TO THE ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION | in the Office of the |

Pursuant to the provisions of Article 4.03 of the Texas
Non-Profit Corporation Act, the undersigned corporation adopts
the following Articles of Amendment to its Articles of
Incorporation, which modifies the purpose and normal place of
business of the corporation, and changes the size of the
membership of the board of directors.
ARTICLE ONE
The name of this corporation is "Legion for the Survival of
Freedom."
ARTICLE TWO
The following amendment to the Articles of Incorporation was
adopted by the corporation on June 29, 1995.
Article two of the Articles of Incorporation is hereby amended
so as to read as follows:
This corporation is a nonprofit public benefit
corporation and is not organized for the private gain
of any person.
The primary objectives and purposes of this corporation
are:
To preserve and promote American Constitutional
government, as guaranteed by the United States
Constitution; to promote greater public awareness
and understanding of history and historical issues,
through publications, lectures and otherwise; to promote
historical study, education and research; to promote
greater public awareness and understanding of dissident
or alternative views of social, economic, historical
and cultural, issues through publications, lectures and
otherwise.
Article three of the Articles of Incorporation is hereby

amended so as to read as follows:
The principal and normal place of business of the
corporation is in Orange County, California.
Article five of the Articles of Incorporation is hereby
amended so as to read as follows:
The number of directors shall be five.
ARTICLE THREE
The amendment was adopted at a meeting of the board of
directors held on June 29, 1995, and received the vote of the
majority of the directors in office, there being no members
having voting rights in respect thereof.
