Moron, it might help if you had the brains or honesty or care to cite
the title correctly: it's HITLER'S WILLING EXECUTIONERS: ORDINARY
GERMANS AND THE HOLOCAUST, by Daniel Jonah Goldhagen. 

You may be confusing this book with another one, Christopher R. Browning's
ORDINARY MEN: RESERVE POLICE BATTALION 101 AND THE FINAL SOLUTION IN
POLAND. Browning's book demonstrated that the perpetrators of the 
Holocaust were not limited to SS fanatics, nor were the men involved
under any threats forcing them to kill defenseless civilians en masse.
Goldhagen, looking at the same material (and much more), shows that
even Browning has tended to make excuses for the perpetrators, with
theories on how they "overcame" their "reluctance" to kill. Goldhagen
demonstrates that there is no reason to believe they had any reluctance
to overcome: having been indoctrinated with antisemitic propaganda for
hundreds of years, German society of the '30s and '40s was just as
ready to go after Jews as were certain colonial New Englanders to go 
after women accused of witchcraft. (Yes, Goldhagen makes that parallel,
and many others, himself. He certainly doesn't argue that Germans are
unique in their bloodthirst.)

What about one? Certainly if you could offer an analysis of 
contemporary Jewish society on a par with Goldhagen's of German society
before and during the Third Reich, showing widespread and practically
unanswered fantastical ideas about the inherent evil of the "Palestinian 
race," I'd be interested in seeing it. The problem is that Jewish
society is not nearly so monolithic (nor, even, is Israeli society from
what I can see), and that the threats seen as emanating from Palestinians
are all too real.

But of course your suggestion is intended as a counterpoint to a book
titled ORDINARY GERMANS which exists only in your fantasy world.
