 Decree concerning rationing of industrial goods (Rationing
                   Decree) of 27 May 1940
                              
1. Rationing for particular kinds of goods (coal, iron and
stell, oil etc.) will be introduced in the occupied
territories of Belgium, Luxemburg, and France.

2. The army groups will state the kinds of goods.
