Man arrested for alleged threats against woman's children

The Sunday Sun

	An Oklahoma City man accused of threatening to shoot a woman's
children
was arrested Thursday just after midnight at his home.
	Spencer Police filed charges Tuesday against Steven Craig Horn for
allegedly making death threats against an area woman and her children by
e-mail and for making a harassing phone call. Horn was charged with two
counts of using a computer to put another person in fear of harm or death
and one count of making harassing phone calls.
	According to court records, Horn allegedly wrote in one e-mail, "What
you did between (a woman Horn claims is a former girlfriend) and I means
that you can kiss your two sons good-bye. Remember I'm GOD. I decide who
lives and who dies and your two boys die."
	In another, he is alleged to have written, "Remember I have a .45
automatic
and can take your b.....d sons out."
	Spencer Det. Olan Boydston said he received information from Oklahoma
City
Police that Horn called them on July 7 threatening to kill himself and
requesting to be put in protective custody. He had been self-medicating 
with
Valium and alcohol, Boydston reported.
	Boydston's report said Oklahoma City Police confiscated 21 firearms
from
Horn at the time, but later returned them. They had been investigating a
threatening call Horn allegedly made to Garland, Texas Police. Horn 
allegedly
threatened to "shoot the judge and the pig cop that gave her (his former
girlfriend) a ticket."
	Boydston received an anonymous call traced to Horn's phone after he
interviewed
the man, the police report said. "I am God, and I also still have my Ruger
P-90 and it
has a bullet with your name on it," Horn reportedly told him.
	A cache of 40 firearms was confiscated from Horn's home along with a
computer
with images of young girls. [Notice Steve "Caduceus" Horn had pictures of
young girls on
his computer thus indicating "Caduceus" is a potential pedophile/child
molester] No information
was given on possible charges related to the images. [Those images must 
have
been pretty
explicit for that statement to be made]
	Horn's father allegedly said his son was mentally unstable and a
potential
danger to himself and others. [Steve's own father admits Steve is a twisted
person IOW]

Boydston's investigation:
The report listed a number of dates associated with the case. The timeline 
of
events and Boydston's investigation is as follows:
Sept. 1, 2005 - a threatening call made to the Garland, Texas police 
station
Dec. 15, 2005 - Oklahoma City Det. Ron Bradford and an inspector interview
Bradford's "former girlfriend" who said he bought a rifle from Wal-mart 
while
on
a date
Dec. 21, 2005 - Oklahoma City Police confiscate 21 firearms, talk to 
suspect;
eventually firearms are returned and no charges filed
Oct. 30, 2006 - Boydston receives the case. He interviews the victim and 
takes
a
look at the e-mails and the profile of the suspect on an Internet dating 
Web
site.
Nov. 2, 2006 - Boydston contacts the OU Police Department's Health Services
Division and gets them to search their database; he identifies the suspect,
interviews
him and later receives a phone call.
Nov. 3, 2006 - Boydston meets with Judge Russell Hall at 10 a.m. and 
obtains a
warrant for Horn's arrest. At 4 p.m. Boydston meets with the Will Rogers
Division of the Oklahoma City Police Department and receives information 
about
their
previous investigation of Horn.
Tuesday - charges filed by Spencer Police
Thursday - Oklahoma City Police arrest Horn at his home

SPENCER - An Oklahoma City man is charged with threatening to kill a woman 
and

Spencer police officer who was investigating the woman's claims that the 
man
was
stalking her.

Steven Craig Horn, 41, was charged Wednesday in Oklahoma County District 
Court
with two felony counts of using a computer to put another person in fear of
death, and a
misdemeanor charge of making harassing telephone calls.

Horn was arrested Nov. 9 after police served a search warrant at his home
and confiscated 40 firearms, computers and computer disks, according to
court records.
According to court records, Hamm was investigating a complaint from
Melanie Gay Jenkins of Spencer, who gave police two threatening e-mails
>from Horn.

Horn remains free on $5,000 bail.

British MPs lobby for Schalit's release

A group of senior British parliamentarians met with representatives of
the International Red Cross (IRC) in London last week to discuss the
plight of kidnapped soldier Gilad Schalit and stressed that his
release should not be dependent on the peace process.

The meeting forms part of an initiative which will feature similar
meetings between parliamentarians and the IRC around Europe. Leading
the delegation was Conservative Party MP Alistair Burt, who launched
the initiative at the European Friends of Israel conference in Paris
last month.

Also at the meeting was James Arbuthnot MP, chair of Conservative
Friends of Israel; Andrew Gwynne MP, chair of Labor Friends of Israel
and Liberal Democrat MP Sir Alan Beith.

"We appreciated the opportunity to meet with the IRC director and
welcome the assurance we were given that Gilad Schalit's case remains
a very high priority for them," Burt said. "We understand the careful
boundaries in which they must work but share the deep frustration that
more has not yet been achieved."

Burt noted that Gilad Schalit has been kept in captivity for over 900
days and that the meeting was designed to express concern and show
their determination to pressure the Red Cross to gain visiting rights.
He also noted the concern of the MPs that the human rights of Schalit
and his family were continuing to be ignored.

"In violation of international law, Hamas has not allowed the Red
Cross to visit Gilad and ascertain his state of health," Gwynne said.
"The anxiety that his parents and family must be going through is
unimaginable. I urge the Red Cross to do all that it can to gain
access to Gilad and report back on his treatment and condition."

The MPs added that Schalit's fate should not be dependent on the peace
process.

"The Red Cross is respected worldwide for its neutrality and the
importance of giving access to people detained in conflict. It is
vital Gilad has access to its services immediately," Beith said.

The Red Cross told the MPs that Schalit's case was a high priority for
them. They said they were continuing to press Hamas to grant visiting
rights but were continuing to be frustrated.

The Red Cross officials said they were aware that this was a
significant violation of international law.

The Red Cross also asked the MPs to note the statement of the IRC head
in Israel, Pierre Wettach, which said "The issue is continuously
raised at high-level meetings with Hamas. We are pursuing dialogue
with all those concerned, as we believe that is essential for
achieving progress."

holocaust which ZYDS want to be "forgotten" - HOLODOMOR in Ukraine!

Five years ago, I wrote about the unknown Holocaust in Ukraine.
I was shockedto receive a flood of mail from young Americans and
Canadians of Ukrainiandescent telling me that until they read my
column, they knew nothing of the1932-33 genocide in which Josef Stalin's
Soviet regime murdered seven millionUkrainians and sent two million more
to concentration camps.
How, I wondered, could such historical amnesia afflict so many? For Jews 
and
Armenians, the genocides their people suffered are vivid, living memories 
that
influence their daily lives. Yet today, on the 70th anniversary of the
destruction of a quarter of Ukraine's population, this titanic crime has
almost vanished into history's black hole.

So has the extermination of the Don Cossacks by the communists in the 
1920s,the
Volga Germans in 1941 and mass executions and deportations toconcentration 
camps
of Lithuanians, Latvians, Estonians and Poles. At the endof World War II, 
Stalin's
gulag held 5.5 million prisoners, 23% of them Ukrainians and 6% Baltic 
peoples.

Almost unknown is the genocide of two million of the USSR's Muslim 
peoples:Chechens,
Ingush, Crimean Tatars, Tajiks, Bashkirs and Kazaks. The 
Chechenindependence fighters
who today are branded as "terrorists" by the U.S. andRussia are the 
grandchildren of
survivors of Soviet concentration camps.

Add to this list of forgotten atrocities the murder in Eastern Europe 
from1945-47 of
at least two million ethnic Germans, mostly women and children, andthe 
violent expulsion
of 15 million more Germans, during which two millionGerman girls and women 
were raped.

Among these monstrous crimes, Ukraine stands out as the worst in terms 
ofnumbers. Stalin
declared war on his own people in 1932, sending Commissars V.Molotov and 
Lazar Kaganovitch
and NKVD secret police chief Genrikh Yagoda tocrush the resistance of 
Ukrainian farmers to
forced collectivization.
Ukraine was sealed off. All food supplies and livestock were confiscated. 
NKVDdeath squads
executed "anti-party elements." Furious that insufficientUkrainians were 
being shot, Kaganovitch
- virtually the Soviet Union's AdolfEichmann - set a quota of 10,000 
executions a week.
Eighty percent ofUkrainian intellectuals were shot.

During the bitter winter of 1932-33, 25,000 Ukrainians per day were being 
shotor died of
starvation and cold. Cannibalism became common. Ukraine, writeshistorian 
Robert Conquest,
looked like a giant version of the futureBergen-Belsen death camp.

The mass murder of seven million Ukrainians, three million of them 
children,and deportation to
the gulag of two million more (where most died) was hiddenby Soviet 
propaganda. Pro-communist
westerners, like The New York Times'Walter Duranty, British writers Sidney 
and Beatrice Webb
and French PrimeMinister Edouard Herriot, toured Ukraine, denied reports 
of genocide, and
applauded what they called Soviet "agrarian reform." Those who spoke 
outagainst the genocide
were branded "fascist agents."

The U.S., British, and Canadian governments, however, were well aware of 
thegenocide, but closed
their eyes, even blocking aid groups from going to Ukraine.

The only European leaders to raise a cry over Soviet industrialized 
murderwere, ironically and for
their own cynical and self-serving reasons, Hitlerand Italian dictator 
Benito Mussolini.

Because Kaganovitch, Yagoda and some other senior Communist party and 
NKVDofficials were Jewish,
Hitler's absurd claim that communism was a Jewish plotto destroy Christian 
civilization became
widely believed across a fearful Europe.

When war came, U.S. President Franklin D. Roosevelt and British PM 
WinstonChurchill allied
themselves closely to Stalin, though they were well aware hisregime had 
murdered at least
30 million people long before Hitler'sextermination of Jews and gypsies 
began.
Yet in the strange moral calculus ofmass murder, only Germans were guilty.

Though Stalin murdered three times more people than Hitler, to Roosevelt 
heremained "Uncle Joe."

The British-U.S. alliance with Stalin made them his partners in crime.
Roosevelt and Churchill helped preserve history's most murderous regime, 
towhich they handed over
half of Europe in 1945.

After the war, the left tried to cover up Soviet genocide. Jean-Paul 
Sartredenied the gulag even existed.

For the western Allies, Nazism was the only evil; they could not admit 
beingallied to mass murderers.
For the Soviets, promoting the Jewish Holocaustperpetuated anti-fascism 
and masked their own crimes.

The Jewish people, understandably, saw their Holocaust as a unique event. 
It was Israel's raison d'etre.
Raising other genocides at that time would, they feared, diminish their 
own. This was only human nature.

While today, academia, the media and Hollywood rightly keep attention 
focused on the Jewish Holocaust,
they mostly ignore Ukraine. We still hunt Nazi killers, but not communist 
killers.
There are few photos of the Ukraine genocide or Stalin's gulag, and fewer 
living survivors.
Dead men tell no tales.

Russia never prosecuted any of its mass murderers, as Germany did.
We know all about the crimes of Nazis Adolf Eichmann and Heinrich Himmler; 
about Babi Yar and Auschwitz.

But who remembers Soviet mass murderers Dzerzhinsky, Kaganovitch, Yagoda, 
Yezhov and Beria? Were it not
for writer Alexander Solzhenitsyn, we might never know of Soviet death 
camps like Magadan, Kolyma and Vorkuta.
Movie after movie appears about Nazi evil, while the evil of the Soviet 
era vanishes from view or dissolves
into nostalgia.

The souls of Stalin's millions of victims still cry out for justice.

Canada Revenue Agency [CRA] now reports that around 65,000 taxpayers
who participated in these scams are now being re-assessed!

CRA is disallowing completely ALL of the alleged donation.

Further CRA will also face arrears interest, as well as civil, 
and even criminal penalties!

following the Canadian Jew News story.

Canadian Jew News had a banner headline story on page 3 of the issue
for November 13 2008, detailing yet another ZYD charity tax fraud.

Choson Kallah Fund of Toronto has been stripped of its charitable
status by CRA [Canada Revenue Agency] after being found guilty of
having as its main purpose to serve as part of a CRIMINAL 
tax-avoidance scheme.

Terry de March, director general of the CRA charities directorate has
ordered the revokation of the group's charitable status, which bars 
it from issuing charitable donation receipts.

The group is no longer exempt from paying income taxes, and further,
now must pay tax on the remaining assets it has.

In a stinging denunciation of the group's illegal activities, the CRA
gave some of the reasons for revoking the charitable status:
It remains our view that the charity has willingly lent its name and
tax-receiptingt privileges to the tax shelter in exchange for monetary
compensation. In our view, the charity has participated in a program
designed to abuse the charitable gifts incentive provisions of the
Income Tax Act."

"In 2006 alone...the charity issued receipts totalling over $131
million" compared to previous years average of $4-$6 million a year.

The charity also failed to maintain the documentation necessary to
prove recipients of allocated funds met the definition of charity
required by law. Some recipients received money for weddings,
fertility treatments and even to pay private debts.

No wonder Bnai Brith Canada is running scared.
It is involved in questionable payments to Ken McVay's one-fag
business, and is doing MONEY-LAUNDERING of payments for him!!

As to what those markings mean:

The letter "K" simply means "Kosher." Kosher, in Hebrew, means fit or
proper, and is generally used to describe foods that are prepared in
accordance with special Jewish dietary laws. These laws are stringent
and almost incomprehensible to those not versed in them.

The small "u" in a circle or ("OU") stands for the Union of Orthodox
Jewish Congregations and shows that the food underwent rabbinical
supervision in its preparation. (An "OUD" marking shows that the
package contains dairy products,while an "OUM" indicates the presence
of meat.)

"Parve" (also "pareve") is Yiddish for "neutral." The presence of this
word onpackaging signifies that the contents of the package contain
neither milk nor meat and thus can be combined with other ingredients
in recipes. (Jewish dietary law forbids the mixing of meat and dairy,
thus a packaged food that contained cheese could not be combined with,
say, hamburger.)

This variety of markings used on packaged foods alert consumers that
items contained therein either meet the strict dietary constraints
imposed byJudaism on its followers or that the contents of the package
can be mixed with other foods or can touch them. Not all Jews keep
kosher, nor even among those who doare the strictures always adhered
to rigorously, but those determined upon being truly pious are aided
in this endeavor by the presence of those
markings.
The devout go so far as to maintain two separate sets of utensils,
cookware, and cutting surfaces so that meat and dairy never encounter
one another in their kitchens. It is for their benefit that otherwise
puzzling kosher certifications on non-foodstuff items are there (e.g.,
certifications are placed upon dishwashing liquid because dishes used
for dairy cannot be washed using a soap made from animal fats).

Less observant Jews do not bother themselves overly much about the
kosherness of everyday items; they avoid the out-and-out no-nos such
as pork andshellfish but don't lose much sleep over the animal fat
content of their washing-up liquid, nor do they fret that cold cuts
might now be resting upon a plate thathad months earlier been used to
serve cheese. The proponents of the "Jewish Secret Tax" slander often
assert that a sub rosa Jewish cabal forces large companies to comply
via the threat of a nationwide boycott, backed by the underlying
presumption that all Jews can be marshalled into turning their
backs on products that fail to display kosher certification marks.
That is not the case ? Jews buy and use non-kosher items too, so
although lack of kosher certification keeps the ultra-conservative
crowd from buying certain products,it doesn't prevent the less
stringent from making such purchases, nor would a "don't buy that
because it's not kosher" directive have much effect even if
there were a secret Jewish cabal to issue it.

Those seeking kosher certification for their products have to adhere
to kosherpractices through the manufacturing process, use only kosher
ingredients, and have their facilities regularly vetted by qualified
inspectors. Kosher certification companies do charge for this service,
which is the backbone of the "secret tax" claim ? it costs money to
obtain and maintain kosher certification, thus this is an extra
expense a manufacturer must bear if he's determined upon having that
certification. Where the rumor and reality part ways, however, is
where the money goes. Fees paid to kosher certification companies go
to keeping those businesses afloat with the profits siphoned off
by those companies' owners; they do not flow off into some special
Jewish fundused to advance Zionist causes. These are businesses, not
charities, and thosewho run them do so with every expectation of
making a living, in the same manner that someone who owns a hardware
store does so with the notion ofmaking enough from the endeavor to
support himself and his family.

Does certification add to the price of a product? Certainly, but the
amount isminiscule, especially compared to the advertising, packaging,
shipping, research, testing, admin and finance-related costs, and a
myriad of other components that contribute to the process of bringing
a product to market or making it better appeal to consumers. One might
as well rail against the costsassociated with selecting the ink colors
and style of lettering used on a package ? it's all legitimate
business expense, even though no one ever rails against the "Secret
Red Ink Conspiracy" or rants about the "Helvetica Font
Tax."
