Why not eliminate,if necessary by execution, all those responsible for

The Red Deer Advocate newspaper,as well as CFRN TV report that William L. Mearns, who 
used to be a Past President of CGA Alberta,as well as formerly an FCGA, has been charged 
with so far 14 serious criminal charges.

Mearns was the President of CGA Alberta who was responsible for admitting 52 unqualified 
bookkeepers into CGA, and giving them the CGA designation, without even requiring any 
upgrading courses. It was for this, that he received the FCGA designation.

Among the 14 serious criminal charges are 5 charges of uttering forged documents, 5 
charges of making a false document, 2 charges of forgery, one charge of fraud, as well 
as one of theft over $5,000.00.

More than $1 million is allegedly missing, from the County of Red Deer, of which Mearns 
used to be the country controller/treasurer.

The maximum penalty for each charge of forgery is 14 years in rpison.

It was the Hong Kong Bank which reported to the RCMP Commercial Crime Division regarding 
irregularities by Mearns.

In the past year, Mearns and one of his businesses have both gone bankrupt.

This is but one serious news report involving errant CGA's or FCGA's of CGA Canada.

One must question , WHAT IS WRONG WITH CGA CANADA?

Many CGA's and CGA students are now switching to more reputable professional bodies, who 
do not have such notorious senior members.

GROSVENOR TOLD TRUTH ABOUT ERRANT CGA MEMBERS!!!!

It seems that some of the maggots involved with CGA Canada did not like 
the exposes of some of their errant members,even though all the facts are 
true.

Bottomline,the monthly accounting newspaper, the Vancouver Sun, Edmonton 
Journal,CFRN TV,and other media have had to advise CGA members regarding 
problem members,including CGA's and even FCGA's,up to and including a 
Past President.

Why were members not advised by CGA Canada regarding the shooting of FCGA 
Roman Evancic in connection with a multi-million dollar indebtedness to 
his American partner? This was headlined in the Vancouver Sun January 
11,1996,regarding the shooting of Roman Evancic,FCGA on 29 December 1995.

In June 1995, William L. Mearns was reported under investigation by the 
RCMP Commercial Crime Division in Alberta regarding alleged massive 
embezzlement of millions of dollars from his employer,the County of Red 
Deer,Alberta.

Last week, Mearns was formally arrested and charged with at least 14 
serious criminal charges including 5 charges of uttering forged 
documents, 5 charges of making a forged document, 2 charges of forgery, 
one charge of fraud, and one of theft over $5,000.00

More than $1 million is claimed missing by the County of Red Deer.

The maximum penalty for each charge of forgery is 14 years in prison.

It was the Hong Kong Bank who contacted the RCMP Commercial Crime 
Division, not the incompetent CA Auditors.

And, don't forget the well reported case on national TV regarding the CGA 
in Surrey, B.C., exposed for embezzling millions of dollars from his 
fellow church parishioners.

Rumor is that more problem CGA's,particularly in B.C. will be getting 
exposed by the media this year, since CGA Canada is more interested in 
COVERING UP information regarding errant members.CGA Canada does not even 
want its' own Members to know about criminal and other charges involving 
senior members.


I have challenged the executives of CGA Alberta,and CGA Canada to let the 
public,and especially members of CGA know about these reported cases, but 
they refused.

It is not an offence to report on already reported news 
stories,particularly when the Police have become involved.

I do advise students considering accounting, to reconsider regarding 
CGA,and to choose a more capable accounting group.

That he is from University of waterloo is interesting.

In 1992, I, together with University of Waterloo Director of Professional 
Programs J.E.Boritz, both testified before the public hearings held by 
the Alberta Securities Commission.

Dr.Boritz, who had prepared the Course of Instruction for CGA Canada, as 
well as myself, both testified AGAINST CGA Alberta. We both stated that 
they were not qualified to perform the legislated duties of Auditors 
covered by the Securities Commission.

Perhaps Tim Nye should contact Dr. Boritz at University of Waterloo, to 
get some true facts regarding CGA's!!!!

Nye is to be thanked for giving more worldwide exposure to the problems 
of CGA's. One must wonder also, is he one of the incompetent members of 
CGA Canada,since he is ashamed to state what,if any, credentials he has.

Surely one of the real reasons unemployment is allegedly high, is because 
it is too easy for parasites, such as Kaddish, to collect WELFARE and UI?!!!!

When parasites can collect for between 45 and 50 weeks, from the 
suffering taxpayers, after working from between 10 days to 20 weeks, what 
incentive is there for such garbage people to WORK?

To add insult to injury, UI and Welfare sometimes pay the lazy more than 
they would earn working!!!

Scum on welfare get free medicare, don't have to pay premiums for 
medicare,free tuition for advanced education, free food from food 
banks,free clothing, free extracurricular for their kids,transportation

I say, abolish welfare and UI for all under 65 years of age. Either you 
work, or you get sustenance from a food kitchen only.No vouchers,nothing 
else.

Actually the OyVey site for Nizkor IS a hate site.

It seems to be sponsored by groups who have glorified murder and 
terrorism.The JDL draws its' members from people who support

First, your platform is far too long.

Victims should have at least the same rights,as the criminals.

Let's add afew to your list.
1.	Victims have first right of refusal as to how to exterminate 
convicted criminals - lethal injection, medical experimentation, 
drowning,target practice etc. Revenge/retribution MUST be included as a 
right of victims.

2.	Any and all wealth of the criminals,on conviction, is to be 
forfeited to the state,to be distributed among all known victims.This is 
to include any funds received from recycling body parts to wealthy scum.

3.	Convicted criminals are NOT to have all the pleasures of a life 
of leisure, but rather must WORK for the state, such as in concentration 
camps in the far north, road building while in shackles,etc.

4.	No preferential treatment for female criminals.They do the crime, 
they get to do hard time the same as males.None of this "family" 
facilities for women who get pregnant.


Just the start of a few concrete suggestions for VICTIMS RIGHTS, rather 
than mollycoddling the vermin of society.


I also feel that judges,lawyers and politicians involved with releasing 
criminals to re-offend into society, should themselves be treated as the 
serious criminals they are,with similar penalties!!!

Why not have an automatic DEATH PENALTY for all politicians that approve 
legislation that is against the public interest?

This could include allowing serious criminals out on parole, before the 
end of their stipulated sentence is fully completed,as an example.

Another death sentence could be given to politicians that arrange for 
needed medical facilities to be closed, while they jump the queues for 
their personal medical treatments (Does this sound like a certain Mare we 
know?)

Think of more ways to make policians accountable,or instant termination.....

Today's Edmonton Sun newspaper carries a headline story regarding the 
Past President of CGA Alberta.

William L. Mearns, formerly FCGA and formerly CGA, was arrested and 
charged with 14 serious criminal charges, including embezzling more than 
one million dollars from his former employer,the County of Red Deer.

His criminal trial starts tomorrow, the 31st July 1996.

The executives of CGa refuse to give further details to the media, such

unqualified bookkeepers into CGA.These unqualified people did not even 
have to take any upgrading courses,to bring them up to any standard!!!!
