THE _JOURNAL OF HISTORICAL REVIEW_ INDEX, 1980 TO 1993
Compiled by Greg Raven
To mark the publication of our first thirteen volumes of the Journal, we
have compiled a listing of all items that have appeared in the Journal over
the years, and are providing it here as a supplement to this issue.
The main listing is arranged chronologically by volume and number, with
individual entries arranged alphabetically by author and title within these
classifications. Items with no author are arranged by title before the
other listings. Each listing shows the page number where the item starts.
At the beginning of each entry is a reference number. This number is for
identification purposes, and is used with the topic and author indexes.
To use the topic and author indexes, locate the topic or author in which
you are interested and note the numbers that follow the index listing.
These numbers correspond to the numbers at the beginning of the entries in
the main listing.
___________________________________________________________________________
In the main listing below, entries for articles that are currently available
from Banished CPU's FTP Mail Server are followed by their corresponding file
name(s) and file size(s), in square brackets. File names and sizes (in
bytes) are separated by slashes. For example:
[DIESEL1A.TXT/79502 DIESEL1B.TXT/511850]
To obtain one of the files listed, send an E-Mail message to
FTPMAIL@BANISHED.COM and include in the body of your message a command of
the form:
GET
For example:
----------------
get manufact.txt
----------------
Only one file may be requested per E-Mail message. You can request multiple
files by sending each request in a separate E-Mail message.
Files that end with the extension '.TXT' are standard ASCII text files and are
mailed to you in ASCII form. Other files are sent in UUENCODED form.
