Shofar FTP Archive File: camps/aktion.reinhard/treblinka/images/model/Treblinka_Model.ref

Scale model of the Treblinka camp, located at the Lohamei HaGetaot
museum, Israel.

The model was built shortly after the end of World War II by a
Sonderkommando prisoner who managed to escape during the revolt. While
at Treblinka, the man worked as a carpenter.

For Wiernik's testimony regarding his experiences at Treblinka, and
concerning this model of the camp, see Session 66 (Parts 3 and 4)
