Whereas the actions of Government Agencies and Representatives of the People practicing revision and subversion of the very *idea* of Freedom and Liberty and Justice constitute a grave danger to American citizens and the institutions of American democracy, and threaten the very foundation of freedom and democracy in America, and the American people, having a history of stubborn resistance to tyranny to the point of violence : Now, therefore, in the interest of preventing further violence, be it [Italic->] Resolved by the People of the United States of America, [<-Italic] ( Our Represtntatives *better* concur!) That it is the sense of the People that-- (1) The Constitution of the United States of America and it's accompanying Bill of Rights ( including the *original* 13th and later 13th Ammendment) be hereby RE-INSTITUTED in accordance with the well-documented will of it's founders, the constitutionality of the later amendments to be debated and re-written if necessary. (2) The Budget will be balanced NOW, and, in the fashion of a Father who, upon finding his kids fighting over a toy, takes it away from both, all entitlements, welfare and other freebies will be dis-continued. Government spending will be indexed to the GDP, and Income ( taxes) will be determined accordingly. The poor and needy will be left in the hands of the agency best suited for their care; the PEOPLE. (3) The rise of our Brothers and Sisters in the Militia Movement is to be seen as a wake-up call to the people who, unknowingly took part in the perversion, subversion, diversion, inversion, conversion and aversion of the REAL version of America. The people who *knowingly* took part better run! Wouldn't that be nice! I know, it's a dream. It'll probably have to come to war, and the people are drastically lacking in firepower although superior in numbers. As long as our purpose in demanding these reforms is clearly stated, I firmly believe we have friends and allies in the Military and Police and the Government for that matter that, when the time comes, will know which side of the line to jump on. I bet this post will piss off many people and get me on some black list of " dangerous gun freaks". If I come up dead sometime soon with an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound in my head ( with the gun still in my hand, no blood anywhere, in the park with no grass on my shoes ;-) ) then chalk me up as another casualty in the war for the soul of America. steve ************************************************************ ** Steve Casas Carpenter Gun Owner ** ** Singer Songwriter ** ** No man gave us Guitar Player Catholic ** ** our FREEDOM and Deadhead Conservative ** ** *dammit*, no man Ex-Serviceman Avid Reader ** ** is gonna take Electronics Technician ** ** it away!!!!!!! ** ** steven@csnsys.com ** ************************************************************ From steven@csnsys.com Mon Nov 25 07:12:22 PST 1996 Article: 112812 of alt.conspiracy Path: nizkor.almanac.bc.ca!news.island.net!vertex.tor.hookup.net!nic.win.hookup.net!noc.van.hookup.net!news.bctel.net!news.mag-net.com!aurora.cs.athabascau.ca!rover.ucs.ualberta.ca!news.bc.net!info.ucla.edu!nnrp.info.ucla.edu!csulb.edu!news.sgi.com!su-news-hub1.bbnplanet.com!news.bbnplanet.com!cam-news-hub1.bbnplanet.com!news.mathworks.com!uunet!in2.uu.net!holonet!colossus.holonet.net!steve From: steven@csnsys.com (Steven Casas) Newsgroups: alt.activism,alt.conspiracy,alt.internet.media-coverage,alt.politics.clinton,alt.politics.usa.constitution,alt.society.anarchy,misc.survivalism,rec.pyrotechnics,soc.culture.usa,talk.politics.guns,talk.politics.libertarian Subject: Re: Patriots: The Threat Of Anti-Government Extremists Date: Thu, 21 Nov 96 05:58:11 GMT Organization: The Silent Majority Lines: 46 Message-ID: <5735hr$ces@colossus.holonet.net> References: <32825fe1.6917470@news1.wolfenet.com> <56vc4f$80t@crl9.crl.com> <32936C8B.49CF@bangate.compaq.com> <570phe$i13@xmission.xmission.com> NNTP-Posting-Host: sl15.csnsys.com X-Newsreader: News Xpress 2.0 Beta #0 Xref: nizkor.almanac.bc.ca alt.activism:98376 alt.conspiracy:112812 alt.internet.media-coverage:18390 alt.politics.clinton:334557 alt.politics.usa.constitution:103078 alt.society.anarchy:38616 misc.survivalism:13358 rec.pyrotechnics:25225 soc.culture.usa:99335 talk.politics.guns:345314 talk.politics.libertarian:146100 In article <570phe$i13@xmission.xmission.com>, lawall@xmission.xmission.com (Raptor) wrote: >So then we get to the meat of the matter: Are any of the problems in >this country adequate justification for "freedom fighting?"
