Just received message from Budapest informing me that 400,000
Jews from the provincial towns deported to Birkenau etc
majority probably for extermination stop next week beginning
deportation remaining 350,000 Jews Budapest and environs stop
the only rescue possibility is one to give warning about
reprisals against germans interned in allied countries two to
grant foreign citizenship stop am asked to inform USA and
british ambassadors and dr. weismenn stop i am calling this to
your attention.
