Parsons 
testified.

Grode gives Parsons a view on how law enforcement officials may perceive  
a
particular issue or rumor and Parsons said he gives the agent a militia 
perspective on topics in which the federal government may be interested.

Parsons said he did not agree with Lampley's philosophy and that he had 
arranged a meeting between a sheriff -- who was working undercover -- and 

the defendant.

"(Lampley's) philosophy and agenda was against the constitutional agenda  
of
the militias," Parsons testified.

The Muskogee trial resumes Monday and is expected to last until the end  
of
the month.

Former White House counsel Abner Mikva, Goldberg's law partner in the 
1950s, recalls, "These files always concerned Arthur..."

But in the prewar "red scare," it was almost inevitable that Goldberg 
would attract Hoover's attention, says Marquette University historian 
Athan Theoharis, author of six books on the FBI. 

"He was a labor leader, a lawyer and Jewish, enough aspects to raise red 

flags ," Theoharis says. 

The FBI file offers a variety of reasons for suspecting Goldberg's 
Communist connections. 

He was one of the Chicago sponsors of a "National Conference on 
Constitutional Liberties of America," the file notes, and he
served as a lawyer for the Chicago Committee on Conscientious Objectors. 


And The Daily Worker, a Communist newspaper, noted in 1940 that Goldberg 

was a lawyer for the Newspaper Guild, a labor union for newspaper 
employees. 

In spite of the prewar report questioning his loyalty, Goldberg served 
with distinction in the Army and the Office of Strategic Services from 
1942 to 1944, supervising espionage on European labor groups.

AMERICA ABETS RUSSIA'S CRIMES IN THE CAUCASUS


NEW YORK - When I began writing three years ago about the Chechen 
people's
seemingly impossible struggle to regain their independence after 250 
years
of savage Russian colonial rule, few people had ever heard of the tiny
Caucasian nation of 1.2 million fierce mountaineers.


Today, Chechnya is front-page news.  Russian President Boris Yeltsin
publically admits that failure to end the war in Chechnya may cost him
re-election in June. This week, Yeltsin declared yet another cease-fire 
and
peace plan. For the first time, Yeltsin offered to deal with the elected
Chechen national leader, President Dzhokar Dudayev.

But no one seemed to believe Yeltsin - except perhaps for President 
Clinton.
In Chechnya, Russian generals openly contradicted their president, 
declaring
the war would go on `until all the Muslim bandits are killed.'  Russia's
military continued its scorched earth campaign,  using heavy artillery,
rockets and bombs to pulverize any Chechen village, town or city deemed
`unfriendly.'

When the Soviet Union broke up, Chechnya declared independence.  The 
world
failed to recognized the little nation,  though its people probably 
suffered
more from Russian  savagery than any other on earth.  In 1944, Stalin 
sent
75% of the entire Chechen people to Siberian concentration camps.  For 
the
past 250 years, Russia resorted to genocide to crush attempts by Chechen 
to
regain their independence.

After Chechen fighters routed a KGB invasion force  in mid- 1994, whose 
goal
was the overthrow of President Dudayev, Moscow sent in the Russian Army 
in
December, 1994.  Since then, Russian forces have killed 40,000 Chechens 
and
laid waste the country. Two thousand Chechen `disappeared' after being
arrested by KGB and Interior Ministry units.  Human rights organizations
accuse Russian forces of mass executions, bloodthirsty reprisals, and
widespread torture.

Shockingly, President Clinton keeps supporting Russia's criminal war in
Chechnya.  He personally rammed a new, US $ 10.2 billion loan for 
Yeltsin
through the IMF, half of which will go to pay for the war.  Clinton even 

publically endorsed the war, saying that he backed Russia's need to
`maintain its territorial integrity.'


Last month, US Secretary of State Warren Christopher announced in Moscow
that US-Russian relations were `excellent,' - at the very moment Russian
forces were exterminating large numbers of Chechen civilians.  While 
Clinton
anguished on TV over terror attacks that left 63 Israelis dead, he 
remained
mute over Soviet terrorism in Chechnya that killed 600 times more 
civilians.

The respected Georgian writer, Melor Sturua, a columnist for the leading
Russian newspaper, `Izvestia,' wrote recently of America's disgraceful
silence over Chechnya: `I remember a time when the arrest of even one 
Soviet
dissident would create a storm of indignation here(in the US). Soviet
embassies were picketed, Soviet goods boycotted, Soviet crimes were
condemned.'  Congress imposed trade sanctions on the USSR to force it to
allow Jewish emigration to Israel. Today, after Russia slaughters  42,
000
Chechens, Washington gives Moscow US $10.2 billion.

A campaign of state-directed racism warns the Russian public that all
Chechen are `bandits,' and `Muslim terrorists.' Traditional Russian 
hatred
of Muslims is relentlessly whipped up, aided by the many KGB agents 
within
the clergy of the Russian Orthodox Church. The new KGB director, taking 
a
page from Dr. Goebbels, recently declared, `The Chechen can only be a
murderer, a robber, or at least a thief.'

Claims by Moscow and the Clinton Administration that Russia faces 
national
break-up if Chechnya is allowed independence are nonsense.  Save for
handfuls of  other subject Caucasian peoples on Russia's southern edge, 
like
Ingush, Cherkass, and Daghestanis, Russia's other autonomous-minded 
regions,
like Tatarstan or Yakutia, are deep within Slav territory.
  
It's time for the west to tell Russia: Stop your crimes in the Caucasus. 
Set
the Chechens free.

MILITIA COORDINATOR ON FEDERAL PAYROLL

Testimony reveals that a South Dakota man 
who operates a militia communication center 
is paid $1.775 each month to keep the FBI informed.

The FBI is paying a militia member $1,775.00 a month to run a South  
Dakota
communication center that an agent says will let the federal  government
better understand the workings of the burgeoning movement and  possibly
prevent tragedies.

That relationship was revealed fully during testimony for the bombing 
conspiracy trial of three members of the Universal Church of God that  
began
last week in Muskogee.

John Parsons is a Tri-State Militia member based in Burke, S.D. Parsons 
testified Wednesday that Willie "Ray" Lampley -- one of the defendants -- 

came to South Dakota in August and asked him to help blow up buildings.

Parsons also revealed how as a former truck driver he came to run the 
Tri-State's Communication Information Center and what role the FBI plays  
in
assisting a movement that some perceive as hostile to the federal 
government.

"We feel we're here to defend the Constitution," he said.

Parsons has run the center, in an office building on the main street of 
Burke, for less than a year. He said the center has two phone lines,  
three
phones, two computers, two faxes and an 800 number. The center is  also 
on
the Internet.

Parsons said he is connected to 900 militia-type units in 48 states.

The center's purpose is to check out the many rumors that militia members 

phone, fax or e-mail in and -- sometimes with the federal government's  
help
-- discern if there is any truth to them and then relay that back to  
the
militias.

Parsons testified that he sold some personal items to help fund the  
center
and has gotten some donations.

Parsons also is paid $1,775.00 in cash each month -- which is reported to 

the Internal Revenue Service -- by the FBI said Special Agent William 
Grode, who is based in Rapid City, S.D. Parsons has been paid for seven 
months, Grode testified during the Muskegee trial.

If not for the payments, Parsons testified, he would not be able to run  
the
center on a full-time basis and would have to return to truck driving  
to
earn a living.

Under cross examination by defense attorneys, Grode defended the 
government's payments to Parsons.

"The reason (for) trying to keep him in there is I feel he has become a 
claming voice for these militias across the country," Grode testified.

Grode said his relationship with Parsons has allowed the federal  
government
to diffuse three possibly dangerous situations. This is the  first time 
the
two have testified at a trial about their efforts.

Parsons also told the court that he learned of a death threat against 
Lampley that allegedly came from the Texas Constitutional Militia and 
passed it to Grode. Grode testified that he relayed that information to  
an
FBI agent in Muskogee, who warned Lampley about the threat.

Grode said the FBI had asked him to make contacts within the militia 
movement after the Oklahoma City bombing "to understand better what's  
going
on."

Grode paid Parsons for a trip the militia member took throughout the 
Southwest to determine the validity of a threat to bomb a building in New

who operates a militia communication center 
is paid $1.775 each month to keep the FBI informed.

The FBI is paying a militia member $1,775.00 a month to run a South  
Dakota
communication center that an agent says will let the federal  government
better understand the workings of the burgeoning movement and  possibly
prevent tragedies.

That relationship was revealed fully during testimony for the bombing 
conspiracy trial of three members of the Universal Church of God that  
began
last week in Muskogee.

John Parsons is a Tri-State Militia member based in Burke, S.D. Parsons 
testified Wednesday that Willie "Ray" Lampley -- one of the defendants -- 

came to South Dakota in August and asked him to help blow up buildings.

Parsons also revealed how as a former truck driver he came to run the 
Tri-State's Communication Information Center and what role the FBI plays  
in
assisting a movement that some perceive as hostile to the federal 
government.

"We feel we're here to defend the Constitution," he said.

Parsons has run the center, in an office building on the main street of 
Burke, for less than a year. He said the center has two phone lines,  
three
phones, two computers, two faxes and an 800 number. The center is  also 
on
the Internet.

Parsons said he is connected to 900 militia-type units in 48 states.

The center's purpose is to check out the many rumors that militia members 

phone, fax or e-mail in and -- sometimes with the federal government's  
help
-- discern if there is any truth to them and then relay that back to  
the
militias.

Parsons testified that he sold some personal items to help fund the  
center
and has gotten some donations.

Parsons also is paid $1,775.00 in cash each month -- which is reported to 

the Internal Revenue Service -- by the FBI said Special Agent William 
Grode, who is based in Rapid City, S.D. Parsons has been paid for seven 
months, Grode testified during the Muskegee trial.

If not for the payments, Parsons testified, he would not be able to run  
the
center on a full-time basis and would have to return to truck driving  
to
earn a living.

Under cross examination by defense attorneys, Grode defended the 
government's payments to Parsons.

"The reason (for) trying to keep him in there is I feel he has become a 
claming voice for these militias across the country," Grode testified.

Grode said his relationship with Parsons has allowed the federal

to diffuse three possibly dangerous situations. This is the  first time 
the
two have testified at a trial about their efforts.

Parsons also told the court that he learned of a death threat against 
Lampley that allegedly came from the Texas Constitutional Militia and 
passed it to Grode. Grode testified that he relayed that information to  
an
FBI agent in Muskogee, who warned Lampley about the threat.

movement after the Oklahoma City bombing "to understand better what's  
going
on."

Southwest to determine the validity of a threat to bomb a building in New

Twenty years before he became a distinguished Cabinet member and then a 
Supreme Court justice, Arthur GOLDBERG held a special place in the files 

of the FBI: He was targeted for "custodial detention" as a Communist just 

before the United States entered World War II. 

In 1941, FBI director J. Edgar Hoover wrote to the bureau's Chicago field 

office that Goldberg, then a labor lawyer, was "closely associated with 
Communist leaders in Illinois." 

The letter is contained in 800 pages of FBI files on the justice released 

to USA TODAY in response to a 1990 Freedom of Information Act request. 

Goldberg was President Kennedy's Labor secretary until 1962, when Kennedy 

named him to the high court. He left the court in 1965 to become 
ambassador to the United Nations. He died in 1990 at age 81. 

Former White House counsel Abner Mikva, Goldberg's law partner in the 
1950s, recalls, "These files always concerned Arthur..."

But in the prewar "red scare," it was almost inevitable that Goldberg 
would attract Hoover's attention, says Marquette University historian 
Athan Theoharis, author of six books on the FBI. 

"He was a labor leader, a lawyer and Jewish, enough aspects to raise red 

flags ," Theoharis says. 

The FBI file offers a variety of reasons for suspecting Goldberg's 
Communist connections. 

He was one of the Chicago sponsors of a "National Conference on 
Constitutional Liberties of America," the file notes, and he
served as a lawyer for the Chicago Committee on Conscientious Objectors. 


And The Daily Worker, a Communist newspaper, noted in 1940 that Goldberg 

was a lawyer for the Newspaper Guild, a labor union for newspaper 
employees. 

In spite of the prewar report questioning his loyalty, Goldberg served 
with distinction in the Army and the Office of Strategic Services from 
1942 to 1944, supervising espionage on European labor groups.

turned over American secrets to the russians!-Ed]


By 1954, Goldberg had become general counsel of the powerful Congress of 

Industrial Organizations. 

In 1955, Goldberg held what he described as a "very unusual" meeting with 

assistant director Louis Nichols specifically to respond to all the past 

bits of information in his file. 


During background checks conducted on Goldberg when he became Labor 
secretary and then Supreme Court justice, the FBI files suggest that the 

allegations of a Communist past were downplayed, and his positive 
attributes were emphasized. The FBI's ability to make or break appointees 

was often used by Hoover to collect IOUs and increase his own influence, 

Charns says. 

"He would have been uncomfortable having any contact with Hoover once he 

became a justice," Mikva says. 

At 800 pages, Goldberg's file is not unusually long, Theoharis says. 
"Given his prominence and all his appointments to high positions, that 
generates a lot of pages."

AMERICA ABETS RUSSIA'S CRIMES IN THE CAUCASUS


NEW YORK - When I began writing three years ago about the Chechen 
people's
seemingly impossible struggle to regain their independence after 250 
years
of savage Russian colonial rule, few people had ever heard of the tiny
Caucasian nation of 1.2 million fierce mountaineers.


Today, Chechnya is front-page news.  Russian President Boris Yeltsin
publically admits that failure to end the war in Chechnya may cost him
re-election in June. This week, Yeltsin declared yet another cease-fire 
and
peace plan. For the first time, Yeltsin offered to deal with the elected
Chechen national leader, President Dzhokar Dudayev.

But no one seemed to believe Yeltsin - except perhaps for President 
Clinton.
In Chechnya, Russian generals openly contradicted their president, 
declaring
the war would go on `until all the Muslim bandits are killed.'  Russia's
military continued its scorched earth campaign,  using heavy artillery,
rockets and bombs to pulverize any Chechen village, town or city deemed
`unfriendly.'

When the Soviet Union broke up, Chechnya declared independence.  The 
world
failed to recognized the little nation,  though its people probably 
suffered
more from Russian  savagery than any other on earth.  In 1944, Stalin 
sent
75% of the entire Chechen people to Siberian concentration camps.  For 
the
past 250 years, Russia resorted to genocide to crush attempts by Chechen 
to
regain their independence.

After Chechen fighters routed a KGB invasion force  in mid- 1994, whose 
goal
was the overthrow of President Dudayev, Moscow sent in the Russian Army 
in
December, 1994.  Since then, Russian forces have killed 40,000 Chechens 
and
laid waste the country. Two thousand Chechen `disappeared' after being
arrested by KGB and Interior Ministry units.  Human rights organizations
accuse Russian forces of mass executions, bloodthirsty reprisals, and
widespread torture.

Shockingly, President Clinton keeps supporting Russia's criminal war in
Chechnya.  He personally rammed a new, US $ 10.2 billion loan for 
Yeltsin
through the IMF, half of which will go to pay for the war.  Clinton even 

publically endorsed the war, saying that he backed Russia's need to
`maintain its territorial integrity.'


Last month, US Secretary of State Warren Christopher announced in Moscow
that US-Russian relations were `excellent,' - at the very moment Russian
forces were exterminating large numbers of Chechen civilians.  While 
Clinton
anguished on TV over terror attacks that left 63 Israelis dead, he 
remained
mute over Soviet terrorism in Chechnya that killed 600 times more 
civilians.

The respected Georgian writer, Melor Sturua, a columnist for the leading
Russian newspaper, `Izvestia,' wrote recently of America's disgraceful
silence over Chechnya: `I remember a time when the arrest of even one 
Soviet
dissident would create a storm of indignation here(in the US). Soviet
embassies were picketed, Soviet goods boycotted, Soviet crimes were
condemned.'  Congress imposed trade sanctions on the USSR to force it to
allow Jewish emigration to Israel. Today, after Russia slaughters  42,
000
Chechens, Washington gives Moscow US $10.2 billion.

A campaign of state-directed racism warns the Russian public that all
Chechen are `bandits,' and `Muslim terrorists.' Traditional Russian 
hatred
of Muslims is relentlessly whipped up, aided by the many KGB agents 
within
the clergy of the Russian Orthodox Church. The new KGB director, taking 
a
page from Dr. Goebbels, recently declared, `The Chechen can only be a
murderer, a robber, or at least a thief.'

Claims by Moscow and the Clinton Administration that Russia faces 
national
break-up if Chechnya is allowed independence are nonsense.  Save for
handfuls of  other subject Caucasian peoples on Russia's southern edge, 
like
Ingush, Cherkass, and Daghestanis, Russia's other autonomous-minded 
regions,
like Tatarstan or Yakutia, are deep within Slav territory.
  
It's time for the west to tell Russia: Stop your crimes in the Caucasus. 
Set
the Chechens free.

MILITIA COORDINATOR ON FEDERAL PAYROLL

Testimony reveals that a South Dakota man 
who operates a militia communication center 
is paid $1.775 each month to keep the FBI informed.

The FBI is paying a militia member $1,775.00 a month to run a South  
Dakota
communication center that an agent says will let the federal  government
better understand the workings of the burgeoning movement and  possibly
prevent tragedies.

That relationship was revealed fully during testimony for the bombing 
conspiracy trial of three members of the Universal Church of God that  
began
last week in Muskogee.

John Parsons is a Tri-State Militia member based in Burke, S.D. Parsons 
testified Wednesday that Willie "Ray" Lampley -- one of the defendants -- 

came to South Dakota in August and asked him to help blow up buildings.

Parsons also revealed how as a former truck driver he came to run the 
Tri-State's Communication Information Center and what role the FBI plays  
in
assisting a movement that some perceive as hostile to the federal 
government.

"We feel we're here to defend the Constitution," he said.

Parsons has run the center, in an office building on the main street of 
Burke, for less than a year. He said the center has two phone lines,  
three
phones, two computers, two faxes and an 800 number. The center is  also 
on
the Internet.

Parsons said he is connected to 900 militia-type units in 48 states.

The center's purpose is to check out the many rumors that militia members 

phone, fax or e-mail in and -- sometimes with the federal government's  
help
-- discern if there is any truth to them and then relay that back to  
the
militias.

Parsons testified that he sold some personal items to help fund the  
center
and has gotten some donations.

Parsons also is paid $1,775.00 in cash each month -- which is reported to 

the Internal Revenue Service -- by the FBI said Special Agent William 
Grode, who is based in Rapid City, S.D. Parsons has been paid for seven 
months, Grode testified during the Muskegee trial.

If not for the payments, Parsons testified, he would not be able to run  
the
center on a full-time basis and would have to return to truck driving  
to
earn a living.

Under cross examination by defense attorneys, Grode defended the 
government's payments to Parsons.

"The reason (for) trying to keep him in there is I feel he has become a 
claming voice for these militias across the country," Grode testified.

Parsons also told the court that he learned of a death threat against 
Lampley that allegedly came from the Texas Constitutional Militia and 
passed it to Grode. Grode testified that he relayed that information to  
an
FBI agent in Muskogee, who warned Lampley about the threat.

Grode said the FBI had asked him to make contacts within the militia 
movement after the Oklahoma City bombing "to understand better what's  
going
on."

Grode paid Parsons for a trip the militia member took throughout the 
Southwest to determine the validity of a threat to bomb a building in New 

Mexico.

Parsons testified that he made many contacts in his seven-state journey.  
He
was paid $500.00 a week for three weeks on that trip, as well as money  
for
telephone expenses, Grode testified.

"We have become friends," Parsons testified of his relationship with  
Grode.
But, he added that the two don't work together.

Grode said there are some things that Parsons does not discuss with him, 

including rosters, training sites or meetings of militia groups. The  
agent
added that he does not consider Parsons an informant.

"It's a communication bridge. ....We discuss philosophies," Parsons 
testified.

Grode gives Parsons a view on how law enforcement officials may perceive  
a
particular issue or rumor and Parsons said he gives the agent a militia 
perspective on topics in which the federal government may be interested.

Parsons said he did not agree with Lampley's philosophy and that he had 
arranged a meeting between a sheriff -- who was working undercover -- and 

the defendant.

"(Lampley's) philosophy and agenda was against the constitutional agenda  
of
the militias," Parsons testified.

The Muskogee trial resumes Monday and is expected to last until the end  
of
the month.

Testimony reveals that a South Dakota man 
who operates a militia communication center 
is paid $1.775 each month to keep the FBI informed.

The FBI is paying a militia member $1,775.00 a month to run a South  
Dakota
communication center that an agent says will let the federal  government
better understand the workings of the burgeoning movement and  possibly
prevent tragedies.

That relationship was revealed fully during testimony for the bombing 
conspiracy trial of three members of the Universal Church of God that  
began
last week in Muskogee.

John Parsons is a Tri-State Militia member based in Burke, S.D. Parsons 
testified Wednesday that Willie "Ray" Lampley -- one of the defendants -- 

came to South Dakota in August and asked him to help blow up buildings.

Parsons also revealed how as a former truck driver he came to run the 
Tri-State's Communication Information Center and what role the FBI plays  
in
assisting a movement that some perceive as hostile to the federal 
government.

"We feel we're here to defend the Constitution," he said.

Parsons has run the center, in an office building on the main street of 
Burke, for less than a year. He said the center has two phone lines,  
three
phones, two computers, two faxes and an 800 number. The center is  also 
on
the Internet.

Parsons said he is connected to 900 militia-type units in 48 states.

The center's purpose is to check out the many rumors that militia members 

phone, fax or e-mail in and -- sometimes with the federal government's  
help
-- discern if there is any truth to them and then relay that back to  
the
militias.

Parsons testified that he sold some personal items to help fund the  
center
and has gotten some donations.

Parsons also is paid $1,775.00 in cash each month -- which is reported to 

the Internal Revenue Service -- by the FBI said Special Agent William 
Grode, who is based in Rapid City, S.D. Parsons has been paid for seven 
months, Grode testified during the Muskegee trial.

If not for the payments, Parsons testified, he would not be able to run  
the
center on a full-time basis and would have to return to truck driving  
to
earn a living.

Under cross examination by defense attorneys, Grode defended the 
government's payments to Parsons.

"The reason (for) trying to keep him in there is I feel he has become a 
claming voice for these militias across the country," Grode testified.

Several days ago, Marlon Brando came under attack for saying simiply that 
"Hollywood is run by j*ws." The statement was made on the 'larry KING 
Live' show. He was concerned that the multitudes of movies & TV shows 
written, produced & directed by j*ws routinely show Christians, Blacks  & 
 Asians as violent slime sucking pond scum, but never show a j*w as a 
"kike".

Radical fascist rabbi harvey FIELDS said his comments were "sloppy...anti-
semitism". abraham FOXMAN, nat'l director of the White-bashing ADL of 
b'nai b'rith said that Brando's comments were "utterly false" and called 
on him to apologize.

Brando, who sent his kids to j*wish shule, is hardly an anti-semite. He 
has also been active in the civil rights movement. He called the j*ws 
"amazing people".

No crap, Marlon! And if we were to take a scientific poll, for instance, 
by documenting all the sit-coms & movies on ,say, Channel 4 over a 24 
hour period, would we find he was telling the truth??

Brando also said j*ws should "have a greater sensitivity about the issue 
of people who are suffering." This author might add that most of that 
suffering is CAUSED by the j*ws.

Traditionally, j*wish producers have 'silently' bashed Christians by 
having bimbos & perpetrators of violence wear 4" high crosses as in 
Christina Applegate's character on "Married With Children" and the 
terrorist leader's
character in "Under Siege". They have also slurred American Blacks by 
stereotyping them as drug dealers & assaulters of women.

Brando is joining the ever growing ranks of Americans of all walks of 
life who are fed up with the destruction being perpetrated on society by 
j*ws. Other well known objectors to j*wish propaganda include comedian 
Pat Cooper & film maker Spike Lee. Cooper's career took sharp turnbacks 
when he refused to 'cooperate' with the thievery by j*wish agents & 
producers. Spike Lee said in Nashville, while addressing a group of Black 
students, "That's where the battle is being fought; that is how you 
control people's minds. As we move toward the year 2000, the most 
powerful nations are not those that have nuclear bombs, but those that 
control the media." Lee was in Nashville this week to shoot scenes for a 
movie "Get on the Bus."
