Filename convention:
The volume number of the British TGMWC series appears in the second
field - i.e. "tgmwc-01-01-something" indicates material from the
first volume. The third field indicates the trial day. The fourth field indicates
the part number of the file, as there will usually be numerous files required to
contain the full transcripts for each day, for convenience.
Each "something" suggests the title of the chapter transcribed.
Thus the file "tgmwc-07-59.01" is from Volume 07 of the series, and contains transcripts
of the 59th day of the Tribunal. The *.01 indicates Part One of a series of files
containing that day's transcripts:
