AGREEMENT
Between Jason Snow (JS), Resistance Records, Inc. (RR), the Foundation for
Economic Liberty, Inc. (FEL).
1. For consideration of $60,000.00, JS will transfer 60 shares of RR
stock to FEL. Payment to JS as follows:
$30,000.00 on March 27, 1998
$30,000.00 on June 30, 1999
Total $60,000.00
2. FEL will compensate JS a consultant fee of $30,000.00 per year to
produce and monitor a web site. Also, to provide a current mailing
list of RR customers immediately. First payment of $576.80 due on
April 10, 1998 for the period March 30 - April 4, 1998. Thereafter,
$1153.85 on a bi-weekly basis.
3. FEL will make a $20,000.00 loan to RR in the form of a promissory
note at an interest rate of 10% P.A. This note is due on or before
March 26, 1999 and can be paid off without penalty at any time.
Interest will be calculated on the unpaid balance until paid in
full.
4. RR will receive a 25% discount on all space advertising courtest of
FEL, based on the current advertising rate card.
