Pope Paul IV issues Bull "Cum nimis absurdum," which forbids
Jews from living in common with Christians and practicing
any industry. (Wilensky, p. 327)

1933 

The "Law of Annulment of Previous Naturalization and of Revocation of
German Citizenship" is directed primarily against Jews from the former
German territories in the east who had obtained citizenship after
1918. (Ruerup, 111)

1943

In World War II's first war-crimes trial, a Soviet military
tribunal in liberated Krasnodar orders the execution of
eight Germans for mass murder of civilians during the German
occupation. (USHMM 1993, 38)
